Decent starbucks! First time to this starbucks.. Very nice and cleaned and fast service.. Although the parking lot was small and tight since they have the drive thru so close to the parking lot....

Starbucks is alway amazing. All locations that I have been to so good. Staff are very well trained and know what they are doing, and they are very welcoming. It might take longer to get my order ready, but they are busy, and the quality really worth it. Prices are kinda expensive, though.

Good coffee and food. They are recently very busy all the time but the drive through moves consistently.

Staff always help me customize coffee I want. Nice environment . Only issue is crazy long line. That’s a good sign of a great store! Good job !

I live 1.4 miles from this location and every time I go here, I’m reminded of how unfair life is...They have not once gotten my drink correctly. I feel like I should give up but I’ve gotten so used to the bad drinks that I just gulp it down to avoid the caffeine withdrawals. I get an iced coffee with 3 splendas and 2 pumps of classic and a splash of cream. Pretty simple to me but not to the barista..yesterday I was given a trenta black iced coffee instead. I mean come on..

They need to be more consistent with their ice lattes.

The absolute best Starbucks Ive ever been to. The service is unreal.

The staff here is nice, but with regards to the quality of the drinks youd be better off going to ANY other Starbucks location. The Rochester and Tienken location consistently disappoints when it comes to the quality of the drinks. They always give watered down versions of whatever you order. Either they need better barista training or they purposely skimp out on all of their drinks. If for whatever reason you decide to order from this Starbucks, you will be disappointed

The drinks were great, the service was fast, the store was clean, and the employees were kind. Exactly as expected :).

Walked into your store yesterday 15 minutes b4 closing-I completely forgot to cover my face the nice young gentleman walked over from behind the counter and handed me a mask didn’t say a word I really appreciate how he handled that-because truly most businesses in the area are yelling at there customers to wear a mask The aggression it’s to the point where it’s disturbing. It was an honest mistake I got sidetracked talking to my daughter, as we walked in and apologized he just handed me a mask. They are always polite and very friendly. Order is always right and what I really like is that they double check your order.

Line was super long and slow. Out of ingredients for refreshers. Left empty handed.

Waiting in line is not an issue the issue was when the cashier from the drive thru was rude to me but was a completely honey jar with my husband! And she was slower than a snail, Women please respect others. It made me uncomfortable and my husband as well.

Typical Starbucks. I stopped going here recently as the drive through lane is always long, backed up out onto the road and it is difficult to get in to even park.

I stop here most days before work. They are always slammed any other time but the drinks are made well and relatively quickly. The line is just crazy long all the time.

This place is turtle slow. I understand volume. I do. But 45 min for a cold brew and a latte? Step it up guys this is BAD

One year later from my original one star review and I still stand at one star.I live a mile from this location and I literally drive to lake Orion for my morning coffee now.Decided to take a chance because we were on that end of Rochester, boy was I wrong. I ordered ahead and waited 20 minutes before going inside (knowing sometimes this location takes their time making coffee). When I got inside, I waited an additional 20 minutes trying to get ANYONE to talk to me. Kierstyn had no problem chatting it up with the ladies though.When I asked for my order to be remade as the ice had melted and the foam was no longer there, they scoffed and told me how everyone is waiting a long time. Funny, I don’t wait 40 minutes for a cold brew (literally from a pour spout) ANYWHERE else. Pour over coffee takes less time! Holy moly!

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location. I recently moved and I was so sad to be far from what used to be my local shop!! The staff are so friendly and my drinks are always perfectly made. I’ve never had a problem here. The store has such cute touches too, like an instagram page for the store, photos of puppy customers at the drive through window, and a community events board. It’s so cute and has exceptional service!!!

Great coffee but they very regularly are delayed vs expected wait time for mobile orders. I hope to update this in the future if it changes.

Staff is friendly but this location is absurd. It is a tremendously long wait more often than not. Dont count on any whip cream in your cup, itll have long since melted by the time you get your drink. The line for the drive through is typically backed up to the road and blocks traffic going into Papa Joes. I thought at some point management would adjust with more staff, outside order takers or something but its only gotten worse.

Only reason its not 5 star is bc they just remodeled and there still isnt enough room for the line in the drive thru. In the morning it gets so busy that the line can end up blocking the entrance to the shopping center. Also a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. People are always super nice though and food/drinks are great. Atmosphere inside is good too. Theres an area with comfy chairs and lots of windows for natural light.

Starbucks quality drinks. The staff here is really nice. Parking lot and drive-thru leave some space to be desired 😉

Came in with a rather large group after walking in a parade. We ordered the better part of a dozen drinks and snacks to warm up. Everything was made quickly and tasted great. I frequent this Starbucks and todays service was an excellent example of the stellar service I receive here every time I visit.

I like this place even though the location is bit of weird. There are not too many parking space, and its drive through is a bit short ( because it is just a line surrounding the store). Also, there are not too many seats in the store. However, staff is really nice and friendly. So, I give it a 5 star!

What can I say...its Starbucks. This one in particular has decent baristas and a pretty regular staff that takes the time to get to know me some. Sundays are typically newbie days, so expect the occasional mistakes.

This starbucks is awesome! The staff is so friendly and fun! They always have a crazy wait in the AM that seems to move slowly but its the breakfast rush hour! Love surprising my kids with a stop on their way to school!

This location has got to be the most poorly run Starbucks in the USA. Whoever manages this store should be fired.

We did drive thru at this location, just one car in front of us. The only problem here is how they made the drive thru, me with a full size crew cab F150 i had to back up to make the turn or run over the curve. Looks like they design the curve for you to drive over it, but if you are some what low car good luck Oh before I forget be careful when you pull up to the drive thru just as soon it starts they have a exit door some what of a blind spot.

Says on the door to order ahead, but the store can’t keep up with their mobile orders so they no longer offer mobile ordering. Confusing.Either way... 40 minutes for coffee is an atrocity.

Wonderful staff! My car died near the entrance and a lovely woman who I can assume was the manager rounded up 2 other staff and helped me push my car into a spot! Plus, my pumpkin cream cold brew was spot on and exactly what I needed after the walk/stress of running out of gas. Thanks everyone! Keep doing what youre doing!

This is the best Starbucks..

Went there this morning for a quick coffee with my husband. They forgot our order in the midst of the many mobile orders, and then got the order wrong when they did make it. A waste of $8! I am usually forgiving about this stuff, but this isn’t the first time this has happened here.

Over priced. Always a line.

Very disappointed at all the people waiting in their vehicles in line, all the way on Rochester Road to get their mediocre Starbucks coffee, polluting the environment while running the engine in idle, to keep the air cool inside.Get an espresso machine, save time&money, help the environment !!

This place has just been renovated, so it is clean and cool. It takes some time to prepare and serve a mobile order.

Just went in to see if construction still going on and if Starbucks is open - the cafe is - Yay! New cafe area and overall interior design is great! Received fabulous service today. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and even though I said I would pay (it was 100% my fault) the counter person treated me! Very nice gesture and very appreciated. Short waits and great smiles from everyone working behind the counter. :) Thank you!!

Today, I used the app to order and not only did it take a very long time, my breakfast sandwich was completely frozen in the middle. Im lucky I have a microwave at work! This is a busy location, I get it. Maybe open another Starbucks nearby. Though the staff is friendly, they just dont seem to be able to handle the rush in the morning. I dont dare use the drive thru, because I will inevitably be late for work. Even my mobile orders take much longer than the app says they will. A frozen breakfast sandwich was pretty much the last straw...

This is without a doubt the slowest Starbucks I have been to in 3 states and more than 10 years of 3 coffees a week. been 4 times in the last 2 weeks and everytime is a minimum 20 minute wait. cant wait to go back to my home Starbucks!

My first and last time here. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to have to repeat my order a 3rd time at the window and then find out they were out of my breakfast option! No apology for my wait or offer to compensate me. Just pay for my 25 minute wait coffee and leave hungry. Not a good way to do business.

Very very busy location but the staff is the definition of efficient. All employees provide great service. Annie is the best.

Well Its Starbucks. I go there because I like my coffee made by a basic white girl that pretends that she doesnt know what I mean when I say large. Its wonderful.

Three coffees over three different days. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however, in all three examples no sugar was added to the coffee and only a small amount of cream. I requested extra sugar, three scoops, in every case, and politely requested that they make sure to add the extra sugar on the second attempt. At this point, I think it is important for the managers take a good look at what is not happening here and make the appropriate adjustments. I enjoy that this is close by, but cannot justify purchasing with service at its current state.

Always happy employees and if you utilize the Starbucks mobile app you rarely wait for your order. Just walk in and you’re on your way!

Smaller store than usual, but you still have about 8 tables inside. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would come here again in the future.

Great Starbucks, coffee is always good, but the location and drive-thru/parking lot set up is really bad.

This place is literally up the road and on my route but I drive to a Starbucks miles away because they messed up my order 3 days in a row. So disappointing because they used to be so efficient and Convenient. Now I laugh as I see the long line of cars stretched out and continue on my way to the good Starbucks to start my day.

Mean staff dont care about you or want to help just put down your money and leave. They cant even give you the proper change. Watch them try to short 3 people while I was there. Just sad

Good coffee. Great atmosphere. The location was a bit small, not much room to sit and read or study. Food was not fresh by any means. Looked and tasted like microwaved take out.

Upset with today’s service. I only received half of my mobile order when a friend picked it up. She was told all that was under my name was my drink and not the bagel. I have proof that I did in fact order the bagel and paid for it. I’ve also been trying to call to let them know I didn’t receive my food and the phone number has been busy for 10 minutes.

Everytime I go there they never have any food, every wrap or panini I try to order with meat they never have. Seriously then why even have it on the menu if you arent going to carry enough to make sandwiches. Or only offer vegan. I try 3 or 4 different sandwich before I get an attitude and then they list off all the non meat stuff they have. Also they can NEVER get my drink right either. I order a double chocolate chip frappe, but yet I get a Carmel chip frappe who said Carmel not I, Carmel and Chocolate do not sound a like. It is not cheap to go to Starbucks get my damn order right!!!!!!

I would suggest making the extra effort to go to the other starbucks down the street or to the cafes in downtown Rochester. The drive-thru concrete barrier lanes are too narrow and there is no room to have a line of vehicles during the busy hours. I tried more than once at this location and both times I felt rushed and like I was too slow to take my credit card back. The drink I received was also only filled 75% of the way and the syrups were not stirred and rested at the bottom.

Drink accuracy is a hit or miss. Three stars for nice employees.

Quality service. Usually get an americano or triple espresso, sometimes the americano is too watered down, but still good.

Even on a crazy busy Saturday morning, I was served quickly, accurately and with a friendly demeanor. What a nice place!

My normal doppio espresso with oatmeal. This time I changed it up and decided to go through the drive-thru. Even though there was a long line of cars it was very speedy and I was on my way in no time!

This starbucks has a great location on Rochester Rd just north of Tienken Rd. However, parking can be difficult at peak times and the drive through line is awful some mornings. Staff is quick when it comes to making drinks and if something isnt made right they will remake it for you with no problems.In my opinion, this location is great for quick stops and mobile ordering but the merchandise selection is less than some other stores in the area and seating availability is low most of the time. Its a small location so they cant really fix that but its a bit of a bummer when you go in to do work and there is no seating.Overall, I would recommend this place to people who are looking to stop in on their way to work. Mobile ordering is the quickest way to get your drink. I normally order about 7 minutes beforehand and my drink is usually ready on time.
