I had the best experience at this location more than any other Ive been to. Customer service was very energetic, knowledgeable, and made sure I left with all my issues taking care of. Horrible store!! Luckily I was in a hurry but when I looked at my reciept they had charged me for accesorie, which I didnt get any, they taxed me triple of sales tax. They want to say there system is messed up and its part of activition fee 🤬😡😠 I spoke t mobile and they said they only see $52 but yet I paid way more. This store is a joke.

*UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE*8/22/17I was contacted by the owner of the store who offered to make right on the situation. He is a man of his word. Not only was he able to do the changes needed to the account, but he did so AT HIS OWN PERSONAL EXPENSE. THIS!! Is how CUSTOMER SERVICE should be done. Because of him, my wife is still a MetroPCS customer and they have gained a new one in myself. Thank you kind sir! 👏👏👏👏👏***********************************************Horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The rep was very stand-offish. We were being told one thing by MetroPCS CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone and she was saying the opposite. She kept calling everyone honey(unprofessional) and her attitude was just terrible. Went in to change an existing plan to a family plan and simply pay the difference plus sim activation(which we were told by two customer service reps(One was even called IN FRONT OF HER and put on the speaker). Both reps confirmed we could convert the line and just pay the difference. SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED. She insisted we had change our plan to a lower rate plan and then do it. The total opposite of what we were told. When the rep on the phone said thats not true, she still refused. The rep then told us to go through with what shes saying and then call them back and theyll switch the plan and she(the store rep)FLAT OUT REFUSED to do deal with us any further. Said she wouldnt get credit for the sale if it was done that way. So now MetroPCS is losing a loyal customer of TWO YEARS because of one disgusting store rep. Hopefully its parent company, T-Mobile, or MetroPCS corporate either re-trains or simply fires that rep at this location or drops this authorized dealer altogether. Her customer service is BEYOND HORRIBLE. Ive worked in customer service in a management capacity for over 15 years now. Ive NEVER seen service so bad.

Seems like the only store that have metropcs phones in stock, I called 15 metro store an bone of them had the iphone 6s in stock, only the downtown location, plus they where helpfully and knowledgeable, thank you guys.

Best place to get a phone activated and set up.

It is not open on week ends. There is a bad smell there. Good customer service. There is an ATM machine there. Good deals for shopping there.
