Good selection, but store didn’t feel clean.

Visited this location this week for the first time in a couple of years,immediately upon entering I couldnt help but notice how large the store was!I could locate what I needed from the door,I walked down every aisle&it was clean,clutter free&pretty well stocked!The gentleman@the register made sure to greet me@the door&also helped me locate an item by telling me the exact aisle#👍Will definitely be returning&would recommend this location!

Week old sales signs on shelves cashier refused to honor and was very snotty about very young girl poor customer relations.

Got there at 9 they were closed Google say they close at 10

Was definitely not open at 8am🤣

I love !! family dollars .I like the prices.love the customer service. There are a few items that I did not find today. but hope that next time I go the items will be there.Like Oscar Mayer salami, frozen corn, ricotta cheese, and Hellmans mayonnaise. I did my mayonnaise today. But it was not Hellmans mayonnaise. All in all it was a great day to go shopping at family Dollars one of my favorite stores.😁

This establishment is well Stocked, and maintained. Considering the economic chaos thats taking place, they are able to have a good supply available, theyre clean, and courteous. Thank God for the convenient location as well.

The every day items people purchase frm this store are not quality or expensive But is essential too the communities it serves and We the Community are very thankful and appreciative for the Employees that wrk here and Owners of this store.

Can get everything I need. Staff is courteous ( mostly ), however, being told I need to wear a mask ( I should have ) by assistant manager who never wears one was not okay

The store has some real issues! But also has some real potential! The main manager being the real issue! And the assistant managers being the real potential and assets to this store! The main manager to begin with is a real nasty repusintation of a human being! She (teresah? I belive her name is spelt) is never plesent to deal with as far as i have ever seen to customers and employees alike! But aweful to customers for sure! She dose not understand customer service at the most basic level! And has to be breaking company policy to not allow returns with recipts! (Ill get back to that with my story) I dont think she understands humanity at the most basic level even! She is an angrey hurt person i belive and she spills it out on everyone around her! And if that isnt the biggest mis-fit for her and the job she should be doing well or anyone alike i dont know what is!!! However something nice and positive to add first! The assistant managers are very cool well mannered and helpful human beings! Best you will see in any customer service position anywhere! They probably are the only reason people come there to shop again after a bad experince with her! There boss teresah! I use to shop there often spent alot of money there! Until i bought a toy for my child! Went back the same day when i relized he wanted the other one! It was never opened! And it was the same day and she refused to return it! Also heard someone else try to return with a recipt right before me and was also refused! BAD BUSINESS!!! As long as she is there expect bad business and i would shop elsewhere! Somewhere your business is appreciated cause it should be!

Some things here cost more than at walmart other things cost decent.

Good store for last minute purchases. OTC medicine are really cheap.

Nice clean from other locations

Returned a frozen food item and was told they do not return food. I had a receipt. Was not paid with stamps and this was a product they made. I repeatedly told the manager that it was uneatable & Gross..he refused to refund my money then said Mam this was 5 days agoWell your return policy is 30No where in the store does it say No perishable food returnedI have complained on the corporate level!
