I ordered a tshirt at 12:30. They took my payment and confirmed I could pick it up in 4 hours. Never heard from them again. I contacted them at six and they said there was no record. I told them I have an email confirmation. Then they said they’d get back to me. Still waiting

We went in to figure out prices for matching family sweatshirts and walked out with the sweatshirts the same day. Monzzy was so incredibly helpful and very generous. He had a pleasant attitude about him and we appreciate his amazing customer service. We will definitely be back to get more custom clothing from him in the future.

Same Day Custom is simply AWESOME! I needed shirts done quick for a Disney trip. The team at Same Day Custom not only got them done within a few hours, they were better than I could’ve imagined! The service was incredible, and their attention to detail was just what I wanted!! I highly recommend!!

Had 2 custom shirts made, bith shirts were made incorrect, best part was the return policy was provided after the time of purchase. Dont recommend going to this location

I have shopped here twice and it was good both times. I am a bigger guy so my shirts are a little difficult to find. Same day printed on the shirts I needed for work. Cant remember the ladies names but very friendly and fast.

I stopped in to get info on having some shirts made. Based on attitude alone I wouldnt give them my business. Dude tried to sell me exactly what I said I didnt want at an outrageous price. He wasnt at all interested in helping me find anything to meet my needs .

Absolutely Horrible Experience Here!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants custom work done. The guy that took our order had the attention span of a child. There was no proof supplied to sign off on and low and behold we went to pick up the order and it was incorrect. These were shirts that we purchased from another store and brought in since our son is graduating from the Marines bootcamp and we wanted his last name, USMC and platoon number, which was $150 to add. They did not get done the way we asked and in fact the USMC was missing completely. Then the owner refused to give us a refund and wanted to keep the shirts, which again we purchased somewhere else!! We ended up getting 40% back in a refund - I believe the guy that took our order knew he did them wrong. I just hope that is not their normal practice, as it is was quite embarrassing. Even the quality of the knife cut lettering is terrible, it is jagged. We will NEVER return to that store.

To be honest, thats the best place to get custom shirts the best customer service and best quality begins they have so many selections I definitely recommend everyone to come here

With the NFL season coming up I needed to get my kids some swag from our favorite team to wear. He doesnt have kid sizes in store but he was more than willing to print on the sizes I brought. He had a great printing options for my 5 year old boy and 2 year old girl. My son absolutely loves his shirt, its hard to get him out of it. Its football and superhero related with something on the sleeve as well and his name on the back. My daughter is already Picky about what she wears and hers is perfect for a Picky princess. This definitely wont be my last time I go back. Next time well look into things for me and my wife. And when my kids grow out I know where to go back!

I really love coming to this custom t-shirt shop I been to different shops here in Rochester but this store in the market place mall beat them all theyre very patience and they will always recommend the best for you as a quality of print, go ask for Moe hes a very cool guy and honest and he will always let you leave the store happy :D

Mohamed, the owner, is extremely kind and very professional. The shirts are high quality, and the graphics last multiple washes. Same Day Custom is perfect for team building events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and family events. I will ONLY get my custom tees done here!
