The website states all linens will be delivered The linen is shipped via UPS and arrives 2-5 days prior to your event., which has now been changed on the website to 1-3 days.My chair bows did not arrive until the evening before and when they did they were incorrect. I ordered a bow and got a bandeau style bathing suit top. When I contacted the shop they did not seem to have any care. She claimed she already refunded me for the bows, but when I asked for confirmation, that is when the refund was processed. I also paid for 85 chair covers and only needed 70, which was the number shipped. She said she would refund the difference. Two days later, still no refunds.The quality of the chair covers were horrible. I reached out to let her know many covers already had stains on them and some did not even fit the chairs. She claimed they were brand new linens.Overall the service was horrible. And I would not recommend. It took an arm and a leg to find a proper place to leave a review and I can see why.

Michelle is phenomenal! I loved working with Michelle, quick response, and helpful with any question I had. I utilized this company for my daughter’s college graduation. The price was great, for the all the tablecloth, table runners, chair covers, and sashes. The only thing was we received two different colors of sashes, but we made it work. I was so excited to see everything was delivered on time, in boxes by UPS. The room was spectacular, it looks amazing, even with the two different color sashes of gold. It made it pop and my daughter and I were pleased with everything! Thank you.

I had to order some last minute chair covers and sashes for my party . What a luck that I found this company !Ordering process was super easy - you have a live assistant .Shipping is free with orders over $125.00. You get 1 free table runner with the order of 10 chair covers . To my disappointment I did not received them and used 2 extra chair sashes instead.Linens came in a beat up box that I could not reuse for the shipping back . Also I managed to lose the shipping back label that was included in that box.Their customer service was great resent me everything i needed. And besides the small negative mistakes - I am really happy since it made a HUGE difference how the room looked !Thanks and I will use them again !

I was hesitant at first for renting online but after multiple times communicating between Michelle and Stacey from simply elegant, they gave me confidence to purchase their service and were very reachable. I e-mailed for re-confirmation (this was my moms 50th and I needed everything to run smoothly; so I was a bit of a nutcase). She re-confirmed with specific dates and told me she would send me the UPS tracking number. It arrived promptly with all the information and labels needed for return. I already recommended the company. Def will use for any future parties. The pricing was great since I ordered more than $100 worth and shipping was free. I wish I wouldve just rented everything from them, but I was skeptical so to be sure. But now, I am trusting. DEF RECOMMENDED!

Horrible experience! A total nightmare! I had placed an order A week and 6 days prior to the day of my event and Stacy Valentino assured me they could fulfill it and that I did not have to worry; it would arrive 2 days before the event! Well, it did not! And her response? I am sorry. We couldnt fulfill it because you ordered it last week. How pathetic. You clearly were aware of this and you didnt even have the courtesy to ensure that this was communicated and received. Her: Oh, I thought someone reaches out to you. Really, woman? Who? You are the person working with me. Make it your job to ensure I received that message. I hope you know the misery you caused.

I used Simply Elegant Chair Covers for the High School prom and was very pleased with the price, quality and ease with which the rental was reserved, received, and returned. I placed two orders for my wedding one with chair covers and 3 backdrops and one with extra chair covers I needed. They had such good reviews that I was not afraid to order from this company and I dontknow how everyonehad such a good experiencewith this company. The site says orders are to arrive 3-5 business days before your event. My order order arrived the day before my event with only chair covers and no back drops. My second order never came. The chair covers I did receive had rips and holes all through them. I am not happy at all. My wedding was almost ruined!

I don’t know what has happened to this company, but they have gone downhill. I have ordered before from them, but this time was horrible. First, I had to email them 2 days before my Mother’s birthday party to make sure the white stretch chair covers I ordered would be there because I hadn’t heard anything. On their website chat, someone named Alex did answer and said they were shipped and would arrive tomorrow which would have been 1 day before the party. Mind you, I ordered weeks in advance. The box came beat up, it looked like they used it over and over, and to top it off, they weren’t even the stretch white chair covers. I couldn’t use them. I thought they would send me a slip to send back. Nothing in the box and I emailed them and went on the chat on their website twice. No response. I mailed them today, paying $45 for shipping and a new box. This experience was horrible and I will never use your company again. EVER!!!!!

A friend sent me several companies to contact, however, I went to Simply Elegant Chair covers, website. The site was easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable. The service was impeccable. I left a voice message, and received a call right back. The chair covers, table runner, and sashes, added elegance to the shower, and was the talk of the weekend.. I ordered table cloths, chair covers, chair ties and table runners. The price was fantastic! Half the cost of any other place I looked. The table cloths, chair covers and chair ties were perfect. The table runners I received were the same size as the chair ties so Im not sure if they sent me the wrong item or if their table runners are only about 6 inches wide. I would highly recommend ordering the samples before making a full order. That will ensure that your items will arrive to the right location and are the color you are looking for. I had to order the samples 3 times before they arrived at the right location. I was never able to actually speak to a person. I called and left a voicemail then would receive an email in return. Overall I am happy with them!

The sashes and chair covers for my baby shower were exactly what I wanted (wish I would’ve discovered this company first before I paid for table linens from somewhere else lol). Service Not as AdvertisedOn their website they state your linens will arrive 3-5 business days before your event. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered from them for a June wedding, and the linens did not arrive until the day of the event. They didnt ship the products until 2-3 days before I needed to receive them. Many of the spandex white chair covers had holes in them. Youll get a response via messaging/email, but I called several times and in some cases never got a messaging machine. I placed my order weeks ago. My event is in 2 days and I have yet to receive my linens. The website says you receive your items 3-5 days prior to the event, we’ll it’s two days until my event and still no tracking update. Rented 150 chair sashes for my mothers wedding. We live in Michigan and the wedding was in California. They sent the chair sashes to California a few days before the wedding and sent a ups return label. This was so convenient and easy. The chair sashes were perfect. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered 80 chair covers online for my wedding. I placed the order three weeks prior to the event and received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged for the covers.Two days before the event, the covers had not yet arrived and, in a panic, I tried contacting the vendor. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my online chat request. I also ended up sending an email. They did finally respond to the email with Someone should have alerted you that we were booked for that weekend! Weve issued a refund. Sorry for the misunderstanding.That email came in at 3 PM on Friday before my Sunday wedding. Im lucky I saw it and was able to contact a local vendor who luckily had something in stock that I could pick up, at quite a bit of extra cost, mind you. Thank goodness the local vendor was WONDERFUL.I will never use this company again. Ever. I understand being overbooked, but I cannot understand taking my money and then not sending the product I ordered, nor contacting me to refund my order in time for me to shop for another comparable vendor.

Simply elegant chair covers is a good company name! However it did not provide the same service! 12 out of 62 chair covers were dirty, 25 had holes in the spandex footing which made it impossible to stay on the chairs. 10 were completely different styles and color. The number order were not delivered and the chair sashes were not the correct style order. They did not honor their policy of 3-5 day before event delivery. The items came in right up until the day before the wedding. They would not call and speak to me in person and the only contact was through email. They said they would refund me for the wrong items but never followed through. The reason why I gave them a 2 rating is because they did make sure we received everything we needed except the chair sashes. The back drop was something you could order online for cheap. The backdrop cover had glued 75 stickers still on it from a previous event rental! The table linens were dirty and a different color than the sashes. The wedding I planned was beautiful, but Simply Elegant Chair Covers only added to the stress of my event. If it was managed better this could be a good business! Try at your own risk! You get what you pay for!You have not contacted me regarding this, however I am willing to discuss this issue!

I order white spandex chair covers with satin sashes and round white table linen and they all arrived 3 days before my wedding all pressed and clean! I was recommended this site from a friend and I was quite impressed by the quality and prices that they offered. However, I ordered 90 chair covers on July 11 for a 30th birthday party that was held on August 3. When I purchased it, I never received a confirmation email or anything to confirm when I will receive my order. When I finally called to follow up my order as I was suppose to get it 3-5 business days prior it was finally delivered the same day, as if my order was forgotten about. I have yet to receive my order nor an update of where my order is located even after the party had happened. Unfortunately I had to find another place very last minute and the day of my party for another set of chair covers :(

I rented some linen 3 WEEKS BEFORE my event. they stated in their website that they will deliver you items 3-5 DAYS BEFORE your event. they didnt sent on time nor to the right address. I contacted them 2 days before my event through email saying that my items were not here yet and. they stated that it would be here at my house on time. day of my event came and contacted again and they send me a tracking # showing that my items were delivered somewhere else. they tried to blame UPS for their mistake and wanted me to pay for shipping. At this moment Im disputing the charges with my bank. please do not rent from this website!

I found this company in January after a million google searches and quote requests, but it was worth the research. I was planning a surprise 70th birthday party for my mom in Kansas City from Dallas and I was having a hard time finding a company to rent linens from. I found Simply Elegant on line and after reading the reviews, I said a little prayer and placed the order for chair covers and sashes and table cloths. I was very pleased with the quality of the linens and the care they took in packaging them! I also loved the ease of returning the items. Even with shipping, they were less expensive than any of the local stores! I will definitely be using them again!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Simply Elegant Chair Covers. My initial interactions with Stacy was pleasant and easy. However, when my chair covers arrived they were the wrong covers... I tried calling two numbers that were provided on the site and in her email. She didnt answer so I left voicemails for both numbers and she never called me back but responded to my email. Stacey herself sad that she had a new employee that made the mistake on the chair covers. She tried to get the correct ones to me but didnt get them on time. When I was putting on the wrong chair covers for my wedding we found numerous holes all over the chair covers and some we couldnt even use because they were so bad or the bottom holders were missing (got the spandex ones instead of the polyester ones we requested). Sent an email to Stacy showing the holes and requested a discount seeing as we got the wrong chair covers and then the ones we got were fairly damaged. She only gave us a 25% discount and never responded to my emails asking is we could get more since they were the one that messed up and the covers were so damaged.... Very disappointed in this experience and would not recommend Simply Elegant Chair covers for a wedding. Very poor customer service.

I recently rented 50 royal blue chair covers and 50 gold sequence chair sashes. They didn’t come until the day before the event so I was panicked because this was my first time ordering with this company. I’m used to going to a location and seeing the products before buying so not being able to do that this time was scary. They didn’t disappoint. The packages came as I was texting them and it was in great condition considering they are rentals. The boxes they came in were heavily beat up and the packaging was messy but the product itself worked beautifully.I would rent there again and recommend.

OMG! It was the best customer service experience ever. I placed an order for 100 spandex sashes. A couple of days before the event, the guest count increased due to invitations getting lost in the mail. I reached out to Stacey to see if I could change the count at the last minute. She advised me she did put 10 additional sashes in the box .She asked me was that enough and I told her I would make it work even though, I knew it wasnt going to be enough. I received the sashes 2 days later and low & behold it was a more than enough sashes in the box. I was so ecstatic and overjoyed that Stacey took the time to add the additional sashes my order on such short notice. I would highly recommend this company for any event planning needs .Thanks Again Stacey

I used Simply Elegant for my wedding. I went back and forth on whether I wanted to add an additional cost to an already expensive wedding! However, I’m so happy we did. The chair covers brought the whole room together, they were perfect.

The chair covers I rented for my wedding arrived on time, however we had several chair covers that were stained and torn and would not hold on the legs of the chair due to the holes/tears....we also received several that were the wrong color. We were able to pull off the wrong colored covers for an extra table in the back though.

I placed an order the week of my event and received my order on time! The chair covers and sashes added an elegant touch to the baby shower! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with this company. They are really professional to deal with and delivered my linens and lighting on time as promised. Quality was perfect, linen was pressed, lights were fully charged....everything was seemless. I am glad I came across this site! Oh, and the site was really easy to nagivate through!

The chair covers I received were brand new. The looked lovely, got lots of compliments on them. They arrived on time, and the return shipping process was easy.

My wedding was in July 2016 and I had ordered chair covers and sashes. The chair covers and sashes that arrived right before the wedding were not what was ordered. I tried calling numerous times and no one responded. We ended up having to use what was delivered as we did not have enough time to find anything else. The chair covers were not only the wrong kind but they were ripped and stained. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this company.

Stacy was very nice, understanding and accommodating for my sisters wedding. I will suggest anyone looking for event linen supplies to give her a call.

My shipping box came open during transit and UPS stuffed everything back in the box and retaped it. The conveyor belt at UPS damaged some items and some were missing. The lady I spoke with at Simply Elegant was phenomenal at making sure everything was taken care of.

It has been impossible to get ahold of anyone. I am trying to get chair covers and table linens, but no one is getting back to me. I am willing to pay more somewhere else, knowing I can get ahold of someone when needed. Horrible first impression.

The chair covers made a huge difference for our wedding! Our site had brown fold-up chairs that just would not have been the same without the covers. Very reasonable price for the number of chair covers too.

It was so inexpensive and cheap, i ordered chair covers with organza bows and they were timely and clean and pressed when i received them. They sent a printout and everything ran smoothly.

My only regret about this entire event is using Simply Elegant Chair covers. My order was placed one month prior to my event, my event date was confirmed a week prior to the date, and three days prior to the date I called to get a tracking number for my shipment only to discover that they couldnt find my order and they needed me to tell them what I wanted so they could put it together. I told them I needed 50 chair covers and 50 red sashes and I would need it asap because the party was Saturday. My order arrived Friday afternoon with everything thrown into one box, a complete wrinkled mess. My shipment contained, 53 chair covers and 44 burgundy sashes. All but 4 chair covers had stains on them and 19 of the chair covers had holes in the top seams, some big enough to put my entire fist through. The only response I received after emailing and leaving voice messages was that I wouldnt be charged for the damage that was already done.

Wonderful customer service, linen were very wonderfully maintained and surely exceeded my expectation on use.
