Friendly staff. The store was clean and clothes were nicely folded. I can usually find an in-store coupon before I check out.

Shopped at the Greece store, mens department. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and helpful. I havent shopped at Pennys in a long time I rediscovered it and well go back again.

Well the clothes are great. But the real downfall is customer service really sucks. Me and three other people waited online for 10 min, then was told we had to go wait in the other line on other side of cash register and wait another 10 min. Three people working and it take 20 min to check out. No wonder there going bankrupt. Ill give them c- for services

The departments are not easy to find; the help was amazing: they helped me find exactly what I wanted and where to go to get it. I mean, they said had me follow them to the item(s) that I wanted. Customer service a 5; store layout a 3 - therefore, a (4). Thanks for your help

Went shopping for my 10 year old. No skirts or dresses, and girls section was not organized.Hand sanitizer was empty.Only one register open, so the wait in line felt like forever.I bought two pairs of shoes, and the lady in the girls clothing dept area put both in one clothes bag and charged me a nickel. Bag broke as soon as we started walking through the store.Disappointing visit.

Store is always a mess and the prices are high. I use to love Jc Pennys but I find most of my clothing at Burlington, Tj Maxx, and Marshalls

Shopping in person is still frustrating. Less selection because of the new socially distanced store layouts, no changing rooms, its hardly worth it.

The salesperson, Janet, was very helpful. We were shopping for dress clothes for my young adult son who has just lost 80 lbs. She measured his shirt size and made suggestions for color and sale prices. Saved us a lot of money for quality clothes. They fit great.

Hadnt shopped at JC Penney in 4 years so was pleasantly surprised at the large selections & Customer Care stations. We were shopping for a suit, shirt & tie for our 11 year old grandson. We found everything, expecting to spend $200. When Susan, our checkout cashier asked us if we wanted to use the online coupon, my husband said no. I asked her what did we need to do & she explained. We were able to get that discount along with the in-store 30% sale.Those items cost us $93 & our savings totaled $92. It was a very nice experience to find what we needed, save $92 and have a great customer care person like Susan tell us about the online coupon. She was pleasant, patient & left the clothes on the hangars, neatly protected in a garment bag. Wouldnt you like to have Susan cash you out, the next time you shop at JC Penney?

This is not about Pennys. Its about Sephora at Marketplace Mall. I went to get my birthday reward and the manager said I couldnt get it. First they said because I hadnt purchased anything and then they said my account was closed. I had an email for my birthday reward that said no purchase necessary. They were very rude. Not good customer service! Will not be back!

I completed an order online and used the curbside pickup option...very convenient. The order actually arrived a day earlier than expected. Usually, when I order online it can take up to two weeks for delivery to my home. This order was a pleasant surprise for me. I was able to try my shoes on before leaving the curb. Perfect fit....thanks!

I have always liked JCPENNEY they have good sales and different clothes I was just disappointed on how empty the plaza is now it used to be so busy now its a ghost town hope it picks up we need it back

As much as I love JcPenny, the store is dry. Every state I go to, all their store are dry. There are true gems if you care to take your time and browse. Their private label is always on point tho.

I have never met a more incompetent and inappropriate assistant manager. In addition to making me feel uncomfortable, he could not answer simple questions about the store. I guess there is no hiring process when applying for JCPenney, but Harold or Hubert, or whatever his name is needs to be observed, addressed or reprimanded. Never going back to this JCPenney ever again.

Sorry to say but JcPenny was like a ghost town. Hardly anyone in the store shopping. This pandemic has created so much chaos with loss of life and businesses. ☹ Hopefully we are getting back to some type of normalcy.

There was only one fitting room for the entire first floor. Which made it really hard well towing twins in their stroller and my oldest needing to try clothes on.

The new collection looks attractive, and the clearance has very good deals.

The selection seems to keep dwindling down each time I go, but there were lots of deals

Went in to get (of all things) a Kit N Caboodle (remember them from the 80s and 90s) well they are back!I got one to store all my makeup and makeup brushes in and it works perfectly.The line was really long when I was there but the cashiers got through it quickly and efficiently, they were also very friendly.

A coupon got me in the store this past weekend. Im seeing styles back to what I like. I purchased several items and will return.☺

Still a great big box store with lots of choice in products, household needs, etc. The salon and spa had some of the best stylists around which is why Ive gone to them for over 10yrs! They really get to know your style and help keep it looking awesome! Having Sephora in store doesnt hurt either for all your beauty products and makeup advice!

I went to the salon and I was in a hurry. I wish I could remember the stylists name because she absolutely did everything she could to make sure I was in and out quickly as possible. i am very happy with the cut she gave me. She gave me layers like i asked without taking too much off then she checked with me and i told her she can go shorter. She did exactly what I asked. And was sure not to take too much off without making sure it was ok. Great salon!

Very helpful staff, very neat store. There were plenty of cashiers, which seems like not a big deal unless youre are carrying several items you didnt realize your were going to buy. The big bummer is the up escalator, it was a staircase instead. The down escalator was working though, and they also have an elevator. The selection was great.

By far on of my favorite stores to shop at. They have the best clothes and the best prices. The Greece Mall location is the best. Take advantage of the sales and the coupons in the paper of on line for better discounts.

I was first directed to the wrong customer service check out, waited 10 minutes to be told I had to go to the catalog service desk as I had an online return/exchange. However, the young woman at the catalog customer service desk really knew her stuff! She was amazing!! It restored my faith in JC Penney (the store).

Great mark down dales on clothing

Was unable to view blankets for Dad to make sure they were what he wanted. This forces one to order online hopefully with satisfaction and avoiding returns & restock fees. No wonder so many stores are closing
