Great experience! Went in to ship my old phone. I took whichever box I could find at home and the return label. UPS associates said that can package everything for me including label and all! I was literally in and out of the store within a minute! Another great customer experience from UPS!

I went to pick up a package and set the UPS store as my pickup location because it was headed to my prior address and I had already moved. Upon arrival, I was told that there was a package for me, but they couldnt give it to me because my drivers license address didnt match the address on the package. Fair enough.Wouldnt want to risk the possibility of giving someone else with the same name the wrong mail. However, I told them I ALSO had a DTE energy utility bill that matched the name and ADDRESS of the package in the car, and that that would show proof that I was indeed the individual it was intended for. In addition, I correctly told them who the shipper was.She said that was unacceptable. when I went to the supervisor and explained the details, the supervisor said unless I had the last 4 of the tracking number or a drivers license with matching address she couldnt give me the package. Now I dont have access to my work email(where I received the tracking notice) from my smartphone. So I said I would have to go back home to get it, and I ended up being late for a meeting after I returned with the tracking number.I understand that policies are created for a reason, but there should be some understanding of the purpose of the policies(especially at the supervisory level) to avoid giving poor customer service for no reason. Even the Secretary of State recognizes a DTE energy bill as a valid supplemental form of ID in the event you lose your drivers license.In my case, I had a drivers license(address not yet updated), a passport card, the name of the shipper, a dte energy bill that matched the name and ADDRESS of the package, and yet I was still required to go home and get the tracking number, for the sole reason of my DL not having the right address.

The staff was friendly and helpful getting my request met.

I have been shipping packages from Michigan to Canada over the last month, sending my dad items as he is stuck in Canada due to Covid. Geralyn has helped me every time I’ve been in there and she is an absolute delight to work with. Most recently, an urgent package that was sent Overnight to Canada was delayed by a few days, and Geralyn went above and beyond to make sure we were assisted by customer service and the issue resolved. 110% would recommend this location as Geralyn and the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Fast, easy, convenient and safe, comfortable environment. A little more expensive than the post office but my packages always arrive on schedule or before and tracking is very easy.

I appreciated being able to drive up to the curb, set my 2 heavy boxes down outside the door and thenhave an employee help me carry them in. I was told 3 days delivery to CO and the boxes arrived exactly as expected. A completely different experience at the Post Office where I was told 3 day Priority Mail was actually taking 2 weeks. UPS wins the 2020 shipping award.

This is a very safe and efficient environment. We appreciate the fact that we have always been treated with courtesy and friendly smiles. It makes standing in line and distancing a little easier. Went in without a mask to drop off a pre-labeled box from my work, not one other person in the store front, including the workers, (they were in the back.) I quickly dropped the box on the counter, shouted it was ready to go, quickly headed back to the door, and the girl came out from the back and very rudely said I couldnt come in without a mask. As I was going out the door I told her I didnt have to wear one, and she said well your box will not be scanned because you didnt have a mask on. I went back in and said So if someone comes in who has a legitimate medical issue making them exempt from wearing a mask, you wont take their package? She said, Nope, not without a mask. I walked past her back to the counter, took back my box, and told her she needed to learn the rules and guidelines of the mask mandate. She rushed to grab a business card, shoved it at me and said call her, call her. Very smug and proud to stand her ground. I assured her I would be calling (assuming its the owner.) What shouldve/couldve/wouldve been literally less than 5 seconds in that EMPTY store, turned into much longer and then having to walk right past her to get my box back. Lost my business, bad review, ...Was it worth it?

The people who work here are always polite and helpful. While UPS in general isnt the cheapest way to get my package where it needs to go, I frequently ship out laptops valued at thousands of dollars each and havent had an issue with delivery or damage.

Came in and was told I could not be served without wearing a mask even though I let them know I have a medical condition and cannot medically tolerate one. It states in the Executive Order those unable to medically tolerate are exempt but this did not matter to them which is a violation of ADA and HIPAA which they can be sued for. I went to another UPS Store location without a problem and will continue to give that location my business.

Ive used our local UPS store on Livernois in Rochester Hills for many years. They have always been outstanding for service and professionalism.I had a recent problem with a package that I sent to Florida to my granddaughter for her birthday. The store staff was extremely helpful and submitted a claim for the missing package for me.My daughter has since discovered the missing package in her garage where a family member had moved it. It all had a happy ending and the UPS staff was extremely courteous when I asked them to cancel the claim.I will always use them for sending packages in the future.

My husband and I have been going to this UPS store for 6 years now and the service keeps getting better. We mostly go there for returns. Many of the items we return are purchased on Amazon. Now, we don’t even need to repackage the item and print a return label and insert an RMA/ barcode inside the box. We simply have a QR code that gets scanned by the employee at the UPS store and within a few minutes, everything is processed and we get a copy of the tracking information for our return. Everything is quick, easy and efficient.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Ive come here multiple from shipping to faxing, etc. UPS is no. 1 for a reason. All my packages have arrived to its original destination on time or early. And they save you money; i wanted 2 day shipping. The employee told me to do three days which was way cheaper. It arrived in three days just as he stated.

I like to send packages from this UPS store because they arrive promptly and in great shape. I am not happy about mailing an envelope to Canada which just arrived yesterday and was posted one month ago! If I had been told that they were going to send it via US mail instead of UPS I would have gone to the post office and sent the letter by express mail. I had to stop by and ask about the envelope and was told that it was sent by US mail after being told that after three weeks the envelope had not arrived. I think that the clerk should have informed me of the practice before I paid for it, thinking it was going by UPS. I would normally give this store high marks but the service mentioned above was lacking .

I used the UPS Store on Livernois, in the Kroger shopping, to send many items to my grandchildren in Louisville Ky. I was not sure of packaging, but the friendly staff had great ideas to help me get the gifts to KY safely and economically. Quick and friendly service. In and out in about 10 minutes which included mailing two packages and having something notarized.

Placed order with a merchant (Old Navy) and had it shipped to The UPS Store for pickup. Order was shipped in multiple packages by Old Navy to set location. Received email stating 2/3 packages were delivered and ready for pickup. Go to THE UPS Store to retrieve and they informed me that package was refused and sent back because it arrived via US mail. Later that day final package arrived went to retrieve from UPS store which was there. Asked why this package was handled differently told the last two were there 3 days and returned to sender. Totally different excuse for mishandling of package that was given that morning. Luckily Old Navy refunded my purchase!

I was given directions on how to return my item from the company with a return label stating they will provide a free box to put the product in. The women at the cashier was rather rude a s said we dont do that. I showed her the return label as well as the email and she kurtly said I dont need to see that. I know what it says and we dont give boxes.... you can buy one.Extremely not wanting to be bothered. I jave also reported this to the company that directed me for the return.Seriously a precious waste of my time.

I had a huge company project involving international mailings to over 100 customers in all corners of the world. All I had to do was give them an excel list and UPS took care of everything from printing envelopes, creating my pdf document - with mail merge, setting up return receipt confirmations and mailing all of the parcels and sending tracking numbers for every parcel. They continued to monitor and track the shipments and gave me daily feedback for when the customers could not be found and reached out to me for possible corrections. I never had such service from any mailing organization. I would have struggled in getting this project completed if I used any other shipping company.

Great experience, these guys are super fast, they explained the various options available to send my parcel and I was able to track it all the way. Also a great place to return online purchases, as long as they have a pre-paid UPS label etc. the staff are always friendly too and there are generally no lines.

I like this store because I get my mail here. They always have my mail, and my mail makes me happy. My mail goes in my mailbox and isnt stuck outside in the cold. Cold mail is unhappy mail, and I want my mail to be as happy as my mail makes me, so a nice indoor mailbox where the mail can sit and wait for me to pick up my mail is always nice.

They were great they helped me get the most into my box and seal it up. When the box arrived on the day they told me it would the box was sealed up tight and everything inside was totally okay and unbroken. Very nice, helpful people at this UPS Store location.
