Recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number in Rochester Hills and have had an absolute great experience from the in store sales representative, to their online support to the delivery. Beginning to end, everyone I have spoke with has been respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and has delivered on everything that was promised. My bed was delivered yesterday and I had a perfect first nights sleep :)

We were looking to buy a new mattress for our bed. We went to The Sleep Number store at the Village in Rochester Hills. We were amazed at the difference in comfort between our mattress and the Sleep Number mattress. Our sales person Chadd W was so informative. He was very knowledgeable of all of the Sleep number products as well as the different beds and what they offered.He patiently answered all of our questions and was very upbeat and enjoyable to work with. If you have never tried a Sleep Number bed we encourage you to try one out. You will be amazed.

Just a glorified and overpriced AIR mattress!We did not like it so we requested a return, only to learn that the company DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SELF RETURN the mattress.They charge $200 (!!!) for someone to come and pick it up.By the way, there was also $200 delivery and set up fee when we purchased it (two guys came, unrolled the air mattress and plugged it into a wall socket). AGAIN, the company does NOT ALLOW the product to be picked up.So, it cost us $400 to try a blow up mattress for a month!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

The salesman was both knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and of course, gave us the demonstrations that helped with our decision. I highly recommend this store and Justin, our salesperson.

Just ordered our new bed last Friday, and Chadd could not have been more helpful. If you go there, ask for him, and hell get you set right. Hes quite the looker and he knows his stuff. We went with the Split-top King P5 and cannot wait for it to arrive. If you want quality customer service, go check him out!

We purchased our new bed today and experienced excellent service from both Justin and Chadd. We were given all the time we needed to try out different choices and actually had fun in the process. Justin made us comfortable from the beginning and guided us to choosing the best mattress, base combination for our needs. We felt that this was one of our most positive sales experiences in quite a while! Cat wait for our bed to arrive!

If I could give 0 I would. Told Cathy exactly what I wanted, quoted me and sold me a different bed. Took 3 weeks for delivery. $3500 for a mattress I didnt order. Base cannot be returned, so Im stuck. Spent 2 hours in the store.

Zero. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased the bed at the store in the Village in Rochester Hills. Order took 3 weeks to deliver after being promised delivery in a week. Then delivered missing brackets, delivery service and store representative claimed it was not part of the over $7,000 price despite it being on the invoice. After 30 minutes of arguing with the company, their resolution was they would send the bracket but we would have to find someone privately to install and it would affect the warranty. I would strongly caution any customer from purchasing from this company.

Watch out they dont tell you everything you really need to investigate on your own
