Ordered a face cord of fire wood. Showed up on time. Great price. Good customer service. Would definitely use again.

They delivered me unseasoned firewood moisture content 32% should be 20% or below wont return the money to Heap and wont. I have reported to NYS liaison because of their agreement with NYS to be a heap vendor and made a report to the attorney Generals office. I should not be cold and wouldnt be if this firewood was seasoned!

I have purchased our firewood from Craft Tree for five years. Overall I have been pleased with wood quality. Outside of some partially rotted but dry wood two seasons ago, which burned OK just quickly, I have been happy with the quality.Problem is getting a delivery. Called six weeks ago, was given option for next day which I couldn’t do and have not heard from them since. Every year it’s a problem, I think customer deliveries are last on their priority list. Half the summer is over, a lot of great weather was lost when stacked wood could have seasoned better. Called last Friday for delivery update again, no reply. I’m done waiting, ordering somewhere else from now on.

Would not recommend this service at all! We got a quote for cutting down two large cherry trees whose roots were eroded by by high Lake Ontario water levels. They threatened to come down on our house. The quote was low, so we called to schedule the work. The assistant who answered the phone said about two weeks. Two weeks came and went so we called again to be told another two weeks. Two weeks later we called to inquire, left a message, and did not get a return call. Tried again two or three more times and still no returned call. They cost us 6 weeks of delay and we had to resort to engaging another tree service. Why could they just not say they bid too low and could not do the job for that amount? They failed to communicate! Very, very poor customer relations!

Highly recommend calling Tim for firewood. I called and received a call back immediately. They gave us an estimated delivery date and total facecord and were spot on with both! Even when it came to the actual delivery, they worked around our schedule and were on time. Very nice to talk to and work with. We will call again and have sent people there since! Thank you!

Craft Tree & Land Clearing is a fantastic company to do business with. We own a large property in Rush with a lot of wooded area. After not being taken care of for so long, we needed to do some maintenance on the woods to get new growth going and remove some old trees that were no longer stable. We had a few estimates done and not only did Tim give us the best price, but he was very detailed about which trees to take and why based on our goals at the time. Tim and his crew were professional, got back to us quickly, did a great job and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site after he was done. Now that our goals with the property have changed and we have decided to sell, we have once again contacted Craft Tree to handle the remaining trees and we are thrilled to get to work with such a knowledgeable and professional company. I cant recommend them enough!

Good quality firewood, but youll probably want to give another split to around 1/3+ of the wood you get if you plan on using it in a wood-burning stove. If you have a real hot fire going already- they may be ok, but otherwise, a good number are just too big and need an additional split.

Have left 2 voice mails requesting delivery of 10 face cords of wood to Palmyra. Not even the courtesy of a return call. Must be out of business.
