It is the reason I buy cars there I have always had amazing service. Dan is usually my go to guy we’ve done business now for four or five years and he is excellent. Especially at the follow through and keeping you in formed. Once they fix some thing I’ve never had to go back to have it done a second time or any follow up.
Always friendly service. This time it took 1.5 hours to get a NYS inspection & oil change! Paperwork showed a target time of 30 minutes. An area for improvement.

Had to keep chasing some a recall that was low stock so not dealers fault but the process was horrible. Kept checking in for 9 months .. one time a female worker told me they would push me up but never heard back. But the final call the person Mgr was great and secured me an appt the next week. Service was seemless. Appreciated their ability to help me ..just was hoping they understood the priority of this for me.

I went here recently for the first time for service to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My experience with Dan was outstanding! I was leaving town the next day for a soccer game with my daughter and he ordered a part and made sure it was installed for me in time for my trip the next day. A week later my daughters Jeep needed service, oil change and inspection and I also took it here. Once again excellent service. This time Frank and Eric helped me and were so kind and professional. They helped me out and I was able to get my daughters car out that day while I waited. Excellent people, nice clean environment, friendly and fair. Well done!!
Well I’m not one to give negative reviews, but I have to regrettably now. I really wanted this service center to work as I am not happy with my dealership being sold. I was pleasantly pleased that my oil change was free and my Jeep didn’t have any issues…but when I was driving home I saw that my suede bolsters had several greasy marks on it where my inspection sticker had to be applied. I have owned this Jeep since 2017 and this has never ever been an issue. I take pride in my suede bolsters! The good thing is I immediately went back and a service rep seems to have cleaned it up. But I’m sorry I won’t go back. I grew up in the car business going back to the 1940’s and I expect top notch service. Will keep looking for a new place for service.
Have always had great service. Only reason not a 5 is I was charged $25 to change an exterior bulb above the truck bed of a 2 year old vehicle. Is a bulb now a wear part? Should I be concerned about the rest of them not lasting longer than 2 years?

From the time I call in to schedule an appointment to dropping my vehicle off and through the service every one is friendly, they acknowledge when you walk in, and they explain what they worked on while vehicle was there.. I was going here because it’s convenient but I’m now going to West Herr in Greece.I was charged $99 for a diagnosis because my gas cap is after market. I called my friend in Buffalo who works for Jeep and then my family member who works for West Herr and they both said that Vison should have ate the fee (both said their dealership would have since my Wrangler is under 10500 miles).$99 isn’t much but if they overcharged this, what will they do under the hood.
It is a well maintained dealer with amenities when waiting to get your car serviced. Was done within the hour being there, not a minute was wasted with them. Great coffee machine that makes you lattes macchiatos even hotChocolate for the kids. I definitely will be coming to get my services done with them more often when needed.

I am obsessed with my car!!! I worked with Jeff and he was really nice and not pushy. I didnt feel pressured at all. I was also with my fiance shopping, but for my car and he spoke to me, which sadly doesnt always happen. He spoke to my fiance as well. He didnt ignore him, but when discussing things it was directed at me, which I really like! The finance manager was also awesome and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated or irritated. Just very kind and again spoke to me about all the things and not just my fiance. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
I traded in my 2020 jeep for a 2013 Nissan pathfinder. My salesperson Jeff was great. He has always taken care of me and hes probably the best car salesperson Ive ever had..Thats where the good ends. I have had this car 3 weeks and in that time I have needed a new alternator and an AC leak. Now every time I start the car or idle thick white smoke comes out the exhaust. I have gotten the run around and was told to drive it for 4 weeks. I havent got any answers and I am frustrated.
Given such a difficult situation with inventory and fluctuations in rates the process was great. Specifically with Scott Moller. He made the experience excellent and explained everything every step of the way. Highly recommend and suggest anyone looking for a new vehicle go see him.
Purchased a part from these guys and they OVERCHARGED me by a lot, and I live out of state and had it shipped so I have no recourse for a return. Would not recommend at all.

Had an issue with my 2017 Charger that caused me to call AAA three times last week to start my car. They told me each time that it was not the battery and after the third time i called Vision on Monday and spoke to Dan who is by far the best. I assumed that i would have to wait for a few days or so to get an appointment and i was able to get an appointment the very next morning at 8AM. Turns out my issue was the battery and i will let AAA know how dissatisfied i was with their service.Please commend Dan for me.

It was in and out for an oil change really fast but it shows. When getting in the car grease was all over the handle and upon driving it home smelled oil. Upon inspection when I got home they had dumped oil all over the top of the engine cover and it was dripping down onto the hot engine. Would get 5 stars but could have been much cleaner process

I worked with Joe C the next day and test drove a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was a little hesitant due to negative equity on my current vehicle but Joe and the team there were confident they could get a deal done for me. The process was quick, efficient and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall excellent experience. Store manager made a great deal for me. It was a snowy day, the floor had mats in places, however there were not enough mats as I slipped and fell causing me discomfort. Hopefully no long term injury. They did give me ten free oil changes. I felt this was a good will gesture for my slip and fall on their property. I would recommend Vision for your Jeep/Ram purchase!

Went in for an AC fix and charged me 400$ three months later it broke abs they wanted another 1400$ to fix it. Don’t go here if you overpriced mechanics.

I would highly recommend Vision to anyone looking for a car. I ended up looking at two separate vehicles at two different Vision locations and both locations were great. No one was pushy and everyone from the sales manager to the finance office were there to help me and not push their own agenda on me (like most other dealerships). Everyone was nice and they worked as a team to give me the best possible service from the minute I pulled in to the minute I left in my new (used) car!

We came here to look at a specific car a bit ago; I had set up an appointment two days in advance and when we arrived they told us the car was no longer available. Which is fine, just wish we had been notified before going.The sales rep helping us showed us a couple other vehicles, none of which were really catching our interest. We informed the sales rep that I would be the one using the car the most, but he kept directing the conversation toward the husband, having him do the test drive, etc. And then when we went back inside to discuss how we werent sure about the car we test drove, the manager came over and tried to upsell us to lease a vehicle instead.They were also VERY loose about Covid restrictions. Masks off or not on properly inside the building, both customers and staff.Their prices are pretty good and it sounds like they have great offers as far as protection and service plans, but it just wasnt a good fit for us.
Best service I’ve ever received at a dealership. They might not have Coke’s in the waiting room, but Dan and the rest of the team were professional, called to update on status, and there were no surprises, except at the end. I had asked if they could do a quick interior detail. He said they were tied up for the day but he’d try. When I went to pick it up they had moved things around and gotten it done. Plus that and the first oil change was on the house! Highly recommend.
