I cant believe it took me this long to try this store out! Although items are moderately priced it is easy to go off budget. In this trip I found counter high stools at a much better price than Ive previously paid. Im not an artificial plant person usually but found interesting succulents and snake cactus that are very realistic. This trip was to the Greece store, where I found help moving larger items and loading them into my car.

Cool stuff, good selection but incredibly long wait times - so much that I’d prefer to just not shop here. There’s a single cashier and no one helping. Line wrapping out of the check out area and wait is more than twenty minutes just to check out. I wish it were a one off but it was like this last week too.

I could spend 2 hours in this store. There is so much to look at. A good one stop shop for home goods. Plus military gets 20% off! Love them.

They only feature trendy colors and your items may or may not break in 8 months! This way... you can go back and by more cheap stuff that magically matches EVERYTHING else in the store!Normal: Perfect! I have zero time to think about decorating my house. And I love to waste my money!

Prices are a little high, but you could spend days exploring. They truly have something for everyone.

I always enjoy my visits he because of the wide variety of home goods. There are a ton of lawn furniture and garden knickknacks. You should visit here to see some very interesting homegoods.

I love this store! It offers unique items and youre so much better off here then just going to Marshalls, Target or Walmart. They have decent clearance where you can find a deal. They have beautiful items that can trigger your inspiration to redecorate or just simply freshen up a room. The staff is fantastic, warm, knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to the Greece, NY, store to buy pillows that were on sale and ended up getting some Halloween and birthday things . As always, the sales people were very nice

People or employees I should say they know nothing about what they are selling, all they do is stare at their phones I own a multi-million-dollar business locally and I was pretty much ignored I bought 32 chairs last year about 12 more this year and I need 36 more but Im going elsewhere.. no offense but you have zombies walking around for employees!.... I was five or six feet away from an employee trying to get her attention she was purposely ignoring me.. I own a business so I know good help is hard to find but this was just ridiculous! Shameful and embarrassing to their own generation

It has interesting modern furniture, but quite frankly I was expecting more. Couldnt find much variety for bathroom decor.

Went for an umbrella for the pool deck had to take the one on display nice store but looks like they are having a problem restocking

Love this place. All sorts of styles to choose from and prices are super fair if not cheaper than most. Carpets are heavy duty and thick compared to ones we have looked at in Lowes and home depot. Recommend it for anyone

I love this store!! I went in and was in a daze just walking around and around....soooooo much cool stuff to look at. I bought these two unique lamps...the bulb goes inside to light them up. I am so excited about my find!! Will be back definitely!!

Found some great curtains for my patio doors. This was my first time at the store and was quite impressed with the variety of home items available. Nicely organized and clean. Aisles were marked for social distancing. Prices are good. I would highly recommend this store.

They did have cute things but but if it was cute it was double the price of similar stores and the quality was really cheap. Like wood design wall art that once touched reminded me of cheap dollar store halloween decorations. It was like some strong plastic material and was priced at $70. Was okay but Ill probably ever go back.

I could spend hours in this store!! The staff is super friendly! I recently bought a lamp and when I got home and took it out of the bag realized it was cracked. I put it back in the bag called the store talked to an associate and they assured me it would be no problem to bring it back. by the time I got to the store the lamp had actually fallen apart on the side it was cracked. I was nervous wasnt sure if they were still going to take it back because it literally was shattered on one side. I walked in went up to the cash register showed the girl the lamp, explain the situation and had absolutely no issues whatsoever! It was so convenient to be able to just have her apply the cost of the lamp to the new purchase and not have to put it back and take it back off of my credit card. I completely appreciate the help that the staff member showed me at this location!

Went looking for kitchen curtains. All they had was long drapes for living room. Didnt find out where looking for. Other items in the store seem to be overpriced .

Store is quite often going through a floorset type change and a little chaotic. You can find good deals. Online inventory does not always match in store for pick up. Staff is mostly kind.

It’s nice looking. Not nicely priced. Furthermore, there’s nearly a DOZEN of home goods/furniture stores spanning West Ridge Road, and this one honestly doesn’t stand out to me. Go here if you want to spend $25+ for a SMALL (I’m talking 4 oz) candle 😵🙄

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Youll find all the things you love, and never know where to find it. Prices can be a bit steep if your look for just that ONE OF A KIND piece, but really, if it was cheap, everyone one would have it, and it wont be worth that hunt.

This store was great when it first opened. I was very disappointed when I recently went to look for decor for my walls as the pictures were a mess. It was not worth my time to dig through the mess. I then went to the store in Henrietta and what a difference. I spenthours going through the whole store aseverything ewas neat and clean.

Being in that place gives me so many ideas, I love it! But one room at a time, and planning have to be just right, otherwise you will be walking out with all kinds of beautiful items. They have lots of clearance items too!

I have found decorating heaven! Spacious rooms with all the modern pieces you could ask for. I especially enjoyed the area with the art and mirrors. Prices are reasonable to observe. They even have a section with wire pieces. It is a must stop if you are searching for that special unique piece to get the aaah attention.

I love love love this store.... I legitimately spent 4 hours there one afternoon walking around looking at the decor from room to room. There is tons of clearance and the prices otherwise are great. Furniture is a bit pricey but everything else is like a goldmine. Ive never really been there when it was overly crowded, the store is plenty big that everyone can do their own thing. Hence why I was able to be there for 4 hours! If you havent been Id definitely recommend checking it out

Nice home goods store, I bought a hamper. Prices are more than big box stores, but the quality is also better. We will be returning for art, mirrors and probably some kitchen gadgets.

I LOVE At Home!! I go every time I come to Rochester. I cant wait to get a bigger house just to fit all their stuff in it! So many unique and beautiful pieces to add to your home or to give as gifts. I went during Black Friday and got a 6 ft pre lit tree for $20-25!

Decent store for home goods. Their regular prices discounted to average prices elsewhere arent fooling me. Some items are unique and gaudy.

The store itself is amazing for home decor. However, factor in an extra 30min for your wait in line. On at least 5 occasions now i have waited in line with no less than 7-9 other people with one cashier working. This poor cashier is not to blame, but managment needs to do something about this staffing issue ASAP, just last night I talked with 4 people in line for 15 min, all who of which have experienced the same thing here. Thank you for your time.

Lots of housewares. Pictures were crammed into the display racks which made browsing them nearly impossible. Found one we liked with a small damaged area on it & they discounted it ten percent. Happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love the products and the selection of items. Unfortunately, I have had terrible customer service everytime I have been there. The first time I went to the Greece At Home store. I went to pay for my items, I had unloaded them, she rang them up. I went to hand her my credit card and she said, Oh, I forgot to tell you our thing is down, we can only take cash right now. I was upset that they didnt have any signs up saying that they where only taking cash or that she didnt say anything before she had me unload everything. But I politely ask Can I put my stuff in the cart leave it here and go to ATM and come back to pay for it. She literally rolled her eyes at me and stated whatever but Im not guaranteeing itll still be here when you decide to come back. I just left at that point.About a month later I decided to go back and just go to the Henrietta store instead, it had horrible customer service also. I couldnt find anyone to help me with a table, so I ended up not buying it because I couldnt reach it,lol. When I went to check out, there was only 1 poor clerk for 6 customers in line. So it literally took over 20. I would recommend that this company invests in better training of customer service and better/higher staffingratios.

For some reason they stop ordering summer products in may and are now only planning on stocking fall and winter items. Not a bad store, but they need to cater to the demographic better
