I recently ordered some Mead from them. I was pleased with my order as far as it arriving intact and of course being what I ordered. What Im deductin 2 stars about is the free shipping on 6+ bottles as this only includes select offerings. It doesnt make much sense to me why my order didnt count for this as the bottles were not a weird size or shape. That is my only real diappointment but it is significant for me. I will probably look around for another provider for my favorite mead. That said the price from them was very good but of course the shipping sort of made that evaporate.

Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money.I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

I have never been to a better liquor store. Every employee is customer service oriented. You cant shop in the wine aisles without someone offering to help, its just amazing the service that you get in this store. Very knowledgeable and helpful. And a bonus if you happen to be here when there is a wine tasting going on!

I have learned to love a very special rose, introduced to me by a store representative. Whenever I ask a question or ask for a recommendation, the store person always has a good answer. I am never diappointed with this store and its personnel.

I was able to order a wine that none of the sores in my area could get and it arrived very quickly in secure and sustainable packaging!

Ive driven 30mins to visit this store because of the selection, prices, and incredible staff. It doesnt matter who you talk to, everyone here has an exceptional knowledge of their stock. At one point I even came looking for a wine Id ordered years ago online and the associate looked it up online to see if he could find it for me. Marketview is excellent.

Searched for a while I was not able to find locally and their pricing was great and shipping was quick and packed well. I was so happy with my first shipment I placed another order about a month later! Great experiences.

One of the best wine & liquor shops in Western NY state. I usually only buy wine from them, which I pick up, and every experience has been great. I also tend to pick up a few extra bottles when Im in the store. They have a wide selection and knowledgeable staff. There is something for everyone here. I do a lot of price comparisons between shops and theirs is almost always the cheapest by a dollar or two. They also have the best website to shop from. Im a wine nerd, and its very thorough and detailed.

Well stocked store. If this is your area liquor store it is worth exploring. It isnt for me and the prices werent as competitive as a few alternatives closer to me so I will continue to shop others. I will add that the had very helpful inside associates.

I loved my first order! You have a lot of wines that I cant find elsewhere. I wish that you would carry Six Stones Pinot Noir, but besides that I LOVE the selection. The order came fast and the communication was good with the text messages about delivery!

I am editing an earlier review in which I gave Marketview Liquor 1 star, which at the time I thought was appropriate, since I had been unable to get any response from them about my order after a number of attempts. Prices are excellent here on most everything, some few items are priced higher than others but for the most part very competitive. They have a great selection of wiskey and always my go to for wiskey. The selection of wine is okay but missing some top south america choices

Unfortunately they might be a great local store but their online business I would not recommend especially if your looking for something special . Spoke to salesmen regarding a limited release masters collection Woodford Reserve. Was told they have 3 bottles left would take one off floor so go ahead and order online . Checked back a few days later “ still working on orders from earlier in month not to worry you will receive email once we’ve shipped “ ok no problem fast forward another 3 days received call apologizing but unfortunately the bottle you requested is no longer available . Spoke to manager she stated those bottles were allocated for a local customer and should have never been out on site for sale . Well if they expect their online business to grow they need to have a much better awareness of product availability and not “ allocate for local client “ after I had already secured bottle with them . Very disappointed, look somewhere else for any limited release bottles they don’t prioritize customers online that had reserved the bottle first and made payment .

You will not find a store with the selection of wines that you can find here. Very knowledgeable staff always roaming around and helping one make a good selection. New York State wines in abundance, as well as good selections from around the world.

Very clean store, with an extremely large variety, didnt have the specific Sake bottle I wanted.

Picked up two cases of wine. When I got home I realized that I was charged fifteen dollars more than usual. I called Marketview and was told the case discount no longer applied to the wine I was buying. Guess Ill be buying my wine from Chili Liquor. They Have a much better price. Good bye Marketview Liquor. We had a good run.

A particular brand of wine my wife loves is no longer available in Nevada. I was able to locate it at Marketview Liquor in New York. I emailed them and got a fast response that they carried it and shipped to Nevada.I ordered the wine on line through their site which was easy and convenient.The order was shipped with in a couple of days and arrived safely. The package (case) was packaged extremely well and had no broken bottles.Their service and product availability will definitely keep us comimg back.

New York does not allow wine sales in grocery stores. Marketview was recommended by a friend. The store was like a large grocery store but for wine and spirits. The inventory is massive but the staffer I questioned pointed me straight to the Italian wine I was looking for. Excellent selection and excellent service. There is abundant free parking.

Selections of wine is exceptional! Staff is very helpful and the choices of New York State wines as well as French Rose wine is amazing! I am not a spirits drinker but the selection looks impressive. Pretty much any liquor or wine you can think of for pretty much as low as you could expect to pay. Staff is efficient and will get you out the door with your favorite libation. Theyll even carry it to your car for you!

I love Marketview Liquor. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love the atmosphere and display of items of the day. They seem to have more varieties than other stores and are willing to order what you want. Dont bother going to the other stores, you will always find what you want at the best price at Marketview Liquor.

Tremendous selection. Usually very busy, but there are always people available and very willing to help you. Always a line at the register but they employ enough people to keep the lines moving quickly (a rarity nowadays). Offer carry out service.

They have a really impressive selection. I have also been consistently impressed by how much the employees know.For example when I was first getting into drinking port someone explained to me the difference between different kinds and then was able to recommend a reasonably priced high quality option as well as describing what exactly you get with more expensive bottles and what you lose going cheaper. Having later tired things in both directions I found the advice was spot on.They also have a really good selection of liquors, both for common things like gin and bourbon, as well as more exotic choices.
