I went in for a haircut this evening I showed them 5 pictures to go off of and I end up with a haircut that is nothing like I asked for. Not worth it.
I went for a regular wash and straight nothing fancy the staff was nice but to start the lady couldnt comb my hair i had to step in and help than she used a blow dryer ALONE no brush to dry it which turned my hair into an affroo than attempted to grab the straighter and use it which DOES NOT WORK for curly or thicker hair and she confessed she was not trained to do it any other way ! how can a hair prof not know how to grab a round brush and blow dry ! either way i asked her to stop and left. They might be better with thin or naturally straight or light hair but if you have more challenging curly or think hair def do not recommend this place
Love gettin my eye brows waxed here
I asked for shoulder length hair and the stylist added chin length layers to my hair. That’s 4 inch layers I didn’t ask for. She thinned my hair when I didn’t ask her to, and now my hair looks like the hair of a middle aged suburban mom. I’m only 20! Worst haircut I’ve ever had. The guest next to me was loudly humming and the stylist was on the phone yelling at someone. So unprofessional. Don’t come here. They charged me extra for having a lot of hair and to dry my hair. $50 terrible haircut. I’m stuck wearing my hair tied up or in a hat for at least five months...
After the great reviews many left on this salon, I decided to do a walk in hair and bang trim. The lady I had while nice and relatively friendly, asked me if I also wanted a trim on my layers. I said yes. At first when I was in the salon my hair cut looked great and fine, now as I’m styling it on my own I’m finding chunks of my hair that the woman forgot to cut. The haircut itself cost 35 dollars! For 10-20 more dollars you can go to a really nice upscale salon in Rochester and never have that happen. Or you could go to Aspasia salon in St. charles and pay half the price for a way better hair cut! In the spirit of the holidays, I don’t mean anything personal toward my hair stylist, she was a kind lady. I just can’t believe she FORGOT chunks of my hair. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.
I just want to the salon in jcpenney yesterday and I had the most worst experience in my life. I went to get a silk press and my natural hair colored and instead I got chemical damage and my hair fried off. A lot of my hair came out and I was forced to cut it all off and I am so sad and depressed and embarrassed and when I asked for a refund they were avoiding me and wouldn’t take the time to listen and fix the problem. I will never go there again and I don’t recommend anyone else to. I promise you, you will leave highly upset and unsatisfied
They have competent stylists, reasonable prices and a friendly staff.
Fast, and best hair salon for my chic nan on this trip to London!
The best hair stylist and reasonably pricec
Walked in to get my daughter a haircut at 6:30pm. Website showed open until 9pm. Got told they had no openings available. Did some shopping, came back by the salon at 7:10pm and they were closed. Absolutely rude to refuse business and close two hours early!
My experience here was absolutely terrible. I recommend you go out your way to avoid this place.
My stylist is friendly and does a great job with my crazy hair!
Good price and good quality
Always friendly, capable staff
Best salon in town!!
