Usually this place is somewhat disconnected but I was lucky to have engaged an employee by the name is Santos who was a true professional. I had scheduled 4 tire replacement, The counter staff was a bit harsh but once past her I met Santos who then showed me my online tire purchase and said the job would be complete in 45 minutes. To my surprise it was 20 minutes for job complete. On the way out Santos reminded me of the free tire rotation interval. I recommend Walmart tire service

For tires and oil change, they get the job done fast, at a good price.

I dont speak Spanish. Think its rude that as a Customer doing business with you all you going to do is speak Spanish spent over 400 there could not figure out if I was getting a good deal or just getting Screwed over

Its packed!!! I went to the auto section to check out and seek some information in regards of purchasing tires and the time frame of having them installed ( 2 weeks I was told ). I am assuming the best time to go there would be early in the morning. Happy New Years to everyone that may read this.

I wanted to buy tires for my car as well as my wifes car i had called all day long in to the night but no one answered the phone so I went to mavis for both cars in and out I dont understand how walmart stays in business never going to waist my time with this store

Waited an hour and they can’t do tires

Wait times no matter when you get there are ridiculous. Have tried for a month not to spend my whole day there for an oil change.

Great price on tires oil changes.

I use the auto care department for every oil change that I get. I also buy tires and windshield wipers from them. The downside is that you have to get up really early and be one of the first people when they open up, otherwise you may wait for hours until they get to your car. They should take appointments.

I got tires at another walmart and the tires were wobbly so I took it back and they rebalanced it. Still wobbly. I took it to Hudson. They discovered the other walmart never pulled the original weights off. No more wobbly!! The staff was great! Thanks guys!!!

11/20/2019 I drop off my car to get tire rotations and then told me may take all day I said okay l leave my car there got phone calls at1:30pm your Car ready went to pickup my car they give wrong key 30 minutes passed they couldn’t find my key technician kept my key in his pocket and vent to lunch so mean time I keep asking where’s my key they didn’t say anything until technician show up sorry kept in pocket,Customers service sucks don’t wanna go there again.

Fast had a way to look up the part I needed

Had a wait 13min just to check out. First she left counter to go in garage. Upon coming back in proceeded to answer phone and make appointments. Instead of saying pls hold and cash me out for my 5qrt of oil

They have reliable service and theyre always friendly

Check in and out is so time consuming, it is like this every time I go to Walmart auto center. Its worth paying a couple extra dollars just to be able to save the time

They shouldnt give an appointment if the wait time is more than 2hrs....I waited more than 8hrs, they should be sued for this honestly...this isnt a charity after all, they get paid for the service then the waiting time should be appropriate.

I love walmart but the automechanics part was a straight disaster. I cam with my tire to be placed on and an alignment. I waited for an hour while 1 mechaniv struggled to put in a battery into a chevy ss impala..... I felt bad for the woman who was waiting longer then i was. I knew it was a first come first serve thing but something that should take maybe 15mins to take an hour i asked them if i could just purchase the tire and leave, they were nice about it and allowed me the tire purchase. I then went up the street 15 minutes later my tire was on and i was good.

It is first come, first served, the wait can be hours, the waiting room is uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, you can do all types of shopping while waiting, it was inexpensive.

A little bit disorganized but they did do a good job

Waited two hours to get a set of tires, and they only replaced one valve stem of the four. So two days later one of my tires is flat because it needed a new valve stem, so I go back right when they opened and it takes 2.5 hours to get a $3 valve stem. Three days later, a different tire is flat, I’m guessing because it needs a valve stem. Needless to say I won’t have it fixed here again.

Only one car done at a time took 2.5 hours to have nail taken out of tire

First come first serve, no appointments unless approved by a manager(rare). Other than that its pretty legit, they found a malfunctioning tire valve and fixed it free for me in the past.
