We walked in and the installer boss happened to be there. He showed us a sample of carpeting suitable for our basement. He came to our house and measured and came up with 20 sq yd less than a previous estimator. We set a date, his team started removing the old carpeting. Then the boss arrived and worked with his team..their installation was immaculate and they bound and stacked the old by curb. Highly recommended.

This really is a gem of a family-owned small business. From the people to the service to the prices they did an absolutely fantastic job at a very reasonable and competitive price. They dont use subcontractors - the friendly people in the store are the same people who come and install the flooring. The great reviews are legit - the service is tremendous. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

After shopping around Rochester for hardwood installation I found Bayside. 100 percent satisfied from beginning to end. Go with this company, you will be satisfied.

Not responsive. When carpeting the entire house, on day two of install, he sent two men who were different than day one installer (who worked directly for him and whom he had stated was his best and would be doing my white job) I questioned this with him as I had no idea who these two were. He assured me they were good. Well at this point every piece of carpet those two installed is now wrinkling. This was expensive carpet and expensive padding. When trying to reach him about this problem he is unresponsive. Would not recommend this placeIn regard to your response it was not about the lack of responsiveness in total. It was about the initial install being poorly done by two men you found From an ad in paper and when they showed up at my house and I called and questioned you bc they were different from the original installer who I was promised - you told me they would do a great job. There job was awful as evidenced by every room carpet wrinkling. The problem was fixed (after complaining to you and attorney general) but could have been avoided had you not sent these two to my house I guess when you’re installing carpet you should know about your installers work. Your guy who works directly for you is great

We bought a new house this summer. Home Depot was supposed to install a carpet in our attic bedroom in 5 days or less, but then we found out that the carpet that we had selected was out of stock and wouldnt be in for another week! So after they failed us miserably, I canceled the order and I called Bayside Flooring. I spoke to the son. He said that if I came down and found some carpet that they had in stock, they could probably get it installed within the week. I found a comparable carpet and they had it in and installed before the end of the week for about the same price! We love our new bedroom thanks to the family at Bayside and Richard Palermo and his crew!

Yesterday, I had three bedrooms and my hallways carpeted by Bayside --- Kevin and James were the installers, Great, Great, Great -- everything came out perfect, two really hard working guys, no wasted time, I was really glad to see them show up, since they put down my water proof flooring a few week earlier and did an excellent job. If all their installers are like Kevin and James, Bayside should be on the top of your list when looking for flooring.

The employee greeted us, but otherwise we were completely on our own in this somewhat unorganized show room. The pricing was not terribly outlet like, but if youre comparing flooring choices to a bigger box store this place has a lot more.I highly reccomend they add somewhere for customers to look through sample books (chairs and a table would be nice!) . Im super pregnant and it was hard for me to hold the books up while looking through.I might go back some day but ultimately I wasnt super impressed.

Great! Bayside Flooring was our savior when it came to our home remodel! After having many headaches with Christian Flooring, I walked into Bayside and John helped us pick out new carpet that he had in stock and was able to install it 4 days later. Without these guys we would have been waiting for another month! They also came to the rescue with our kitchen floor remodel. We had laminate and carpet installed by Bayside Flooring. Richard and his two installers were extremely knowledgable and hard-working. They installed our living room carpet and laminate in our hallway and kitchen in one day. Their work was exceptional! They were courteous and we have already recommended them to other people.

Extremely positive experience working with these guys after our finished basement flooded! Very professional and courteous. They have a great selection in their show room and competitive prices. The only down side is they dont keep a large inventory of all the carpets, but still got the order in within a week and installed as soon as they received it. The install was quick and they did a fantastic job. And cleaned up after. Will definitely recommend to friends and will use them again for any other flooring needs.
