Fantastic restaurant, museum and gift shop. The food is so good! Their pretzel appetizer is almost a meal and big enough to share. Served with an amazing beer cheese sauce and grain mustard. Their nachos with BBQ pulled pork is out of this world. You must sit outside during the warm months and take in the view of the falls. Its like being somewhere other than Rochester.

Great views, and great food. (I LOVED the risotto balls; great vegetarian choice). I also enjoyed the downstairs gift shop and the history of the Genesee brewery​. Really great displays, an interactive photo booth, and even a quiz to test your knowledge!

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this load of empty pallets. Horrible signage, makes you wait in a overflow lot without a mobile toilet, narrow roads and this place has no regard for any other business than themselves. Their abuse of my time has made me have to cancel my next load. I will never be back and if you are an owner operator DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Very polite peopleDirections from WestI- 90 E to 490 N to exit 13 follow sign for St Paul str after 2 traffic lights take left on Joseph Ave pass under bridge 12’ 11” ( yes semi 13’ 6”/53 swing doors ) after the bridge immediate left on Ward st it will take you to the main docks of the brewery.

Idk how they got all these good reviews, but I will not make any deliveries here ever again. The receiving guy is very rude, they dont respect appointments I got here 45 min before my appt they asked me to leave the company, and when i came back later 10 min before hes asking me to leave again!! Well call you when were ready they say, so why I had to drive all night to get here on time.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite places for good wallet friendly food and drinks. No longer is Genny beer the swill your grandpa drank, their new craft beer direction is fantastic. If you dine here be sure to start with the pretzels with mustard and beer cheese.Make sure you take advantage of the wonderful views from the rooftop deck and the gift shop/quasi museum on the first floor.

Meant to eat here a meal here but only had pretzels (very good) and the menu looked amazing. Beer was great, I had the smash and my boyfriend had the ipa and they were both tasty. Museum and shop downstairs are nice. Good atmosphere. Only giving a 4 not a 5 because I cant really rate the food.

Food was cheap but not very nasty, the risotto balls were mush, the tuna over cooked and the Reuben dry. Their idea of mixed veggies was chick peas, canned green peas and diced carrots I should have asked but I thought there would be a better selection. 1 flight per person during the tasting. Doubt we will be back. Spent a disappointing $80 dollars.

Went for an early working dinner with beers with management and customers. Good atmosphere, beer, and food. Waitress was attentive, but not overbearing. Got busy as time went by. Only drawback (and resulting 2 stars) was restaraunt management coming by to tell us there was a 2 hour limit on tables and we needed to leave. They want to turn tables rather than foster repeat business. I guess they have enough demand for that approach to work.

Great food and beer selection. Try the BLT if you like bacon, its a BLT all of its own. They dont take Discover cards as of my last few visits.

We all have a great time at the Brew house. Food is good, the people are freindly and the beer is cold. The location is one of the best for viewing the falls.

Arrived at scheduled appointment time. Was unloaded within 30 minutes. Also followed the directions given by the last reviewer and they were spot on.

Very cool place. The tasting room staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The bar is cool, and the outside view of the falls is fantastic!

Got a behind the scenes tour here. The place runs like a finely tuned watch. But more importantly, they make great beer!

5 of 5 ! Guys were really helpful with the directions and loaded me up 12 hours before my p/u appt.Directions:From I-490 take the Inner Loop. Then take the exit to the St Paul st. Keep going straight and turn left on Joseph St. Ignore underpath bridge clearance and go through it. Thats the only underpath you could use. Turn left on Ward. Turn right on St Paul. FIFCO is on your right. For the pickup use 2nd gate which is the very end of the facility.Good luck !

Truckers take exit 10A on 490 for Mt Read Blvd North, make a right on Lyell Ave and proceed all the way to St Paul st and another right.They got me in early and empty in 30 min

The porch is open! Enjoyed appetizers and a pint with the girls on the heated porch overlooking the raging Genesis River. Try the breadsticks with the peanut maple bacon sauce. It sounds terrible but tasted great.

Absolutely a great place to grab lunch and a beer. Service is great and quick. Food is wonderful!

Not the most friendly staff. On two occasions spread out over a year or so. Staff behind the bar carried a slight attitude and did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. We got IDed, and then the bartender walked away causing us to get IDed a second time instead of serving us. If you dont care about service youll find great pretzels, sauces and beer.

Wife hated the roasted vegetable panini so much that she didnt talk to me for the rest of the night. Buffalo wings were legit sauceless. Everything else was pretty decent. Still plan on burning this place to the ground in a week or so. Friendly staff. Loud af.

Worst place you can imagine for delivery truck drivers. Every time 5+ hours waiting, roode people.

The front of house is always frazzled and confused. The bar is insanely slow.I went multiple times, several months apart. Never improved. Among the worst service I have ever seen. Its a shame. Go to the gas station and buy Genny beer, but stay far away from the brew house.

I think their Genny Cream Ale is one of the best tasting beers brewed in North America
