I came to Auto Expressions wanting to get new speakers in my car for my highs and mids & a subwoofer for my bass but i didnt want too much bass they put one 12 and a amp for that, they talked me into just getting a multi channel amp to make my high & mids sound clear and crisp to save money instead of buying brand new speakers for the highs and mids and it sound great!

I had a 10:00 install appointment and had been told it would take a couple of hours for the service to be performed. (A radio installation). I drove in at 10:00 and left prior to 10:30. A good job done and respect for my time, I highly recommend these people

I was very pleased with the personal at Auto Expressions! They were very kind and helpful! I need to get tires installed (mounted, balanced, old tires removed,etc.). I called around and decided to try this shop for the first time. I was very pleased with the quickness and quality of the work preformed. If you havent, I would recommend trying them!

Way expensive but didnt really mind that, I understand the business. Quality install visually, easy to work with. Never told me that installing a new deck was going to take out my ac controls before selling me a $500 head unit plus labor for install. I now have a vehicle that has no heat or ac because all the controls were wired through the factory radio which I didnt know. Cant find any shop in town willing to fix it or even try. Also the head unit was not compatible with my factory Bose amp and sounded absolutley terrible and static at all volumes. Not sure why they thought it was ok to deliver back to me like that. Ended up having to get all new speakers and a new amp after that elsewhere just for it to sound normal again. Overall all I brought my car in paid roughly $800 and it left sounding significantly worse than it did when I brought it in and as an added bonus I lost all my heat and ac controls.

AUTO EXPRESSIONS EXPERIENCE So sick of business owners treating customers like crap.10/11/2013 I go to a company called Auto Expressions on West Ridge Rd.Big Mistake after spending 1296.00 on a stereo for the limo .Then another 216.00 a few weeks later.8 months later Iimo looses sum of its pound.I call them they tell me theres a diagnostic fee too locate the issue after purchasing a new Head unit,Amp,Two Subs,Wiring and installation fee are you kidding me go down there had some lights that where out and issues in the back with the heat.The gentleman and I use the term loosely tells me for 200 more he will look at the other issues as well.I went there to have the system that I put in my Limo addressed not to spend more money.So I dont call him back theres a one year warranty on everything by the way.So last week a friend pulls the subs puts another box in low and behold everything works.Monday I call him say look the subs you sold me are toast.He advises me bring them in with the original receipt and no problem take care of it.I go down there with the receipt he never looks at the subs say to my your warranty expired in October with a smug grin that truly I wanted too slap off the slobs face.But I will give you a real good deal on a new set .I grabbed my receipt advise him the shark reporting him too Alpine the Better business bureau and leave.I have since reported him contacted Alpine believe they are stepping up.Avoid Auto Expressions at all cost.Prior I have always dealt with the Stereo Shop stick with what works.My only regret I cant tag this slime in this post.Happy Holidays

Initially, my XM radio wasnt installed in the best spot for reception by Auto Expressions. I came back, explained the situation, and the technician relocated the receptor to a better spot on the car - no questions asked. It works great now! Thanks for the great customer service and overall easy process.

Purchased polished aluminum rims that I was very nervous about who I would have mount them... went to Auto Expressions and they had no problem fulfilling all of my requests, not a single complaint and I couldnt be more happy to have let them take care of my rims. Definitely have my business for a lifetime!

We bought DVD and GPS for a Toyota sierra 2011 for my dad in the backseat and in the front and after one year and 3 months it stopped working completely and screen turned black and makes popping noises as if the wires are shorting out and its not something I can mute even when there is no volume. We went there 3 times, and will never go there again because they said it would take 700 to fix, and the warranty was for a year. Pay 700 so next year it can happen again? No thanks. And thats not all, its not an isolated incident because my sisters Honda civic 2013 starter broke completely as well after 6 months. Avoid this place if you can.

Everything went as smoothly as it could have. Had rims replaced. The wait was about two hours but they were nice enough to set up a movie for me in their waiting room. Would definitely return for business.

Guy at the desk was amazingly nice and helpful. the manager was not so much. very rude to me on the phone even when he couldnt complete the job I hired him for... the two stars are only there for the nice employee...

Both front desk guy John & owner Bob very accomodating in helping me figure out what I wanted for replacement rims/wheels on my Buick Lucerne. Auto Expressions was easy to get to, easy to find. Product(s) and labor reasonably/fairly priced. Once order was placed & received, it was essentially same-day service. Definitely recommend Auto Expressions.

Great job got my rims nices

They did a nice job on my Ford F-150. I was able to get Toyo RT 33s on it, 20 inch tuff rims, leveling kit, mounting, balancing and all other labor required for under 3k. The owner Bob was no bullshit and got to the point. They were a day late but it happens and I got it the next day. I personally went to check in the day it was supposed to be done and saw there was genuine issues and the mechanic had been working hard on it. No extra labor charges. My truck looks beast and just as important particularly with these jobs it is driving smooth.

I always go by companies reviews and Auto Expressions were Very Good,I had my some interior repaired and my wheels painted the same color as my,and it had to be kept over because they wanted there work to be Equizeive,I am so Very Pleased with there work!!!!

Please do not waste your time here, nothing but headache. Pay full price is a worth than taking a short cut through them. Id Ruther save up and go to the dealers with guaranteed insurance on your car. By the parts and leave if you do end up here. And triple check your car before leaving the promises.had my c a r rims put on which were mine and was fine till they installed n almost end in a ditch lug nuts wasnt put on correct one missing .they said the blot was messed up no one told me but I change the tire and put on the lug nuts everything was there fine and I dont have experience on cars wow. Blew a tire due to a flat tire from their end. Guess what? they said its on my end not their problems. Couldnt even help to fix the issue but I forgive yall, its in god hands. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DEALER worth the risk plus they have guarantee warranty.

Very unhappy... Scheduled appointment for 9am told to return at noon...only hot tint done in rear windows and full back window. Returned at noon and was told another 45 minutes due to rear back window not done....3 hours waiting!!!Went to leave for another 45 minutes only to see the car come around not even touched... Asked to speak to manager...He would not come up to the shop for explanation at all!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

I have had several purchases and installs done from Auto Expressions. Prices, cutomer service and installation has always been top notch and met to my expectations and more!

Had music installed in my car yesterday and it caught fire today....and now Im being told it was the lighter and not their fault after the car was brought back because the dash was smoking....only to be told to come back at one when Chris comes in....my son drove off and it caught on fire lucky my boys are ok...but I am not happy I have dealt with roc communications in the past with no problems....but to be told the lighter burned up because its an older model car...Im having a hard time believing it....in the past dealing with unprofessional ppl installing systems and wire...I had my heat stop working....I know that there are plugs and for an amp you have to run wires....I have had many systems installed and very minor issues but for it to catch fire.... .I will wait and see what they say on monday....if I am not happy I will be taking the necessary steps....

Well first the sales guy was great,very helpful and not at all pushie like most are. Then the installers were very nice and profetional. I had a remote start/car alarm put in witch i was expecting to take all day but only took 3 hours. I dropped it off and was called back to pick it up vary quick. When i got there i was shown all the cool stuff it does with a great warranty and awsome service. I will be doing bizz here for a long time. Thank you staff at auto expressions.

Took car there for remote start problem that was installed by another shop Great staff service was pretty quick took about 20 minutes refunded me a half hour seeing they thought it would be a hour most shops would charge you that hour
