Ordered a vanity top for our bathroom during a remodel. We visited the gallery twice and enjoyed chatting with staff there about options. We also worked with our cabinetmaker who routinely works with Cambria. We went with a thicker edge because we loved that look. When the Cambria piece arrived, it was broken in our driveway and could not be installed that day. They ordered us a new top and rushed it, which I appreciated, but the delay was still a big headache and that was never acknowledged by Cambria. Actually our cabinetmaker was the only one who did mention what a hassle that must have been. The new top arrived and was installed; we just wanted to wrap up our bathroom project after the delay and move on. However we were not 100% happy with the look in the end, so when a rep called asking for feedback, I did provide some. The veining and pattern is disjointed from the top and does not carry continuously on to the edge. It is not aligned properly. The rep told me this is common. I wish that would have been explained to me prior but it wasn’t. I would never have paid more for a thicker edge had I known that was what would cause me to be displeased with the final results. The rep did send someone out to our home who essentially told me upon arrival that she was really just there to document my concerns and not much could be done.We are still happy overall with the look of the top, but not the edge. However for $225 per square foot I do believe a customer is owed full satisfaction.I was really surprised by all of this and it doesn’t align with what I had heard about Cambria in the past. We had planned to use them for our kitchen remodel too, but knowing now there is no resolution for customers who are not happy with the end result, I will have to really consider that.

We had an event at the Cambria Gallery in Rochester, MN this week. The staff was great, but the room... AMAZING! If youre looking to host an event, do it at Cambria. The facilities are amazing! Also, take some time to chat with the staff about the quartz. They dont cut it, they make it, so you have NO seams. Crazy Beautiful stuff at Cambria in Rochester. Thanks Guys!
