I will never take my business here again. I took my mower here for a basic tune up as well as a deck cable and belt replacement. My mower was in and out of this place over a six week span. They put the wrong belt on, forgot to actually replace the blades,and filled the oil reservoir to the top. Smoke was billowing out of my exhaust while mowing, and my carburetor was gummed up with oil rich gasoline and I had to clean it myself after I extracted the excess oil off the top of the motor. I called and let them know and they just said oops, without offering to rectify the situation. I went in to express my dissatisfaction and the staff/manager(owner?) laughed in my face. I say again, I will never bring business here again. I suggest that everyone avoids this place unless you want to pay for property damage.Disgusting business practices.

I had dropped off the top end of my dirt bike for a valve adjustment and cylinder hone. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Friday. I hadnt heard anything as of Friday so I stopped in to check to see if it was done. They hadnt even started working on it yet. Its early spring so they are swamped with people getting their bikes tuned for the season. So I understood and it wasnt a big deal to me. Well at 6pm Friday I get a call from cycle pros. They close at 5 so I was confused. Turns out they had stayed late to finish my parts. I was really impressed. Customer service like that just doesnt exist anymore. Definitely check them out for sales or service. Ill be doing business with them again.

Worst service ever!! My husband and I dropped off attachments to our weed eater/trimmer for repair. They said they had to send it in to the company. Months had past and when we would call they still hadn’t heard when they were getting it back. It’s been over a year now and they claim they don’t have any of our attachments and have no record of it. We will never step foot in their store again!!

We discovered All Seasons after the big-box retailer we bought our mower from resold it instead of repairing it. When it was time for a spring tuneup, the manufacturer recommended All Seasons. The first year, they picked up and dropped off the mower for us, and then each spring took care of us again. Last fall, when our mower, uhh, broke, All Seasons was able to get it operational again to get us through the mowing season, though the injury would be terminal. This spring they accepted our last-leg mower to donate to a technical education program. Anyway, theyre great!

A shout out for Roman and small locally owned companies! I have a very old Ariens snowblower I am nursing the last season out of. I needed a unique bolt for a broken shifter. Roman took the time to look up the part by model/SN. He didnt have in stock but told me where to go to get it and what the required dimensions and bolt hardness required. Ala the old Miracle on 34th Street movie with Macys and Gimbels... ie help people vs ourselves and the rest will all work out. My next snowblower is absolutely coming from All Seasons!!! THANK YOU!

Originally I went to find some gloves for the rain and talk a little about sport bikes in general. We spent probably an hour going over bikes with not just sales reps but also other customers. I got a feel for big and small bikes and one that was particularly interesting. The rep was super experienced and helped me with any questions I had. After looking at bikes we went over helmets and finally the gloves. I got what I came for and then some. Id definitely head back to them if I had some money for a new bike.

Ive had my motorcycles serviced here a handful of times. Sometimes the service is pretty good and sometimes it is not so good. If you need tires changed and you bring in your wheels off the bike, they usually have a pretty good turn around time. If you need to bring your motorcycle in for servicing, the amount of time to get it back varies. I waited longer than expected and paid more than estimated the last time I was there so it reflects in my review. They guys that work there are nice but I am not planning to go back unless I have to, or need to get tires replaced with the wheels off the bike. They do however have an exceptional selection of quality lawn and snow removal equipment. As far as the quality of the lawn and snow removal equipment servicing goes, I can not say because i have not had any of my equipment serviced there.

Horrible customer service. I walked into the shop and an employee was watching u tube behind the counter. Stood in the store for 10 minutes before ever being greeted, must have been one awesome video he was watching to completely ignore me. I was ready to pick up an order that I had already paid for and was told it would be in just to find out that not was NOT, seems like they could have called me before I drove all the way in!?!?! I dont have a problem going out of my way or paying a little extra to avoid this place from now on

I called once while I was in town to get my bike looked at for a fairly simple issue, and they were booked for all repairs a week out and wouldnt have time to see me before I left town in two days. Okay, understandable, maybe-but then I asked if they stock saddlebags for sport bikes, since mine had ripped and been damaged on my travels, and they dont have those either. No service and no accessories...not much help.

Average customer service experience. Took 3 weeks for them to get to my snow blower when they told me no more than 2. They never called to tell me it was ready, I had to call them. Minor fix that only took them 30 minutes?

Poor service,i dropped my bike off to be fixed, and i work with bikes but with my new job i couldnt find the time to fix it, so they told the lasted by the next Friday, so i called they told me they have other stuff to do ahead of my bike i understood that was fine, but then they told me it would be done mid next week, i call again they tell me they have not gotten to it, and it should be done by the next, okay well 6 week later i finally get it, when it was only a 6 hour job well it was there for 42 days and if they had worked on it only 15 minutes a day it would have been done a lot sooner than it had been. i will not be going back there. i understand they are busy, but it shouldnt have taken as long as they did and they kept giving me times it would be done and i just got more angry at them every time i called.

Got my bike back after 13 months and it still does not run. Guess Ill take it some place that will actually fix it. Stay away unless you wanna be charged alot for nothing.

Horrible service!! I took my chainsaw in for a simple tune up. I was told it would be done within a week. The following week, I called and the guy who answered the phone had no idea where my chainsaw was, or what was going on with it. He couldnt find it in their system and said the service guy was busy with another customer, but he assured me they would call back within the hour. I never received a call back. The following week I called again...again he had no idea where my chainsaw was or what was going on, again the service guy was busy with another customer. Again, no call back. I did this 4 times...for four weeks...each with the same result. Finally, after a month and a half, I went back to the shop determined just to get my chainsaw, but of course it was torn apart at that time and I was told they were waiting for a part that would be there by the end of the day. I was quoted a price at that time of $75-$80, but it will definitely be under $100. The following week, I finally go in and get my chainsaw...its finally done...$121.65. What a joke. I will never buy anything here and will certainly never take anything here for service again.

I have been here twice and they helped me both times without doing any work. First I took in a motorcycle to have fixed. They told me it was not worth what it would cost to fix it. I appreciated the advice and did not get it fixed. The last time I took them my snowblower that had stopped working. It was running great and just stopped. We were getting it out of the truck and the guy said, you do know the key is missing dont you? I said, Key? I didnt know there was a key. It must have fallen out and gotten lost in the snow. He pulled a wire and it started right up. He took an old snowblower we wanted o get rid of and a weed Wacker and non working motor off my hands. I was very impressed. They are nice guys. I will go back any time I need work done on a small engine.

Had my zx6 taken in with some carb/jetting issues and they made it run perfect. If youre thinking of going to cycle city or anywhere else in town, try this place first youll have a much better time.

Qick Service, Great repair.

Poor service. My wife called once, and I called three times, for their pick up to repair service. Each time we were told our bike would be picked up; each time no one called back or came by for the pickup. Its been a week since we first called; each call was on a different day. We had had our bike serviced at Cycle Pros previously, two times. But at this point, giving them another shot would be insane.

I had good service when I bought a nearly $1000 snowblower from them. I called them for service and had to call 3 times to get ahold of someone despite leaving several messages over a 2 week period.They offered to pick my equipment up for service but failed to show on the agreed upon day. I had family in town for review of a serious medical condition and had to miss important events because of the hours I wasted waiting.Apparently I was worth their time when I was spending 4 figures. The minute I request they honor the warranty on my product (which was a particular selling point of theirs) they flee. I have forwarded this issue to the manufacturer for further review.

I went to All Season Powersports knowing/willing to spend 4-5 thousand on a Husqvarna riding lawn mower setup with a snow blower. I had a few questions about the product and a possible trade and was told by Dan they would get back to me. Well after a few days went by and nobody had called, I called back to find out they had forgotten to talk to their reps who actually knew something about their product. They werent interested in a trade which was fine but they could of at least followed up. Did not seem the least bit interested in making a sale! Poor customer service. Since then I have gone to Lowes and bought the SAME product and been treated a lot better. They even mount your equipment for little or no charge. DONT waste your time here!!

I run an Invisible Fencing company. My trencher broke down at a very busy time of year. I called many shops only to get the run around on repairing the kohler motor. These guys went above and beyond my expectations and had me up and running before expcted. I am very grateful that Rochester has a great shop like this. I highly recommend All Seasons Powersports.

I like the guys at cycle pros. They borrowed me a sanded socket that wouldnt be avaliable to buy any where. Theyve even picked 1 of my bikes up at a small fee. No issues here. I would recommend this place to everyone. Supply and demand with short summer months to get things fixed accordingly isnt always easy. That goes for bikes, boats, and other summer activity items in the state of Minnesota.God bless

I do not recommend it to anyone.These guys have already been on my motorcycle for a month and still do not finish the job when its just about cleaning the carburetor and doing the oil change.I called them to find out how the work goes and they never answer. Ive had to go personally and ask 3 times. Every time I go they tell me the same thing: now its going to be ready. But its not true they never call me and I really do not see that they have so much work to say that they are very busy.so I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
