0 stars.. Awful. The manager or associate id: 088876 . I bought a nose ring and a few hours later I tried to return it and I forgot my receipt. The associate selected print before I could select email for a copy of my receipt . I didnt have the option for an emailed receipt. I then told her I wanted it emailed to me. She said too bad you had a hard copy. She then got loud and told me Im misunderstanding the process. Shes was extremely combative and agressive. I then went to my car and found the receipt. I gave my ticket to a male associate. He give it back to her. Shes has an attitude out of this world by now. I then asked to file a customer service complaint. She then yells why do you need to file a report you have been given great service. I then told her I didnt like how she implied I was incompetent due to me telling you that you selected the print out option. Long story short she refused to give me her name. She refused to give me the corporate number. She told me everything is on my receipt and do what you gotta do .. Yelling and embarrassing me in public. I will never return. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. IM GOING TO MIRACLE DRIVE INSTEAD.
