I just moved today and couldnt be more pleased by the service! I moved from one Fairport village location to another, so think typical old village home with narrow stairs, low doorways, and tight turns, not at all build for modern furniture. The crew of Charles, Jose and Chris were exceptional- I thought for sure Id have to abandon my couch at curb but like moving jedis they got that couch in place! They were incredibly careful and hard working, taking down and replacing railings and light fixtures as needed, and even moving a huge wardrobe up to the attic for me. I recently purchased a new 4 bedroom home. I hired Interior Moving Services to move the contents of a large storage unit and a 2 bedroom home to my new home. They sent 3 movers and completed the job before 5 pm that day. My husband and I were beyond impressed. The gentlemen worked almost nonstop the entire day and even disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture. All was completed without any damages. I would definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied with Interior Moving Services, Inc! I had to move out of one apartment, put my belongings in storage for a month, and then into my current apartment an hour away. Needless to say, this was not an ideal situation for a move. On the bright side, Interior Moving was able to do both my moves for me AND store my things as well.When you use movers, you expect expense. Its a service worth paying for. HOWEVER, this company provides extremely fair hourly rates, and prorated storage as well. There is NO fee for travel or mileage, which is a great perk (other than tolls, which is understandable). I am pleased with the amount I spent!Everyone I spoke with for quotes and to have questions answered was friendly and explained things to me very well!I had the pleasure of working with Jhon for both of my moves. Once each, I worked with Randy and a gentleman my dad refered to as Piano Man as he also specializes in moving pianos (unfortunately I do not remember his name, but I appreciate the work so much!) All three men took exceptional care of my belongings - as if it was their things they were moving. They inventoried my items, packed things in moving blankets, and came up with makeshift rain tarps when it started raining on my move in day and I didnt think of it ahead of time. I used interior moving services for the first time this past Monday. We had asked for 10 but they came at 8 but the three movers (Charles, Jose, and Terrel) were so understanding to needing a few minutes to get ready. For a full apartment, they packed everything in 1.5 hours which was AMAZING. They kept checking on us to make sure we had everything and were so accommodating. When we got to our new place they did a fantastic job and helped us set everything up. Our one couch couldn’t fit up the stairs but they were able to lift it up to the second floor porch! The only negative thing I have to say is that after they left we noticed part of the door was popped out from moving. We called the company and spoke to (I believe his name was Chuck) who was amazing and even offered to drive out the next day to fix it at no cost. The movers were efficient and professional and I will use interior movers again if I ever need to move again!!

The two people to recognize are Rondell and Fazo who came promptly and moved a massive 300 lb. vanity up a fight of stairs and into a master bathroom. I hired Interior Moving Services to move a piano. Charles, Kurt, and Fazo came to move it. They were polite, friendly, and very efficient. They quickly assessed the best way to move the piano out (an upright grand piano), and then quickly removed a door to allow them to get the piano out of the house. When they were done, they properly put the door back on, and then drove to the new location. Once there, they again quickly assessed the best way to bring in the piano. They had to adjust a storm door, which they did, and then quickly, safely, and efficiently moved it into the house, into place, and set it up.They did an excellent job! We are very pleased with their work ethics and abilities. I would hire them again, and will recommend the company should I ever need anything moved. Avoid these movers at all cost. I hired this local Rochester moving company to move my daughter into a 1 bedroom with loft apartment. We did all of the packing. The movers were to move her belongings from a house to her apartment. When I called to make the arrangements I was told it was a fairly easy quick move and that we had to pay the 3 hour minimum. I was planning on 6 hours total. They were so slow and took so many breaks that the total job took11.5 hours! (It only took 8 hours by my daughter and her friend to move her from an apartment and into the house previously.) What I did not realize was that there was zero incentive for these movers to work efficiently. They were being paid on an hourly basis. They showed up a few hours late, should have been there at 11:30 am. They showed up at 2:30 pm. The move was under 5 miles house to apartment. At 9:30 pm my daughter and I had to help carry items up to her apartment as we didn’t want this move going on past 11 pm. It was a Monday evening. With our help, 4 hours later they finally finished. 1:30 am. Without our help it would have gone on until who knows what time. I would NEVER recommend these movers. They will say anything to get the job. Unprofessional on every level.

Our move could not have gone any better. The gentlemen who moved us ( Charles, Rondell, Juan and Jim) were professional, kind, meticulous and extremely careful. They moved a piano down an L-shaped stairs without a hitch as well putting together our beds and setting everything up wherever we asked them to. All of this was done in the middle of a winter storm with 6” of snow! After our move we noticed a small spot on the carpeting which is normal and to be expected. I moved last week from a two-bedroom apartment into a new house. My downstairs neighbor used them a few months back and highly recommended them so I went straight with them. I called after I found out my closing date and they were able to get me in within a few days. Derek and Kurtis came out and did a great job. They had to struggle with getting a large couch out of my second-floor apartment but managed to and then quickly got everything else out. They worked hard, protected my belongings from the rain (it was raining heavily that day) and finished the move without even a scratch on any of my antique furniture. I will definitely recommend them to everyone that I know.

I was moving from one apartment into another apartment in the same complex. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time and gave me a quick rundown. I knew there was a 3 hour minimum, which I thought was too much for a 1 bedroom move. What I didn’t know is their travel time is deducted out of that 3 hours. So I actually had 2.5 hours... which I still thought was ample time for something that wasn’t even a 1 minute drive away. The 2 gentlemen asked me a lot of pointless and unnecessary questions and took lots of breaks. One kept talking to his girlfriend on the phone. I left to make a run that took about 30 min only to return to find them outside hanging out in the truck. Not much progress made. The weather was not perfect so they told me that if it started to rain, that time would not count against me (I would not be charged). Apparently that wasn’t true. The move took 4 hours and I had to pay an additional $112 dollars. I just paid it without arguing because I just wanted to get settled in. I didn’t speak up because I didn’t want a confrontation or my stuff to get messed up. They gave me a receipt and told me it was a tax write off... gee, thanks! I will not use a moving company again. I’ll just take the extra days off work and move everything myself for less than $50 vs $448. Nice guys, but not very hard working.

Moving is in no way an easy chore, and they made a normally very difficult process much more manageable. Showed up right on time. They were very pleasant and courteous and professional. They made short work of loading and unloading. They handled my possessions with the utmost care.They made this move effortless for me. I would highly recommend this company and these 3 gentlemen.

This company was recommended to me by a few people. I haven’t had great experiences with other moving companies in the past but these guys have changed the game for sure. Who knew one could accumulate so much stuff!! Corey, Rondell and Juan moved me and my families items with ease! They were so respectful, and very hard working. Didn’t complain once even though it was a Sunday and their day off. I would also recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

This is the third time I have used Interior Moving Services over the past 19 years. Their work has always been impeccable. The most recent time is no exception. There were no damages and they were on time. The office staff was able to change my move date twice without a problem. From start to finish, I had no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Best moving service around! Joe and Corey helped us move from our first floor apartment to the third floor. They worked quickly and efficiently even working around awkward staircases. Joe and Corey both communicated with us and asked us how we wanted things moved and where we would like the furniture to be placed. They did not cause any damages or scratches on the floors either! They worked very quickly and moved everything in about an hour and a half. I will definitely be using this company again if we ever move again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire movers.

We had the pleasure of getting a great crew - we moved from a colonial in Rochester NY to a large ranch in Batavia. The 3 young men that moved us were Corey, Adam, and Jesse. They were very respectful and treated our furniture with care. They were very personable which was a pleasure for both myself and my husband. They were also diligent in expediting the move. There was very inclement weather on the day of my move. The crew from Interior Moving worked as though it didn’t bother them and completed their work in less time than I was quoted. All the while, they were very kind and professional! I would recommend them to anyone.

Interior Moving is a great company. They helped with my move and it went very smoothly. The people in the office and the movers are very professional. The 2 movers were very cautious with my items and were looking to make sure they did not hit any walls with the furniture. Nothing was damaged in the move. This moving company is absolutely amazing! I have used other local companies twice previously and Interior Moving Services was far and away more professional, hardworking, punctual and ultimately a better value than other companies!!! Do not use anyone else! They helped my sister move last year and I witnessed what a good job they did for her at a great price, so I hired them for my move this year and they did not disappoint. Charles Rondell and Juan were two of my movers, (I do not have the name of the third man), but all three were so hard-working and handled all of my items with such care even though I dont have super nice stuff. They also were very conscientious about all health protocols due to the pandemic, they made everything feel very safe! I never write reviews for anything but after having such an amazing experience with Interior Moving Services, after several negative moving experiences with other local companies, I had to make sure that these men and this company were recognized. Thank you guys so much for such a great experience during such a stressful time!!!!

We hired three men for three hours to finish packing for us (kitchen and art work). They arrived on time and started working right away. They finished the kitchen within an hour and then completed whatever else we asked. The men were very professional. They were exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.

We recently utilized Interior Moving Services to move. We were completely impressed with the two gentlemen who did the job. Their names were Kurtis and Charles. From the minute they arrived to begin the move to the end, they were the most professional, pleasant, courteous, polite, hard working movers we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The were punctual and introduced themselves as soon as they pulled into the driveway. They consistently asked questions and were more than accommodating with placing our furniture exactly where we asked. They were very careful and yet worked very steadily. Excellent service today. I had Curtis and I am not sure of the other movers name. They were extremely quick and handled everything with care. They definitely knew what they were doing and the price was very reasonable.

Justin, Billy and Adam were AMAZING! My move went so quickly (4 hours quicker than I thought it would take!), they were professional, friendly and fun...yes fun! It was like moving with good friends. They went above and beyond by getting my bedroom set, that I was convinced would not fit, up a small staircase with a tight U turn and they put everything together for me. We moved in the rain and they ensured my light gray carpet stayed clean. Everything they touched was in great hands! I cannot recommend this team enough!!!!!!
