Horrible experience I spent my last to buy a part that I thought I needed try to return it and buy the part that I didn’t need they couldn’t even do that waste of my time $450 down the drain .They express deeply about the deposit but forgot to tell me that they will not refund if it’s wrong.Go to AutoZone or advance auto at least you’ll get your money back if it’s wrong

I’ll start by saying they are knowledgeable and sell quality euro parts. I’m not coming on here to bash them. I’m not complaining about prices. Usually when a lot of people call them it’s because no one else has the part or you want quality so it’s not about price. I’ve been working on euro cars professionally for a long time so I’ve used them a lot. The problem is getting a part warrantied they give you a very hard time and if they sell you the wrong part they blame you. They are pretty good so it’s not super common to get the Wong stuff like auto zone or advance but when your working on euro cars it’s not like domestic cars. A lot of times with euro cars you can have 3 different parts that go to one car and they get pissed if they send the wrong stuff. Other parts stores will say “im sorry I’ll send the correct stuff. We spend a couple hundred grand a year on parts, if it wasn’t such a hassle to deal with them they could be getting a lot of that money. Again I’m not bashing them or telling people not to go there because they do have a good product but come on guys learn some customer service. And it not just me I know a ton of shop owners and shop managers that say the same thing

Have worked on euro and other foreign vehicles in this area for the past 18 years and imparts is by far the best for these cars, if not in stock they get for the next day in most cases. Have never had an issue returning a defective part, counter people will ask the questions that need to be asked to get the correct part.

I went to this business as a courier and got shouted at, swore at and called stupid by the owner in less than a minute. He said he would donate to the VFW and when I showed up to pick the check he willingly said he would donate and when I showed up to pick it up for some reason it set him off. He told me to never come back and he would never donate to the VFW ever again. I was beyond shocked and moved to tears; the company owner called him to discuss his behavior and he got the same treatment from the owner; swore at and hung up on. I dont know why he hates the VFW, or why he said he would donate to them and then try to renege or why he thought it was acceptable to treat someone so viciously. I cant imagine what would happen if he ever had a real problem in life or how he would cope. I will never forget this experience and I wouldnt recommend his company to anyone. If he cant keep his word to the veterans of our country and then swears at a woman whos doing her job why would anyone want to give him a dime? From other reviews on this site, it looks like others have gotten similar treatment. Hes an unstable monster who needs a psych evaluation. Karma will get this guy.

Great place for import parts. They have OEM parts for much less than the dealer and in stock. Been going here for 10 years. Just call to get pricing and availability. They are sort of a door in the wall place. Have got parts for my Vw, SAAB. and Subaru. Mostly European stuff.

This place has everything you need for any German car and at a much lower cost than the dealer.

So I call for a gallon of G13 fluid & never thought to ask for the price but never thought it would cost almost double of what it cost at the Audi dealership so I returned & later got a nasty phone call from the owner swearing at me. Very unprofessional. Stu if your having a bad day dont take it out on your customers. Good luck from Mikes Auto Sales :-(
