I love the experience shopping my car here. James is cool manager and we almost agree on a fair trade-in value and the new car price in no time. Mo is a nice and welcoming sales person to work with. The most fun part is he let me test drive another vehicle when I was waiting for the documentation of my purchase (he also took the below picture). 5 star recommendation for this dealership that you should definitely consider for a good vehicle shopping experience!

Im regretting buying my vehicle with Nissan. They like to upsell you, especially when you are at the financing table. I felt very pressured by the financing rep to purchase unnecessary insurance, warranties, and services. When you buy your vehicle there, know that they are going to use high-pressure sales tactics to try to separate you from your money.They also call me once a month to ask if I want to sell my vehicle. I know they probably want to turn a profit on it because of the vehicle shortage.Ive now had my vehicle for a year and a half and the prices at the service center have gone up considerably. I paid $77 for just an oil change this month, where 6 months ago it was only $60 for an oil change AND a tire rotation. They no longer include the tire rotation, you have to pay extra for that.They said the hike in prices was due to oil price increases and labor cost increases, but you cant pass that much onto the customer because you will lose business.I like the customer service, but there comes a moment in time where you have to question whether you are getting value for your money. Next time I will be trying out a different service provider in town that is Nissan certified and has more reasonable pricing.
Let me start off with saying, Mo has to be the best individual I’ve ever worked with at a car dealership! He understood everything I asked of him and was able to find me EXACTLY what I wanted! I would work with Mo 50 more times if I needed 50 more cars! The rest of the staff at Nissan were great people and were all willing to go above and beyond what was initially asked of them. I hadn’t bought a car in over 10 years, and it was time. Adam set me up with Mackenzie who was a dream to work with! She showed me all the cars in my price range, and rode in circles with me while I test drove and got a feel for each car. At one point, Adam even drove a car to my home so that I could test drive it quick on my break from work. Once I decided on a car that fit my needs and lifestyle, Adam went above and beyond to help make sure the payment would keep me in my budget. Not only that, but I walked away feeling like I was truly taken care of thanks to a warranty that was also fit into my budget. Buying a car is stressful enough without having to worry about something happening in the future. Even the staff that weren’t working directly with me were more than accommodating to me, and my dog waiting in the car! Highly recommend working with this dealership.

Spoke with salesman and test drove car late one evening. Negotiated price and received written quote. As it was past closing time, we verbally agreed with salesman and manager present to let them know in AM whether we would purchase car or not. They agreed to put it on hold for us for 24hrs.We called the next AM as agreed to put down deposit on said car. Salesman was evasive and said he would have to call us back. We were subsequently told it was sold to another customer. We suspect the manager wanted to sell it for more than our previously negotiated price.Reputation is everything. We upheld our end of the deal, they did not. Do not do business with this dealer! They do not stand by their word and handshake!

I came to the place to fix a lightbulb on my car, they charge me for putting the lightbulb but it doesn’t work, now they want me to pay extra for them to run a diagnostic test on the car, they should’ve done it before doing anything, don’t come to this place, they are lying to people, don’t come here.

Upon presenting my car keys to John I was told to fetch my car and bring it to him in the service area. I ended up having someone else write my ticket up.Rule: Never have the customer do more work then you.I was sent a text indicating additional work that needs to be done. I was surprised, especially with only having 10k miles on it. In addition, there were charges listed in an e-invoice regarding issues with warning lights. It appeared I was being charged for this warranty work.Suggestion: Revamp that e-invoice to be clear on the customers cost.Picking up the vehicle was quick. However, the service department/Service Advisor should have known/or taken the time to find out the oil change and tire rotation were free. Simple things make the customer valued. I felt like I was seen as a cash machine.Rule: Know your customers.I was a Service Advisor for many years. I know what it takes to do a great job. I was not afforded a great experience.Do better!

Their service dept. is great! We were visiting Rochester today from La Crosse. Just before heading back to La Crosse, we noticed that the engine shield under our Rogue was dragging on the ground. Nissan of Rochester got us in right away, secured the shield with new tabs, and got us back on the road in under 15 minutes. And the best part was that when I asked how much we owed, they said, No charge! Wed definitely bring our vehicle to them for service if we lived closer! Thanks, Nissan of Rochester!

I came for charging of cooling system with refrigerant for 176$,I go out with 182$ for they cannot charge it because of unfit condenser.It is something confusing.
I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from here and the vehicle is nice. Was treated very well through the process. Luis does a good job. About 3 months after purchasing the air conditioning compressor went bad, really glad I bought the extended warranty. I would recommend shopping here.

My wife and I visited this establishment today. We met with Jake, Justin and Gary. They all did a phenomenal job. How, you may ask? Initially, there was a minor scheduling issue. However, Jake acknowledged and validated the issue. He expressed an honest expectation from that point. We followed his instruction. We were ecstatic that when we returned to the dealership, and found Jake hopping around on a busy day to meet others needs, Justin jumped right in to meet ours. It was synchronic coordination. Justin, the Sales Manager, helped us through any and all hurdles to make the car-buying process and stress a breeze. Gary followed up promptly and effectively. He answered any questions that we had and coached us through the final stages of purchase. All that I have to say is... WHAT A TEAM. Are you ready for the cherry on top of the Consumer Cream Pie? I noticed a minor issue with my purchase, called the dealership on the way home, and was assured that it would be taken care of.... and not on my dime. Jake, the salesman, validated my concern.... once again. He accepted the situation and planned for resolution. Rest well tonight and shop well tomorrow, at Nissan of Rochester.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This dealership is so disorganized. I tried calling the dealership many times with questions about my purchased vehicle, went to voicemail way too many times. They don’t seem to have enough staff on hand. I tried contacting my salesperson, no response.
Wow is all I can say. The amount of time and effort these guys put into helping me get into the right car for me went above and beyond. There were a lot of bumps in the road but Luis worked his hardest (even on his day off) to find me exactly what I was looking for. I am now a customer for life. Great dealership to work with. I spotted the car of interest online. Called the dealership and while i was asking questions, the sales rep. offered to go outside and take additional pictures to give me reassurance with the vehicle. Working with the staff was seamless and fun, the test drive was done without any sales pressure or tactics. The paperwork and such took maybe 30 minutes and out i was driving in my new car. I have owned,managed,or been involved with sales operations all my life, with great success. Having said this, you are more likely to understand what I write next.. First we meet Robert, well groomed and appropriately dressed man with a solid working knowledge of his product. I was impressed when he refrained from the awful qualifying questions. Although considering our appearance he must have been tempted. You can not know who might have a $50 Thousand Transferable in back of their VW.(dont look I have it) (score 10 for Robert). We took a leisurely test drive and adjourned to a small table. Robert did well convincing us he was not a stranger,(score another 10), and introduced Justin who was obviously the closer. He realized very soon to not stand over me, but to sit down and discuss the exchange of his merchandise for my dollars. I then found in him a consummate sales professional, (score 10 for Justin). We were introduced to Lloyd after the week end and enjoyed his very capable rendition of the facts as well as a some what personal conversation, (score 10 for Lloyd). I took my Versa in for an electrical problem, which are usually hard to diagnose. John Lux was my service manager and he made it very good experience, and the mechanic diagnosed my cars problem quickly! Great service department, would recommend.

I have been using Lupient Nissan for all of my cars services since i moved into town 2.5 years ago. I was JUST RECENTLY informed of a Mayo discount. I decided to use the discount for my recent services 11/8/2018. When I asked about the Mayo discount i was told it was 15% off. I drop off my car. I return and the bill is higher than expected. I was THEN told that the 15% is ONLY off of parts or labor and that it can only be applied to 1 service no matter how many i get performed on that visit. That day I got an oil change, transmission flush, and a power steering flush. Josh then proceeds to tell me that its best to get just one service performed at a time for the discount to really be effective. To add insult to Injury, he then applies the discount to the lowest priced service on my bill, the OIL CHANGE.I feel like I was misinformed about how the Mayo discount is used. I was not able to make an informed choice about services that i had performed. This is just poor customer service and it makes me not wants to use them if Im going to get lied to and not fully informed ALL of my options.
They went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the item requested, they also checked into any recall items, ordered the necessary part, and washed my vehicle. Everything was covered by warranty - and the service was excellent. Thank you Kevin in the Service Dept.

This past weekend I bought my first car on my own. Everyone at Lupient was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease! I worked with Robert Satterwhite to get a Nissan Rogue. He helped me through the entire process no matter how anxious I felt. He answered all my emails before meeting in person, answered all my questions, and was patient with me; not at all pushy. Jared in Service did an excellent job of handling my request. I have been having problems with door locking with my Armada since I bought it. He said he would research the problem and he worked with the service team to resolve the problem. Outstanding! I am very impressed with Jared.I enjoyed my shuttle trip to my home with Ken. Once again he made the trip pleasant.
Overall I had a good experience but the amount that was charged for the time that the vehicle was actually being worked on was ridiculous. They wanted to charge us $400 for 1.5 hours of work. After much discussion theshop did lower the labor rate by $40, which is what we were originally quoted.The 1.5 hours of work was on a known problem. My husband told the shop what the problem was when we arrived. Failure of the radiator fan(s) is apparently a known issue with the 2015 Nissan Pathfinder around the 37,000 mile marker. The pathfinder we own has 41,000 miles on it. The fact that this has not been a recall by Nissan and replacement for these parts covered is also very disappointing.I have driven a Nissan vehicle for over 20 years and have always felt like Nissan is a great product. I am not sure how I feel about Nissan at this point since I just dropped an unexpected $1000 into a vehicle for a known problem, because of the way it was manufactured.All in all the service we received at Lupient other than the cost was really good. They were able to get us in for the work without an appointment and had the work done quickly. Due to the cost discrepancy for the labor we probably wont be back for service work if we dont have to.
I have been a long-standing customer at Nissan for years. I have purchased vehicles from Nissan, and always been diligent about getting my oil changes, tire rotations, and any automotive needs at Nissan. I have seen prices steadily increase, and customer service decrease. I was in for an oil change recently, on a 40-degree day. I was told I could not get my car washed because the car wash is now closed all winter long. I can find the same services at other locations while saving myself a lot of money and receiving excellent customer service. I will no longer be going to Nissan.
We were very pleased with the service we received. Damien and Cory were very helpful. My husband and I were only at the dealership to buy a car for an hour an a half. They had the car all warmed up and ready for a test drive. I felt like I matter to them and helping us pick out the perfect car for our family. This is the second Nissan I have brought to this dealership and I am not happy with either experience. The first time the repairs they made nearly blew up my engine because they did not put a hose on correctly after a small collision. I only discovered this because after they failed to give me an oil change, which I had asked for before and while dropping my car off, I brought my car to a different oil change company and they found the hose error.This time, I had a flat tire and they said that I needed to get 4 tires and an alignment which would cost me $800. I got two tires from another company and they said they an alignment was not necessary. I will not be recommending anyone to go to Nissan of Rochester ever.
I traveled to Rochester from the Twin Cities to do business with LUPIENT Nissan. I received the expected excellent service. It is my understanding that in a day or two this store will no longer be part of the Lupient Auto Group, therefore, my reason for traveling there to do business no longer exists.

I went into Lupient Nissian to potentially purchase a new vehicle after being recommend the Nissan brand. After my previous car buying experience I was skeptical about working with another salesperson at a car dealership. To my surprise, I experienced the best car buying experience yet. Their parts guy would not give me a part number on the part I needed, only the price. I called another dealership and their parts guy gave me the number no problem (which was $100 cheaper). Be sure to check around before buying parts from these guys because chances are youre paying premium prices.

Thank you for the great service for my Pathfinder! A totally unexpected WOW was the vacuum of my interior. The winter sand/gravel had tracked into the vehicle was messy. Finding it gone was appreciated and unexpected!
I have never had a negative experience at Lupient Nissan! Their sales staff (Mo is my sales rep) is friendly and checks in frequently to see how everything is going with the vehicle. The mechanics are efficient and I never have to wait long for my car when it’s in for routine maintenance. Also Josh, the service advisor, has always been ready to assist with a positive attitude. I won’t consider going to any other dealership!
Tried to setup time for a oil change for our 2018 Nissan altima that was bought new their when it was Lupient Nissan. What a hassle !!! they have no previous information transferred over from when it was Lupient Nissan. We also have a 2016 Nissan rogue that was also purchased their new also under the Lupient ownership. Bottom line is no oil and filter change, we went elsewhere. Question is if no information was transferred over to the new ownership how come they still send me Emails for service specials? I was told to provide the Email of the service special to get the deal, but they have no records of our previous business with their dealership. They could not look up or find any record of our previous business with this Nissan dealership. Not cool at all and we left a message to have management or owner contact us to discuss this issue. Have heard no reply from them.
I just love Lupient Nissan! I bought my used 2003 ford explorer from them 5 years ago and got a great deal and loved my explorer but was ready for a newer vehicle. I had 3 vehicles in mind and emailed out to the dealerships. Since I work in a call center I can only take calls on my breaks and that is not how I wanted to spend my break. Being a female in a predominately males sales force, you learn quickly some dealerships dont take you seriously and it didnt help that I had a low down-payment and a tight budget. However that didnt matter to Elora Kennedy at Nissan. Not only did she respect my request to work only via email but she stayed in touch with me until the test drive AND she knew I was test driving other vehicles and she respected that. I will tell you one of the other dealerships I went to made me sit and wait while they printed off comparison sheets to the other vehicles and pretty much told me that if I didnt buy from them I was making a mistake. If you have to degrade other companies to make a sale then you dont have my business. Needless to say after I test drove two other vehicles, I went back to Elora who simply wanted to know how it went, not as a salesperson but as if she was my friend who genuinely cared. Not only did I fall in love with the Rogue but her customers service was a cherry on top!! She was amazing to work with AND she didnt give up on my crappy down-payment and budget. She worked hard getting me a Rogue that fit my financial criteria. Tonight I came home with the newest vehicle Ive ever owned and its amazing! I had service done and when they brought my car out it hadn’t been washed. I asked about that and was told the car wash was down. The service guy then took my car to a nearby car wash and paid out of his own pocket, and brought it back nice and clean.
I was looking to consider to lease a new SUV, I was able to connect electronically, schedule with a sales person, and establish a relationship before I even arrived at the dealership. I was pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and knowledge of various vehicle options. In addition the sales and finance staff collaborated to ensure we had a deal that worked for us, and them.
