I had to purchase new mattresses for my 2 older teenage daughter’s bunk bed. The service was excellent. They took the time to listen to what my daughters had to say, patiently answered all of our questions and educated/demonstrated how the mattresses are constructed. The sales people were personable and never once pressured me to make a purchase. Only time will tell how well these memory foam mattresses will hold up for my girls. Hopefully they’ll get a number of years out of them before they have to purchase a new one when they’re out on their own.

Woof. Be ready for heavy salesman tactics. We stopped here on our first day of mattress shopping. We had been to a few places this day and were trying to get a grasp on price levels. However, at Metro Mattress their intent is for you to leave that day having purchased a mattress. I understand they work on commission but $1500-$3500 for an item that will last you 10+ years is a serious investment and you need TIME to shop/budget.We were (stupidly) honest and told them we were considering Casper or Purple mattresses. The store manager went into detail about how Casper only spends $35 to make a single mattress and $600 to market each one. They also said Purple mattresses will flatten within a year and a half, guaranteed. Both untrue.When it became clear we would not be purchasing that day, they became aggressive calling other Metro Mattress locations to get you “this one time only” deal and “if you walk away now you’ll lose this deal”. I’m beginning to wonder if there was really anybody on the other line. Then the self deprecation tactic started as the salesperson said “well I guess I just did not do a great job” We said that she was fine and we just weren’t ready to buy. “Obviously not good enough”. As we were walking out she yelled “I guess we’re not as good as Purple!” I left so upset I was shaking.The sad part is that they actual showed us a model that we really liked, and if they had given us space it would have been on our list of final options, and we would have happy given the salesperson the commission later on if we had selected that one. But we will not return, and will tell others not to try them.I feel sorry for the salespeople, they must feel immense pressure to push product and it shows.

Me and my dad had a really wonderful experience with the very kind and helpful Laura. She answered all questions and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely be visiting here in the future and I recommend others to do the same.

After a trip to the victor store yesterday and receiving horrible service (basically no service), Mark was quick to attend to our needs and showed us to the perfect mattresses for both of us. We had a very positive experience. Mark was very helpful and hooked us up. Quick delivery time they called the night before with a 3 hour window. Then they called 20 minutes before they arrived. Shawn and Alex where quick and respectful. They had to go up tight stairs with bending the king size mattress and 2 twin XL adjustable bases. They had them hooked up & synced with the mattress on faster than expected.

We went in looking for a custom size mattress. We worked with Adam, we were not able to get the custom size mattress we needed, but we were able to get a mattress size close enough to fit our needs. Adam was not high pressure but he was very knowledgeable and informative. This is a store I would visit again when I am looking to buy another mattress.

My boyfriend and i bought a very nice mattress from Adam this evening. We planned on just checking things out and trying different mattresses. Adam was very patient and genuine. I dislike being sold to; it is easy to see through people that are just working for a paycheck or commission. That is not the experience I had this evening. He helped my boyfriend and I find the right matress, base and pillow. He worked closely with his regional manager to find a price we all agreed on. It was a huge purchase for us and I feel confident that it is the right decision. I cant wait to get the mattress! I left feeling like purchasing the mattress from Adam was meant to be!

Adam helped us choose the mattress that was right for us. He was knowledgeable of temperpedic products. He was patient as we tried numerous mattresses multiple times. He made many calls to his regional manager to get us a great deal. We kept him past closing yet we were never pressured or rushed. I strongly recommend  Adam if you go to Metro Mattress.

We dealt with Mark at the Henrietta location. Mark went out of his way to do proper measurements for us and find solutions that would work for the height of the bed as well as how the headboard would fit. He was very professional and his customer skills were superior. Also we would like to say that the two men who delivered the items Rolio and anotherman were great in there respect for how the items were delivered and everything was put together great and cleaned up after. We are very happy with our new bed and appreciate the fine help that we received from Mark as well as the delivery men.

Went a couple days ago, Josh was running the store by himself juggling a few customers which worked out extremely well because I got to test out all the mattresses in my budget. Narrowed it down to two, and ending up going with the Fortress which is a top notch mattress. He handled everything from warranty claim on my previous mattress, to getting me a fair deal, and setting up the extremely fast delivery! Josh was amazing, thank you!

Came in with no appointment and a smaller budget not expecting to get much, The salesman Josh did everything in his power to get me the best deal he could, thanks to him I purchased an incredibly comfortable mattress at a fantastic price. Everything was very easy and he was very helpful. The mattress has a fantastic warranty but if I ever need another I know where I am going.

We met with Laura who was both attentive and informative- but not in that typical, sales-y sense... she was warm, inviting and knows her stuff. Aside from the mattress, the knowledge on the types of mattresses, what works well with body shape/weight/sleeping habits, were also what we were looking for when we stopped in today. Other home furnishing stores are simply overwhelming with various products, and their sales team needing to cover anything and everything- it’s nearly impossible. I had no idea we would be walking out not only with a mattress, but a frame and sheets. My husband is a bit wary going into furniture stores, specifically because of sales people, so for him to be as comfortable as he was, (minus refusing to lay on the mattress lol) knowing I was happy with the experience, we started and ended our search at the store. Thank you Laura for being genuine, that trait cannot be taught and is severely lacking in the industry.

I rarely give out full scores, but this was as close as you can get. The salesperson was helpful and efficient and setting up delivery was easy and especially great with the tracking feature!! That is an amazing thing to have for people who need to know EXACTLY when to expect their delivery (instead of a 4 hour window)!

Havent slept in our new bed yet, but Mark made sure our delivery was quick. He is a cool guy and great salesmen.

Wandered in on a Sunday afternoon after my dear old dog made a mess out of my old bed while ill. I had hoped to be shopping for a bed under different circumstances; alas, I found myself needing a bed and kind of in a hurry.
