The employees at The Paper Store are always so friendly! They always make all of the customers feel so welcome! The kindness of the employees and awesome products they sell, especially the cards, make you want to come back again!

Expected a stationary store but it was not.....just other types of paper and no writing materials, so I could not get any refills for my high end pen.

I went in without a mask. There is no mask order in NH. The girl at the counter told me to put my mask on then offered me one. I politely told her, No Thank you. She replied, Then you cant be in here. I said, Okay, I will leave. I did not give her an attitude. I simply turned to leave.She loudly declared to the whole store, The policy is clearly marked all over the door. I mean its obvious. And her tone was condescending and the decibel of her tongue lashing was clearly meant to embarrass and shame me.There was no call for this behavior. You company has lost a very expensive customer. Forever. Not because you trampled on the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or because you ignored my possible medical reasons for not wearing one but because your employee treated me like a second class citizen.

I used to enjoy this store - its unique and you can find some interesting gift items there. However, the customer service has really declined over the past year. Its not the friendly, welcoming place it used to be.

I find the paper store to be way overpriced. Example: I looked at the Lindt Chocolate Santa Claus for $5.99 a Santa. I buy them at Market Basket 2 for $6.00. I go to the paper store for Hallmark Ornaments primarily. The paper store has very nice items and is a nice store.

This is a wonderful store with exceptional help. The products are great and the prices are very reasonable. They except coupons. There isnt anything I would say bad about the Paper Store
