Place is always clean & organized! Everyone’s always friendly and helpful, but also not pushy at trying to sell products when I tell them I’m just shopping around. And I have to add that I love that they support our soldiers!

The owner, John Meyer, and his team are absolute rockstars and so easy to work with... Although we dont live in the same area, I can text him, and I have my products within a few days - not to mention, he has some amazing stuff I have never seen in any other retail store, ie. the Iso protein line, outright bars, and their weight gain stacks, to name a few... HIGHLY recommend

The customer service, atmosphere, and expertise is unmatched. John, the owner has been nothing but kind to me when they first opened, welcoming me to the store and giving tremendous amounts of information. When Kyle was hired, it got even better, Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The best part about this store is that I don’t even feel like a customer, I just feel like I’m buying products from friends. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars!

Today, July 7, 2021, I walked into the Nutrition Shack at Apache Mall in Rochester, MN. The young asian woman walks up to me and says that I am banned from the store because I bother her. I dont bother anybody I said and I will not ever buy anything from the store again I told her. She says to me Do you want me to call Security? I hope they close and then she loses her manager job.

The way John and Kelly do business is unmatched! They dont try and sell you the most expensive thing or get you to buy stuff you dont need! They are 100% there to help YOU and between the 2 of them they will always know exactly what you need! They have helped me gain 18lbs of lean mass in a few month period! Over the course of working out for the past 10 years+ I’ve been to many nutrition stores and have had a wide variety of experiences. As someone who has shopped at the Nurtion Shack for over a year I would say this store front has phenomenal product and they operate with integrity! Simply a great community resource!

Kelly and John are absolutely fantastic! I went in looking for supplements to help with my migraines and they suggested B-2! Its helped decrease the frequency of my migraines! Everything in the store was easy to locate and I was also able to find organic products that I hadnt been able to find anywhere else! Will be going back!

Wow...after seeing all these other reviews I’m astonished. I’ highly doubt their fake after the experience I had at this store just yesterday. I stopped in to purchase some protein powder and EAAs. When I was checking out 2 small children came running from the back room and slammed into me screaming and yelling. At first I didn’t think anything of it. Then the guy who was taking my money started screaming at them and began to viciously spank them...I made a comment about how it was fine they’re just kids, and he then proceeded to yell at me telling me to mind my own business. Terrible customer service.

Great workers, and they know their products! Always help me find what I’m looking for and keep me informed about what products are working well and that they like. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to change their lifestyle and health!

All together a good experience, Brady was able to locate all of the products I was interested in in a timely manor, provided excellent feedback on his experience with these products, not to mention the price was fair, and the faces were friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere at this store is terrible. The minute i walk in a short, very loud and pushy guy tries to sell me products I don’t actually need. He’s lied to me about how things work as well. He also sold me something called sarms which I later realized are not even for human consumption or regulated by the FDA. It’s actually illigal how he is selling them. Please do your research before even entering this store for your own safety.

Customer service is fantastic. I was very annoying about a certain product I wanted that was backordered and they really helped a girl out when it finally arrived in store. Thank you nutrition shack! It is very much appreciated :)

Great selection and helpful staff.

I stopped into the store a few days ago to pick up a few vitamins I needed. As I was being helped a very rude and arrogant pair of customers proceeded to insult and disrespect the manager that was working. I could tell he was very frustrated and had repeatedly asked them to leave but they refused. Eventually security was called and they were forced to leave the store. Regardless of the situation the manager kept a good attitude and proceeded to help me find everything I needed and even helped me save some money on my products. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Brock was very helpful. He made sure I knew about the sale they were having and gave me some of his experience on some of the products he’s tried.First time at this place. Just moved in to town last month and I’ve been looking for vegan protein and other stuff. I I’ve been wanting to try out Sunwarrior protein powder for awhile now and this is the only place in town I’ve seen have it, or that I know of, and its right near where I live. I saw they have Sunwarrior protein bars too and I’ll be starting to do my shopping here for everything protein/gym stuff that I need now.
