I would give 10 Stars if i could!!! April did such an amazing job on our sons Varsity Jacket. He wears it everywhere and he gets so many compliments. There is no other place that makes it as personal as Get Customized! We loved it so much we just ordered our daughters! If you want a one of a kind varsity jacket dont go anywhere else!!

Our team went to Get Customized for ordering T-shirts for our annual 5K run. The customer service was awesome and the quality of the product was outstanding. Our runners had great things to say about the quality of the T-shirts and we increased our enrollment by a good 30% because of the T-shirts compared to the previous version.Get Customized accommodated our schedule on a short notice and delivered the T-shirts on the date promised. Did I mention that the quality was outstanding?? :-)

We had utilized Get Customized for t-shirts for my husbands business. The customer service was so spectacular I went back there for the varsity jacket for my daughter. When I went to pick the jacket up, completed earlier than expected, I was amazed that it was a work of art rather than just a jacket! The the other varsity jackets at my daughters High School pale in comparison to the quality and design of the dragon head mascot from Get Customized. The customer service continues to be top-notch.

As a parent you are always proud of your children and their accomplishments. My daughter is a head majorette and drummer for our local high school band. I was looking to get her a very elaborate varsity coat. I searched high and low and tried to stay local but no one in my town was able to help. April came to the rescue. She had all the answers. I have used Get Customized for Screen printing and for Vehicle Lettering. They were great! April did the Screen printing and our shirts look awesome, Mike did the Vehicle Lettering and it looks absolutely Marvelous, after Mike had installed the window lettering he noticed that he made a mistake and it was corrected with an hour of installation. The service was Friendly, Fast and Professional!! I recommend that you run as fast as you can to see the selection of Tee Shirts, Jackets and other Items they have to offer for your business needs.

April did an excellent job on creating an Auburn jacket for my son for Christmas. I worked with her on the phone via text because I live in Alabama. She was able to have the jacket made and shipped to me to have in time for him to open on Chrisymas morning! It looks beautiful and my son loves it! It was one of his top three favorite gifts!

Cannot say enough about the awesome quality of the work April does. A varsity jacket is an investment but the old saying you get what you pay for still applies. My daughters high school recommend Aprils business and another competitor as the places to go to get varsity jackets. Im so glad that I went to Get Customized! Shes known for her larger designs on the jackets and boy, can you see the difference! My daughter was ecstatic with her varsity tennis jacket! When we discovered that we had overlooked adding the racquets to the jacket, we stopped by Get Customized and April literally dropped everything to add the design to the jacket. Very unprofessional, told me 3 days before Christmas that they could not complete my project that they had my deposit for back in November. When I called to follow up about my project, she immediately caught an attitude and told me she wasn’t going to do it and that she had to many other customers to finish their orders for. Would not recommend this business because I wouldn’t want this to happen to you.

Great place. Needed a baby blanket embroidered. Get customized did a great job - they had a bunch of scripts and colors to choose from. Did a great job and fast. Great service too.

Unbelievable work. A couple of local embroidery stores quotes same price for a varsity coat and the quality and size was 10x better! She created the most amazing bulldog for my sons school!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for customize apparels. They have great products and designs. I purchase shirts, hoodies, and hats from them numerous time and hadnt been disappointed. Owners are great loving people with kind heart.

We ordered my sons Adams varsity jacket 2 weeks before Christmas. April, the owner, said it would be done by Christmas. Well guess what it wasnt! We picked up the jacket on January 5....11 days after Christmas, April lied telling us over the phone the jacket will be ready either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Then she texts my husband at 7:36 pm on Christmas Eve that she cant handle doing one more jacket! Oh and she was leaving for vacation the next day and the jacket wont be ready until Jan 3 or 4. What kind of customer service is this? We would have gone to Spiritwear located on Auburn and Rochester and if we would have known the jacket would not have been ready for Christmas! Do not give this business one penny! Go to a business that treats customers the right way and doesnt ruin a kids Christmas! ***So April replies to my review telling more lies and talking about us. So professional! When we ordered the jacket she said it would be done by Christmas. End of story. That is the truth. Funny to see the new reviews saying how awesome she is. Karma...What comes around goes around.***

I had a unpleasant experience with this business. I only asked for four shirts and had intentions on working with them further for another organization and definitely will not be. I will also pass along my experience. I was charged more than expected, and didnt get what I asked for. I expressed the concern in customer service when I asked 6 days after the oder If my simple shirts were ready. The response was Friday is a week. Definitely not professional. After my very simply highly over priced shirt was made i incorrect I was told this is my fault and I didnt ask for it the way I had. Either way dont come to this place you can get real customer service from a business who wants to have customers. :)
