STAY AWAY !!I went to be evaluated for tinnitus and got tested for vision. Once they tested my hearing they went right to the most expensive hearing aid without any chance to get a 2nd opinion. I was told that the devices were insured but when I lost one they said it would cost me $450+ to replace ONE device. Save your money and go elsewhere.Mark

The team is great. I think they should have handicap assessability. I bring my mother in a wheelchair and its so hard to get her in the door. No automatic doors. They need that.

I made an appointment for a hearing test. The secretary was so nice and very organized. I had a short wait in the beautiful waiting area equipped with a TV. The Audiologist came to get me, explained the testing that was to be done so that I would know exactly what was going. Test results revealed quite a hearing loss in my right ear. I was afraid my insurance wouldn’t cover my hearing aid as some insurances do not but, because of the type of insurance I have, the hearing aid was covered! I know when I come back for my hearing aid fitting, I will be in good hands with either Audiologist I have. Thank you Clear Choice Hearing and Balance! I will spread the word regarding the outstanding service I received and how knowledgeable the Audiologist was! Very satisfied!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! They were able to make appointments through email, which is best for me/my schedule. Upon arrival, they saw I had a stroller and we were greeted with a held door and many smiles! Everyone was so genuinely nice. Ron DAngelo was very gentle and was great with my 2 y/o son I had with me. They really are above and beyond at the Greece Location!! Thank you all!

I have suffered with tinnitus for a while now and decided to make an appointment after seeing a commercial for Clear Choice Hearing and Balance. Had my test with an Audiologist who informed me with the levels of my tinnitus that I do not qualify for any medical devices. The Audiologist did inform me of some treatment options, like sound therapy and to avoid silence. Yes, it is hard to avoid silence but the white noise machine helps while trying to sleep. Clear Choice Hearing and Balance went above and beyond to help me with the ringing in my ears. Thank you for all your help and knowledge. Your staff is an A+ from the moment you walk in the door. And it doesnt stop there, it continues through out every point of contact. Highly recommend Clear Choice Hearing and Balance.

When I heard their ads on the television and radio about how they can relieve tinnitus I thought, Wow. I have to check them out. It cant be for real. Well, I was right. They cant do anything about it. I asked why and the tech said it was because I didnt have hearing loss and any of a number of different things could be the cause for it. Really? Then maybe say that in your ads so you dont waste anyones time. To be fair, though, the staff there were very nice.

Everyone at Clear Choice Hearing are wonderful to work with. Ron provided a very through hearing test. Sal gave me a very detailed explanation of my hearing loss and provided the different options for hearing aids but never pushed me toward any particular manufacturer or type. The follow up visits provide enough time to make sure your concerns are always met.

Wonderful staff. The medical professionals there took time explaining everything. I felt that they were invested in my hearing health and did not push any products on me. I would certainly recommend Clear Choice to anyone with hearing loss.

Hearing loss is a serious quality of life issue. Mine happened young and I did not want hearing aids...It was much worse than I knew. Thanks to my wife who insisted and Christine Tirk from Clear choice, I can enjoy being a part of the environment Im in now.Thank you Christine for the countless trips in to make them perfect and you professionalism, expertise and patience in guiding me along this journey! Albeit kicking and screaming at first ! Im glad you pushed back when needed.One note to anyone thinking about doing this, do it, you wont regret it....and no one will even know youre wearing them !!

I didnt think there was any hope for my ringing in the ears, but then I found Clear Choice and my life has changed! They are so passionate, compassionate and understanding of people with hearing loss or tinnitus. I can hear clearly again! Theyve changed my life!
