I couldnt be happier! If you’re looking for a stone fabricator in or around Rochester you absolutely need to use North American Stone. They are the best!! I had to reschedule 3 times because of delays with cabinets and they were able to help me each time. The templating process was so stress free. I’ve received some many compliments on the placement of the pattern of the stone. and the installation was absolutely flawless. Their expertise experience was evident each step of the way.

I could not be happier w this company and products! This should be your first and last stop while shopping for granite etc. it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ali my salesman was great. Dave the owner actually comes and does the measuring. The install crew of 4 nice young men were clean- respectful and kept me apprised from start to finish. And Chris the plumber was very nice - booties- mask and very knowledgeable! I am so happy to be able to recommend such a wonderful company!

I was more than impressed with the quality of the workmanship from the owner and salesman to the guys who measured and cut the stone and then to the guys that delivered and installed it. They did a wonderful job, they were on time, very polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very careful as to not damage any walls, appliances, etc, even laid down cardboard on the floor, cleaned up afterward also. I would recommend them as a first choice when doing any type of kitchen remodel. They also had the best price.

North American Stone is amazing! Sam was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted for my granite counter top! I talked to Sam and told him my plan for my kitchen and I picked out a granite top. A week later Sam asked me to come in so I could take a look at a different style granite. I was blown away at the granite he found, best part is that it was the same price! I got 4 estimates, North American Stone was the least expensive and they made me feel the most comfortable during the sales process. The installation team was clean and very friendly. They laid tarps on my hard wood floors to protect them, once they were finished they showed me the granite countertop and explained how to seal it myself! I am SO HAPPY and will recommend these guys to anyone!!

Without a doubt North American Stone, a family run business, is the Best. Our counter top designer, Sam, was helpful, patient and took time to explain different types of stone and to understand what we wanted. Our visits to the showroom to select our stone were always unhurried, service oriented and unique to our needs. The selection of stone was wide and varied with so many pieces pleasing the eye. Our final selection was perfect for us. Installation: The North American Stone installation technicians were fantastic. They arrive punctually and set to work right away. They were polite, neat and took pride in their finished product. As a crew they worked well together which reflects well on their employer and on their team leader Jeff. We had the most amazing experience with the Julians. Sam Julian was extremely helpful with educating us on Granite countertops. Then the selection process was made very easy, we were sent home with numerous samples. Once we made our selection, the pricing was very favorable. The measurements were done very professionally. The installation crew were very personable and professional. They explained everything they were doing and cleaned as they went. Bottom line, were thrilled and would recommend this business highly to everyone.

2 reviews5.0 star rating 9/6/2017We had our first experience at NAS, and after searching every granite store in Rochester, NAS is the absolute BEST! Every person is professional and honest. We worked with Sam Julian who was patient and offered great advice. We selected granite slabs that had fissures in them from one of NASs local purveyors, and NAS rejected them. When we couldnt find other slabs, Sam continued to work with us to find the right slabs. NAS fabricates, takes out the old slabs, installs a cooktop if you have such, are cautious about the cupboards so nothing gets scratched, they clean up after the installation, and make sure everything is perfect before leaving. I could write volumes about our wonderful experience, but the summary gives you an idea just how great NAS is.

I would give 10 stars if I could - amazing experience from start to finish! Fantastic people to work with. We had a tear out and re-install and it was a seamless process. Installers were extremely professional and excellent workmanship. Call them today!

We worked with Sam and the team and the entire experience was wonderful. The assortment of choices was excellent but more importantly was the customer service to back up the product. Not only did he provide excellent support during the selection process and during installation but equally and maybe more importantly after the island and countertops were installed. Would highly recommend using NAS to anyone looking to build or upgrade!

We had an excellent experience at North American Stone from start to finish. Sam helped us pick out beautiful granite counter for our house that would match well with our off white cabinets and our design taste. The measurements and installation went great as well with Dave. The sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms all matched our decor style. Jeff and his installation team were very friendly, curiosity and efficient. From top to bottom everyone was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and easy to work with. We are so happy with the work we had done by North American Stone. We got granite countertops for our kitchen and LOVE them! Ali recommended we try moon white granite and it looks awesome! We really liked that we got to meet the owner Dave when he came out to measure. Hes super nice and answered all of our questions. The installers, Jeff and Rob, did a great job and even swept the kitchen floor when they were done. We really liked buying from a locally owned family business. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Ali made a few recommendations which I’m glad I took!Scheduling was easy and arrangements for a plumber to arrive after the install on the same day were made. Everyone was on time every time for all appointments.Dave and installers had the granite counter tops and sink installed to perfection in no time. Had granite kitchen counters installed In April 2016 by North American Stone. We cannot say enough nice things about the folks there. The installers were such a pleasure to have in our home. After installation we discovered a minor flaw in the granite. Jeff came out and fixed the issue to perfection. This company really does stand by their materials and workmanship. Ali, our salesperson, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, answering questions, flexible in coordinating the job and always just a phone call away. The craftsmanship of our quartz countertops is perfect. The installers did a wonderful job with counters, connecting cooktop, new sink and dishwasher. Ali coordinated getting some additional plumbing work done with Gatti plumbing. The job was done on schedule and in the time frame we were told to expect.

I highly recommend North American Stone!!! Our experience could not have been better!!!! Ali, our sales person, was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and not one bit pushy !!! Jeff was meticulous in the creation of the template used for our granite countertops!! That expertise paid off with perfect granite countertops!!! Jeff continued that attention to detail in the installation process. In addition, he created a nearly invisible seam. Again, he wasnt satisfied until the seam passed his very exacting standards!!! (The seam was required only because of the expanse of our peninsula.) I should mention here that we were involved in the process of determining how the slabs would be utilized and cut. We particularly appreciated this involvement as we were able to include what we thought were the most beautiful aspects of the granite we had chosen. Chance, part of the installation team, also paid the same attention to detail as is expected of a very skilled professional. I did extensive research trying to determine who we would use for our granite needs. My wife and I had a good feeling about North American Stone. They truly surpassed our expectations. When we are ready to do our vanities were going straight back to North American Stone!!!

I love their work! We used North American Stone to install granite in our kitchen and later in our master bathroom. The kitchen installation was a big job but could not have gone more smoothly - over the course of a day all the different pieces of the puzzle showed up in sequence - granite, carpenter, electrician, plumber etc - so that the whole job was totally done by dinner time and I had my beautiful new kitchen. Dave does a great job both technically and aesthetically and had great ideas about how to lay things out - he suggested a new overhang and we love our additional seating.We actually had a small error with the quartz in our bathroom but they could not have been more helpful or generous in fixing the problem so they still rate 5 stars. I would not use anyone else if I need more stone work done in my house. They are professional and friendly and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work.

When redoing any part of you house it can be very stressful, however Sam and his team could not have been any better. They helped me and my wife through the whole process. I would only recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking to get any kind of counter tops.

Ill start by saying I am not the easiest person to please and am fully self-aware that I can be a PAIN-IN-THE-A$$, especially when I am paying good money for something. I have nothing but glowing, positive, wonderful things to say about Sam, Dave, and the entire NAS family. They are simply amazing and I am so happy they were recommended to us. After buying a home, immediately demo-ing the kitchen, and having a ton of snafus during the remodel over the past 6-months (absolutely NONE of which was their fault), NAS was THE bright spot in the whole process. Sam has was like a mini-counselor/advocate for us the past few months. He regularly checked-in and genuinely cared about how things were progressing. He went SO above & beyond to help us and make sure the ENTIRE kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted- not just our countertops. From helping us to navigate dealing with Home Depot to recommending a new contractor to install our cabinets- I can honestly say re-doing our kitchen would have been 56789065 times more stressful without Sam. From the showroom to the on-going customer service to the install everything was wonderful. We are SO happy to finally have our beautiful counter tops installed and cant recommend NAS enough. I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere after working with and getting to know the crew. Thank you all again!

In addition to great products--we elected to go with quartz countertops but their selection of other materials is extensive--comes a great deal of experience. The owner made a small but essential recommendation to our kitchen renovation plans--nothing to do with counters--that turned our layout from good to great...and now with our new quartz countertops...to excellent. Every bit as important as great advice, however, is the support after the installation. We did not have the cooktop when the counters were installed (backordered). The installers said that if there was any problem at all with the installation that theyd return to make adjustments. Sure enough, the cooktop dimensions were not precisely as advertised and it didnt quite fit. The very next day the owner himself came out and adjusted the opening and installed the cooktop. Thats great customer service !
