Wow !!!! There special bun is super delicious melts with great aroma melts in your mouth. The bun has coffee flavor on top, with magical salty - cheesy stuffing in it. I tried there chai (tea) wow !! special one with mixed Asian spices flavor. It’s worth visiting for quick refreshment, short meetings and dates.

Amazing! The buns were soft, fresh and very tasty. The karak chai was good too, very similar to Indian masala tea. The combo is great. We tried Nutella bun, Cinnabun, regular bun and the icecream stuffed bun and all of them were equally good. Definitely a must visit. The ambiance and service is great too.

Amazing Karak /Adeni tea and the signature bun is to die for . Light, yet buttery . The ambiance was perfect for getting a lot of work done and the service was impeccable! Very clean /organized and the service was quick . I highly recommend Pappa Roti and this location in particular. Will be making regular visits because both the tea and bread were out of this world amazing !

This place is spacious (much bigger than the Farmington Hills one) and has various kinds of food (not only their signature buns but also salads and sandwiches). The bun always tastes great. Their matcha tea is good too because it’s not sweetened.

I was so happy to find PappaRoti and they did not disappoint me. They have the coffee buns which are as good as the one I had from Hong Kong. Coffee and their special tea are excellent too. Nice treats!!!

I have loved their Farmington Hills location so much and when they opened close to my home they did not disappoint! Same great delicious taste. The customer service was really kind and they worked as fast as they could.The location is not open for dine in because of Covid I am assuming. I had the Karak tea with the Ashta Bun (milk cream+ Honey) and my sister got the icloud bun which is the strawberries and whipped cream topped with chocolate drizzle! No doubt I, will be a regular!

Oh my gosh, Ive been wanting to try try this place for such a long time and it didnt disappoint. The buns are heavenly. They are so crispy on the outside and so light and airy. Be careful when you bite into the center, the butter in the middle is simply delicious and elevates it even more. The Nutella one is the other bun we ordered and it was also delicious. Not too sweet and the Nutella was not overpowering at all. We also ordered the meat wrap and the lamb wrap and those were delicious as well. I almost wanted to drive back there from Sterling Heights and grab more that day. I cant wait to go back and order more.

It’s bad. Please stop calling this place “authentic”. Last time I’ve eaten kopi roti (yes, it’s supposed to be called kopi roti, not that BS “Signature Bun”) was 7 years ago and I had high expectations. This place was a major disappointment. The bun was small, and they don’t even have the option of authentic kopi, which is the best drink for that baked good. The Pappauccino was all cream and very minimal actual coffee. I had to go to Nino Salvaggio’s, they had cheaper (yet better!) brewed coffee.

The Mona Lisa is my go to! So good and consistently has tasted amazing. Kind staff members.

This place gets a 3 start review due to the location and ample seating inside. The order and wait time is still way to long, and the Karak tea is really sweet and not to my liking. They have a pre-made mix so you can’t get the tea without sugar already in it. The buns are not that great.

Its amazing! Their signature bun is too good. The combination of karak tea and bun is very nice. Recently I also tried the Icloud which is fancy name for bun with whipped cream and chocolate sauce topping alongside strawberries. That was good too. The host was very warm and polite.

I really like this place. Each time I have been in the staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. The drinks are good. But what keeps me coming back is the coffee bun. It is hard to describe but let me just say, it is incredible! I love them. I look forward to trying different things in the menu.

The bun was ok! Very less butter inside and the amount of butter varied across the 3 buns we had! Never had any expectations with the tea, but still it was like a sugar syrup and overloaded with cardamom! More cardamom does not make it kadak chai!

One of my new favorite places! We ordered the Veggie Tamia and Chicken Warma Sandwiches, as well as some Karak Tea and Bun combos, Berries Delight and Nuts for Nutella. All of them were fabulous! Customer service was also fabulous, and all were covid-safety compliant. We will be back!

I had the standard combo: signature bun with karak tea. So good. The texture is on point and the light coffee flavor with the butteryness is great. Bought a bunch to go and to share with family. They have specific re-baking instructions for this. The Karak tea was flavorful and not overly sweet for me. I thought it was just right, but I’m used to Hong Kong style milk teas that are super sweet. It would be nice to have an unsweetened option, but I have no complaints.The service was good, very friendly and greeted us upon entering. Did not have a line around 2pm Thursday. Took a few minutes after ordering to warm the buns. Will be back soon!

Reviews are overrated, we got the signature combo i.e. Bun with Karak chai.Bun was different, chai tasted normal. It’s basically a flavored tea..(if you know just like red-label+lamsa) Nothing special..However, since they take long time, it’s a good place to hang out for first time meetups..😉

This place is awesome! One of my new favs. Everyone there is really nice. So far I tried the signature bun with karak tea combo. Both the bun and tea have an amazing flavor that I never tasted before. Their chicken warmas both white and dark meat are both delicious. They also have a great selection of coffees and teas, Smoothies and whole bunch of other items that look appetizing.

The wait is very very long, I ordered three coffees and one bun at 1pm, only one guest ahead of me and no one behind me. I got my drink after 45 mins. Order here when you have good enough patient. Bun is very good.

Seems like they recently opened and not quite in the groove of working out a work flow. They are very slow in preparing your order. People are not sure what they are supposed to do yet. Only one cash register/cashier.The food is pretty good. No complaints. Ive had a wrap, soup, tea and bun over the course of a few visits. Bun is very good if served warm (dont be too late if you called ahead). Oddly, its the butter in the middle that is the downside - it makes an otherwise light airy pastry soggy in the middle.

Interesting bake good from Malaysia. Very buttery! Its a nice option from our typical bakery options. Im not a fan of their featured tea.

I got the bun and Karaka tea and a chicken sandwich- the chicken was fresh and char grilled and not like shwarma - I brought it for lunch with a friend and we had such a lovely lunch - thank u Pappa! The prices are so reasonable you can try many different things- I’m excited to go back and try some more buns.

This location is bigger than their Farmington Hills location and it seems they have added more items to their menu as compared to their Farmington Hills Location.My experience at both the location has been great. Nice tea and buns.I havent tried anything else on their menu but I guess other items would also be great.Thumbs up for their Karak Tea and Coffee Bun.

The food was mouthwatering - the signature bun with butter in the middle is 10/10. The mocha latte is my favorite drink so far, definitely going back to try more!I wanted to take a minute to appreciate the customer service, especially from the young woman wearing hijab behind the counter. She had a very welcoming personality and I am most certainly going back to revisit the place. A very enjoyable experience indeed.

The first USA location of this international chain is in MICHIGAN!!Papparoti buns are a popular Malaysian coffee bun. The exterior is a bit crunchy and sweet with a hint of coffee flavor. The interior is like a fluffy brioche, with some sweet melted butter on the bottom. Thats just the plain bun. The fruit and whipped topping for the different signature buns make this a dessert to be eaten for breakfast. Im not complaining.Each bun measured about 5 wide by 3 high so they are fairly big. Please eat them fresh and warm. I had one plain bun leftover later in the evening and it was just ok.Service was very friendly. I placed the order in the store so I could take a better look at their menu. The man mentioned that the buns are made fresh so there might be a little bit of waiting.

Amazing restaurant the interior decor is Wonderful really loved the design of the place. I got the iCloud bun with strawberry and chocolate who is delicious having a sweet tooth myself really fulfilled it.10 out of 10 excellent service friendly staff and Great food. Would recommend coming here definitely worth it.

Stumbled upon this place and honestly I couldn’t be more happy that I did. The staff is incredible! They are extremely helpful and didn’t mind explaining their products to me since I was unfamiliar. My husband and I ordered the Mona Lisa and Nuts for Nutella bun as well as a few latte’s Togo. They are honestly to die for, and will most definitely be back for more!!! The coffee is great and they were making juices from scratch. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hidden gem 😊😊

Service takes forever. The sandwiches have very little meat/chicken in them. Would not recommend unless going when no one is there.

My friends have not yet tried this yummy signature buns. I wanted to try this place since they served food. We all ordered sharmas, a salad, and fries. I thought the dark meat chicken Sharma was good. People were nice. The papproti salad was a nice big portion and salad dressingis more on the sour side which some peoplelike and others do not. The fries were okay. Some of my friends thought the meat could have been hotter in temperature, same with the fries. The Mona Lisa was really yummy! I ordered 8 signature buns to go also.I didnt give 5 stars because theres room for improvement in regards to getting the food out faster, making the drinks faster, having enough water bottles for customers who paid for it. Also there should be napkins made available for customers who are dining in.

The buns and kadak chai were excellent. (5)They missed/deleted our order by mistake and notified us after 20mins that they had done so. (2)The veggie wrap was dry and there is opportunity for improvement in flavor same with the milkshake. (3)Rating = (5+2+3)/3 = 3.33
