I just want to cancel my subscription and its incredibly inconvenient. I called back 3 times, 40 min wait time. It would have been nice if the person i asked in a booth could have been more knowledgeable when I asked how to cancel saying I could online too would have been better.

2/5 stars is NOT because of the quality of service at this location. I only get washes here and they are just fine. The issue that I consistently have are the other customers. 4/5 times when attempting to turn onto E. Main St. at the EXIT only driveway, some jack*** tries to pull in. I have almost been in an accident numerous times. People here just dont care. Ive also be heckled by panhandlers when waiting in line for a wash. Also, if you need to go here, go before 8AM or after 7PM when the madness is at a minimum.

I went through this car wash on September 7, 2019. I dont go to a car wash much. Only a few times in my life.I went through the car wash and enjoyed the fun light show. When I went to get the car towel dried, a man named Ron noticed there was still some dirt. He sent me back through and paid careful personal attention to washing my car before I went back into the disco night club car wash fun.I was having a challenging day and he took great care of me. I felt so much happier when I drove away. Awesome man. Pays attention to details. Cares about his work.I also love how this location has great vacuums! I vacuumed my whole car, and felt so good to have it super clean. 1000% happy and satisfied. You have my business forever. :-D :-)

Every time I go through this wash I am never disappointed with the attention to detail and level of service. I even had an issue with pumping gas in my old truck. I was greeted and taken care of appropriately by Tyler and was very satisfied with his help. Very respectable young man. Always recommend this great location.

Julian was a great help by whipping my car down professionally as well as being himself and humorous. You picked a great candidate to work for you company. Andre and Sarah I loved the way they approached me and wasn’t so pushy about asking if I wanted to participate in taking the survey. They where patient and walked me through the steps of how to get to the survey as well as being business professional. For Andre to be teaching Sarah (because she seemed new) he was a great trainee he picked up where she may have left off if I had a question and she was proactive with answering all the question I had. My experience here at delta sonic had been very good. As a suggestion it would be great to have a Restroom by the vacuums and forced air over here. Great service always. This was actually my first time at the East Main location (I usually end up at Panorama), but I have to say that I was impressed nevertheless. I had a few questions going in, and discovered, thanks to Tyler V., the manager on duty at the time, that there was no detail shop at this location. All was well though, as Im not always in the habit of getting that work done. I have to say that Tyler was very responsive to my needs and made me feel assured that I could make this location just as comfortable as my usual!

I went through the wash on 12/31 and one of the cleaning strings pulled off my passenger wiper. I saw it and laughed because I’ve never seen that before and couldn’t believe it. I told an employee drying the cars and he got the manager, who promptly replaced it and was extremely friendly.Only annoying thing was I got home and my other wiper popped off but I’m not sure if the wash did that one.Thank you for being polite and always doing a great job!

The level of professionalism and courtesy that is shown at this location is beyond my expectations. I specifically want to shout out to Manager Tyler for providing assistance when there was a hiccup with the extras. We were able to come to a resolution and I have to say Im happy with the services provided. Definitely coming back to this location for future visits

I went to Delta Sonic very mad because I thought the car wash had scratched up my 2019 vehicle. After speaking with Sarah who dried my car, looked over the scratches and gave me a brief explanation about the scratches I really understood that they might have not come from the car wash. She offered for me to fill out the claim anyway but I knew she might be right that they could have come from a snow brush while removing ice. Although I was a little peeved she did her best to stay calm and professional all while keeping a light hearted smile on her face. She even recommended Delta Sonics detail shop at another location to help buff out the scratches. I really appreciate customer service like this. Thanks Sarah and I hope you get recognized for your service.

The wash experience is better than other locations in Monroe County. I really miss the Detail Shop!!! Those folks cleaned and detailed my car like it was there own!

Water in the gas. Wash doesnt clean. If you car gets damaged they will not be responsible. Was my favorite gas station but went down hill fast!!! Go next door to the fast trac . At least security will keep panhandlers from approaching you at the pump.

Andre at the East Main location showed great customer service to me today. I was using the vacuums and he approached me to say hello with a smile on his face and ask if i needed any help, even though he didn’t have to. Him going out of his way to say hello brightened my day. Thank you so much Andre, keep up the great work!

Ron did a very careful and thorough job of drying my car. He was also very friendly. Also, Shy was kind enough to help me with the vacuum and to tell me how I could provide positive feedback. I also forgot to grab my gas receipt, came back a half hour later, and the cashier was able to generate one.

An employee by the name of shiannna was very helpful not only did she get all the snow and salt off my car she also told me where I could find air for my tire. She’s a very nice girl and a hard worker. 5 stars.

I had an issue with registering the Delta Sonic gas card and Dan N @ East Main stepped in and up and saved the day! He made sure that the card was registered and I was able to get all of the entitled gas savings that were not previously received. He was polite, professional, patient, and prompt! Thank you, Dan!

Clean store and a good place to get snacks. No cash back on debit card purchases though, you have to use an ATM with a $3 fee.

I’m moved to NY from FL where we don’t need membership car washes, so I dropped by to learn more. Anthony and Eric were both incredibly helpful, and weren’t even working at the car wash but in then gas station. Anthony answered all of my questions about the details of how Delta Sonic works and his excellent customer service made sorting this out easy

I would like to give a zero if I could. Went in to get the loosing tickets for the second chance lotto and Fred told me that I could not get them because they needed to be disposed of properly. They cannot be cashed a second time and the loosing ones are no good anyway. Maybe they should keep the tickets and trash behind the counter if they want them disposed properly . I am glad I do not give my business to them. All other placed have been more than helpful when we go pick them up.

There are two Delta Sonics Ill go to in the area and this is one of them. I love how its newly remodeled and the employees are great. Tyler was awesome and helped figure out the best deal for me in my price range, which is super important, and he was really nice about everything.You guys really need to keep more people like Tyler on your staff! It makes the mundane--like getting gas, a snack and a car wash, that much more enjoyable.

Shianna at the East Main location showed great customer service to me today. She did a good job wiping off my car, she took her time made sure bugs were off the front grill. She’s a very hard worker, a very good employee.

Great car wash that could use a few updates. But overall if youre not satisfied they will wash your car again.

I stopped in the other day & I will DEFINITELY be going back! It was so clean, organized & welcoming. I went to the booth & the cashier was a little confused, but friendly throughout. She radioed for help from Tyler Voellinger, he was professional, respectful to his employees, customers & resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes.

Belma at the Ridge Rd. W. location gave me great customer service this afternoon. I had parked under a tree & the birds did a job on my SUV and the sun dried it hard. She was drying my car and said the roof had some spots on it. She sent me through the wash again then got on a stool to make sure the roof was clean. I appreciate that she cared so much.

Amazing new facility right in the heart of Rochester, always the lowest prices, and quality service! Any chance you will ever consider making this location open later? possibly 24 hours?8/22/18 update: Ive recently visited a few of the suburb locations & In my opinion, the Downtown location has the best customer service. It can get a little busy. (They recently expanded, but probably need to expand more!) But the employees know how to keep up, and check out customers quickly. Additional KUDOS for their patients with the new system! Which is @ all locations.

The wait wasnt too long even during renovations.

I come here like 2x a week and would have never thought to leave a review until Andre suggested. Everyone here is always on point and that’s why I always come here. Having the unlimited it totally worth it especially with the vacuums so my car always looks presentable.

Staff is friendly and the location is convenient. Go here multiple times a month and never have any issues. Only complaint I have is you get the occasional beggar asking for money while youre vacuuming out your car but that happens all over the city and isnt Delta Sonics fault.

I was at the seats Main Delta Sonic a week ago. A worker there, Tyler, was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient and answered all my questions effectively!

Andre is cool, laid back and helpful. Some times vacuum pressure sucks but other then that car wash is great and stores always clean and up to date!

CAR-WASH TRACKS CRACKED MY PASSENGER SIDE TIRE SIDEWALL. CAUSED A SLOW LEAK SO EVENTUALLY HAD TO REPLACE THE TIRE WITH A NEW ONE BECAUSE YOU CANT FIX A SIDEWALL DAMAGE ..

The tires do seem to come out dry when I pay for them but other than that great service. The people who spray the car down could do better.

On October 5th an employee by the name of Shianna wiped my car off she did a wonderful job, she took her time getting the bugs off the front of the car, she took your time blowing out the mirrors, she had a smile and was friendly. She was fast and sufficient just all around an amazing employee.

Karl came by and asked how the vacuums were working and with them not having a strong suction he immediately got it fixed for me and even helped me finish vacuuming out my car since I had to wait . Great service

Plan for it to take 30minutes to get through the car wash que. The hand dry employees only get you car 60% dry and then awkwardly wait for a tip, which don’t get me wrong, I’d like to tip them, but the sales team sells the towel dry as a component of the price of car wash. Vacuums have been clogged for all of my visits the past few months. The employees are friendly. Otherwise this would be a 5 Star place, still most convenient in relation to downtown.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Today I went to get my car washed and when I went to get dried off an employee by the name of Shianna dried my car and when I tell you I think she’s the first person to make my car shine the way it did, it came out the best it’s ever looked tbh. Shianna is an excellent employee shout out to her.

He did a great time. Works well everytime. At other washes Ive gotten home and had soap still on the car that never rinsed off. Thats not an issue here. The whole car is always clean and always rinsed.
