Excellent service, quick and efficient work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended
True Craftsmen....Hard to find a team with the passion the boys at Lowborn have. Both James and Keith are very talented at crafting the parts and pieces together fabricating a motorcycle into a working art form. They are both a pleasure to deal, they listen well, provide on point suggestions and humbly take your dreams and marry them with there own. I am very proud of the work they have done for me and cant wait to get to the next project.
My experience here raised my bar for what I want out of a motorcycle repair shop. They were patient, professional, and efficient. 11/10 recommend. ALSO theres a community garage in the back!! These guys really know their stuff and theyre building a community around it. What a gem to have here in Rochester.
Great guys for all your custom and service motorcycle needs
Was recommended by a friend . Glad I gave them a call . In and out with 45 minutes . Will definitely to business with them again
Incredibly kind and helpful gentleman. Very experienced and make quick work. Willing to order parts and do research for you to. They will go the extra mile and not charge you extra. You can count on the to do great work and be honest with you. 100% will go back!
Fantastic shop that knows and loves both my bikes. The Harley and BMW are in very good hands.
What a great place! The two gentleman that run the place are passionate about what they do and immaculate with the details. I came in for a quick rim job and they even tightened up my rear end for free!
Keith and James are great people. They are very knowledgeable and do right by their customers. I would highly recommend bringing your bike to them. Top notch work and dedication to their craft.
Keith, James, and the crew are friendly and helpful. Stop in for repairs, maintenance, and even full custom builds.
I’ve been servicing my bikes at a local motorcycle shop and had been quite disappointed with their customer service. With 2 days before the weekend, the shop I was using said they couldn’t work on my new Ural sidecar motorcycle even though they had it sitting at their shop for 3 days!I looked online and found Lowborn Garage. I called and Keith was awesome! I dropped the bike off that Wednesday at 9pm and they had it fixed and serviced by Friday afternoon so my daughter and I could enjoy the motorcycle at our cottage over the weekend. He was thorough, had amazing communication and fair pricing. With service like this, they will be working on my 3 motorcycles for years to come.I don’t give reviews often; call Lowborn Garage.
James and Keith rebuilt the carbonators on my 88 Gold Wing. It hasnt blown up yet. I guess Im OK!! Seriously these guys are very good Mechanic. Very professional, I do recommend them to all my friends and family.Very fair price. Good work men ship and kelp their delivery date.
Keith and James are the best hands down and do awesome work. Helped me add some custom stuff to my bike and figure out some issues. Went the extra mile which was very appreciated, would highly recommend. Very fair and the best in Rochester for bikes no matter the style!
Awesome shop, they have experience with older motorcycles that some other shops wont touch. My bike runs better than ever thanks to them!
Super relax guys straight forward

Competent good-hearted people following their passion
Great guys, vintage bikes welcome
Great shop and atmosphere! They got my Motocompo back together, running, and sounds great! Professional work and great attention to detail.
What a great little shop, would recommend to everyone.
Always quality work from these guys, from custom fabrication (built a custom exhaust for my RD60) to general maintenance. Would reccomend (and do) to anyone with a vintage bike they need help with.
Quality work in a timely manner. Everything you want from a mechanic. From maintenance to custom work this is the place to keep your bike right.
These guys know their stuff. They were able to help get my bike running quickly and at a price that didnt hurt my wallet.
Hands down best motorcycle shop in the city. These guys have a passion for what they do and it shows in their work.
I got a 40 year old bike that sat in a shed for 20 years without having any experience working with motorcycles. I took a stab at getting it going but couldnt get it to idle so I took the carbs to another shop in town where I was quoted $500-600. I had seen LowBorn online but wasnt sure they were a real shop because they didnt have a website or sign out front. I called and then went to talk to them and they said they would be happy to take my money but thought I could do it myself. Instead they gave me advice encouraged me to take another crack at it. Once I got it idling they helped me get the bike to their shop to sync the carbs and tune the idle and I was able to drive it home that night. A+ would recommend to anyone looking to work with vintage bikes rather than just throw money at issues.
Vibe.
