Used to be great, now every time I order supplies from this company, half gets backordered for weeks at a time. Im working with monthly budgets, I cannot order things weeks in advance to be sure I get them in the same month. I dont have the storage space to order much more than needed in the month.Often upsells, without notice. Its to the point where I think they intentionally keep low stock on some items, only to replace your order with more expensive alternatives or lower quality products without adjusting the price.Some drivers refuse to take the old pallets when they bring the new months supply and Nichols leaves it up to their driver whether they do it or not. This is an unacceptable policy, since many accounts have no room to store pallets and nowhere to dispose of them.Of all my complaints, the most serious to me is the fact that they are constantly out of product.
