Just had carpet installed by Christie. The house looks brand new couldnt be happier, installers were in and out quickly and cleanly. The salesman offered a no pressure approach. Very happy I went to Christie Carpets.

Had them come quote for installing flooring that I purchase through them. The owner came to my home, did his thing and said the job could be done in the next 2 weeks. A week went by and we never heard from them . We called and he had absolutely no recollection of my job or coming to my home. Needless to say I hired someone else.

So accommodating!! I needed flooring asap as my elderly mom was moving in after being discharged from a nursing home- mark found perfect flooring in stock and Dave came after hours to install... thanks so much!

I cant say enough good things about Christie Carpets. They were completely helpful, very professional, and did an excellent job helping me select and then installing carpeting throughout my house.

We are having a baby soon and decided to change the carpet in his room. I have used Christie Carpets before and was happy. This time, not so much. It was pouring rain outside and the installer walked in my house numerous times and up the stairs with his soaking wet boots on. My wife is 7 months pregnant and already exhausted. She shouldn’t have to worry about getting on her hands on and knees cleaning after the guy. I figured I wouldn’t have to worry about this kind of stuff with Christie Carpets. Next time I will have to shop around and make sure I watch over the installer.

I was living in an older apartment and over the course of a few years tore up a corner of a carpeted stair pretty bad. Christie Carpets was able to get there in a matter of days, repair the tear, and my landlord never had any idea. These guys are true craftsman and will do whatever they can to make your floors look like new!
