I highly recommend staying away from Jason(owner) we purchased cooler/freezer from Rochester Equipment and was told that everything would work for what we were doing. First of all Jason was suppose to deliver the cooler/freezer which was agreed upon the purchase and never showed up when he said he would because of the excuse he didn’t have a enough help after 3 set dates I ended up picking the units up. Second Jason sold me compressors that he didn’t know anything about he sold me single phase 220 compressors and I ended up getting 3 phase 220 motors which would not work for our shop. Third after picking up the cooler/freezer and unloading it at our notice the doors didn’t have hinges after several calls and text messages Jason stop returning my calls and messages. This guy does not know what he’s doing and he’s selling used equipment that he doesn’t stand by that he claims is refurbished, I highly recommend staying away from Rochester Equipment because you will not get what you pay for nor the customer service behind it
