Just wanted to share what a great experience I had with my recent purchase at Light & Loom, Rochester. Terri Bean, the designer I worked with, came to our home and worked with me to select the perfect blinds for three guest bedrooms, bathroom and finished garage. The product came in ahead of expected time. The installer was prompt and professional. The blinds are exactly what I wanted and add a nice finishing touch to the windows. Also knowing I was looking for additional lighting for our living area, Terri has been sending me emails with suggestions for lamps. I had just moved into a new home. The window coverings left by the previous owners were ugly in the 1970s. Terri showed me blinds that were beautiful, modern are very well built. They were quick to measure and install. I could not be happier. Their showroom keeps adding amazing ideas and is a must see if you are thinking of remodeling. Professional advice and service the entire way. I could not be happier.
