Store itself is great, clean and the people who help me are generally nice. I do get annoyed with UPS policies of taking packages to the store instead of them being delivered to my home, and then not being available for pick up the next day even though Im a stay at home mom and usually at home especially if I know I have a package coming, but thats a certainly not the stores fault and theyre always apologetic if the package hasnt shown up when I go to get it

Lost my immigration package. I called 4 times and the one guy who picked up the phone was like Whats wrong? It has only been 4 days, while I have already explained to him that it was a 1-day guaranteed delivery. I had to talk to the manager instead to confirm that the package was lost. UPS have severely damaged my trust and cost me a lot of time and money. If you have important documents to deliver, please consider a different service.

I had a simple request: pack and ship my electronic equipment to the repair lab. I gave specific instructions. The store ignored my request and did an abysmal job, since the equipment arrived damaged with dents. So much for the “fragile” handling that I asked and payed for. I don’t recommend this UPS store. They are careless and ignore customers requests.

Your package will not go where you would like it to! I even handed them a typed address and they were unable to accurately transfer it over. I had to correct the spelling for them multiple times and explain how colleges have box numbers for their students. They still managed to send the package to a random PO Box instead of the college it was intended to go.

So, I work right up the road from the UPS store in Pittsford Plaza. However, I CHOOSE the UPS store on Park Ave because the staff there are all wonderful. Lazarus just started recently, but I’d like to give a shoutout to him. He is friendly and knowledgeable about products and services, and always willing to help customers with any questions or concerns. Absolutely awesome customer service. The same goes for Erika, who I met recently the last time I was there. Excellent team with excellent management. I feel welcome when I enter the door. Pittsford Plaza location could learn something from the folks here...

All of the employees at the Park Avenue in Rochester NY UPS store were extremely friendly and kind. Karah took care of me directly and I am very appreciative of her guidance for completing my multiple Amazon returns! When I realized that I accidentally left one of my return items in my vehicle - she let me run out and grab it and I didn’t feel as though I was being rushed. Karah made the entire experience enjoyable and in the future I will chose to utilize this specific location.

I paid $50 to send a Nintendo switch to Atlanta to my sister, everything with a value over $600. Took over a week to be dropped outside of an apartment complex just to be stolen. Due to this, there was an altercation between my sister and her neighbor, person she suspected stole it. After that, she, her daughter and boyfriend had to move from the apartment immediately with no other place to go. UPS ISNT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY, AFTER TWO MONTHS OF FILING A CLAIM WITH THEM, THEY ARE OFFENDING US WITH AN OFFER OF $100. Fk you UPS, ILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING WITHIN MY ABILITY TO MAKE YOU PAY AND TO RAISE THE VOICE!

I was not home when the UPS driver attempted to deliver two packages. Normally the driver takes my packages to my neighbor. Even though only one package required a signature, both were sent to the UPS store on Park Avenue in Rochester ny. I was notified the next day the packages had arrived at the UPS store and went to pick them up. I was told only one had arrived. I questioned that because they were on the same truck and I had one infoNotice #. Shrug- “only one is here”. I asked if it would be an issue if I picked up the one package that was there. I was told “no”. That night I received a notice that the other package was ‘declined and returned to the sender’. It is now in Syracuse! After attempting to use their virtual support with increased frustration; I spent over 45 minutes on the phone only to be told there was nothing she could do except record that I want to dispute the matter. I was told someone would call me in the morning. No call yet! I used coupons and rewards to make the purchase of formula for my baby. Those coupons and rewards cannot be reimbursed to me. The package was delayed in arriving by over a week and then not delivered. I was counting on that formula. I now have to go to buy formula but have no money to do so. Merry Christmas UPS!!

Each time Ive used the Park Ave. UPS store, the employees have gone out of their way to be helpful. The service was notably better than the service experienced at other locations of UPS, and better than other printing businesses Ive used. Most recently, I phoned the store checking for a lost flash drive. The employee took her time to help me, politely asking pertinent questions and really seeming to care. The next day, I received a phone message from the manager. He made the extra effort to go through the store a second time in search of my lost flash drive, and called to apologize for not having it. This level of professional courtesy is beyond the norm for most retail establishment. I hope the staff here is recognized and rewarded by UPS for their efforts, kindness and professionalism.

Kyle was extremely helpful. I had to ship 6 boxes from Rochester to Las Vegas. Most of my boxes were pretty heavy. Kyle helped me find the most economic and efficient way to ship the items and even helped me with packaging. I would definitely recommend this store!

I went to the store at 11:30am on a Wed. and apparently the owner had forgotten to open the store that day. An employee arrived at the same time as me and opened the store. It took 40 minutes before I was helped with shipping my package. The employee said that it takes a very long time to boot up the computer system. While I was waiting to be helped, another employee had arrived. For the next 30 minutes he proceeded to argue with the other about work hours. They bickered and yelled at each other right in front of me. It made the whole experience utterly unbearable. This UPS store has the worst customer service and the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered.Needless to say, I cannot recommend this UPS store to anyone, and I will definitely be avoiding this location from now on.P.S. I would have given No Stars if it was an option.....

I received an email alert that stated my package could not be delivered due to an incomplete address on the package. The normal driver was off today and the driver didnt know where to deliver my package. Called customer service and cleared up the address issue. Within a few minutes I received a call from UPS to confirm the address. Within an hour the driver returned and the delivery was made. Thanks to the wonderful service at UPS.

Not only were the employees extremely helpful finding the right labels, boxes, etc, they covered the ENTIRE cost of shipping as a thank you! There never seems to be enough parking especially close to she store ( which is important when you have heavy packages). And being in an area with lots of younger people who trend to sleep ON they could be open longer on Saturdays

Horrible. Called ahead to check rates since they are not posted on the website. Decided to go with this company and verified the hours were open until 7:00pm; I suppose I was wrong.I walked into the business at 6:45pm to be told VERY rudely we close in 5 minutes!? - I double checked my phone (about 6:50pm at this point) with my paperwork service agreement filled out in hand and with proper ID, to be told they wouldnt have enough time to setup a mailbox. I then stated Okay, and left.It would appear to me that they dont have time for their customers.

Recently this store has come under new management and is MUCH better than it was just a month ago. Anyone who ever had the displeasure of dealing with the old owner or employees will be relieved to know they are all gone! I noticed a difference just walking in the door. It is much cleaner and more organized. The previous owner was a horrible business person. I will not waste time describing all the problems I had previously with the employees and management, however like I said everyone is new there and they are all very helpful and professional.I am in no way affiliated with this store or the manager in any way. I have a mailbox there and simply wanted to let everyone know.

This was a horrible experience, my bf and his daughter went to the store to send a package out which was like 35 bucks and didnt have the money and couldnt send it out, so the manager of this store very very rudely harassed my bf saying he was a bad parent for not sending the package for his kid which by the way again, didnt have the money to do so and yes his daughter was upset but also when you dont have the money you dont, and this manager harassed ny bf and followed him to his car and proceeded to say horrible things and to a customer none the less, would never in a million years think that someone who is suppose to be a professional would do this, NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!

I dropped a package off last month after the post office had closed one evening, I was using USPS. The young girl at the counter looked puzzled by the shipping label, and I simply asked her if she could put it in her out-going mail pile for the following day. She still looked confused and said okay... It’s now been 1 month since this occurance and my package conveniently got ‘lost’. I have a strong gut feeling my package was misplaced at the hands of an ill-trained employee. This was a common favor that I had been accustomed to, that they would mail your USPS items as a curtesy. Next time, I’ll wait until the post office opens back up and utilize them directly for my shipping needs. Thank goodness my package was insured by the company I was returning to because I would’ve lost $400 worth of merchandise.

Horrible experience working with The UPS Store on Park Ave.I shipped an iMac computer from them using packaging purchased and recommended by them and packed according to UPS guidelines. This computer was destroyed in shipping and even though they sold me insurance on the package up to $700, nothing was covered. They continue to deny my claim and point me to UPS Corporate, which continues to point me back to this UPS Store. This never ending circle of misdirection is what they rely on to force you to give up.Heres my message to UPS and the UPS Store: stop selling scam insurance and treat your customers better. I will never use UPS again and will be filing complaints and pursuing class action to get my claim paid.P.S. When I finally went back to the store to pick up my destroyed computer, the staff took about fifteen minutes to find the box, which was right in front of them. I told them that my package was right there and they proceeded to ignore me.

This was the worst UPS Store Ive ever been to. I had prepurchased three shipping labels and boxes so all I had to do was slap it on and bring it to pick up after I had packed them. The extremely incompetent woman working behind the desk decided to scan it and stated that there was no tracking number so I didnt pay for it and then refused to look up my frequently-used UPS account with my phone number because she didnt know how to do that. I ended up paying AGAIN for the boxes I wanted to ship. I cant wait to get to another UPS Store and hopefully get refunded for the extra money I spent.

I had to go to this location three times for them to locate my package. The first two times, they asked for it by name and said they didnt have it. The third time I had to offer my address and they found it. However, they never once asked for my address (to save me from having to visit them multiple times), and the frontline employee blamed me for not putting my name on the package. Since the package was from Amazon (and my name is clearly connected to my account, address, and billing), I do not have control over whether they (or one of their vendors) uses my name. But the frontline employee insisted I do have control and left it as my fault.

I wanted to send my passport to Washington DC and receive it back. Patricia Mendicino, who is a very happy and helpful looking person, at UPS told me it is possible to get back my passport on Friday.I paid for everything immediately and scheduled a delivery and a pick up back from the embassy, as well as included the envelope with a return pre-paid sticker on it.I was able to receive my passport back the following week and had to 20 phone calls over the weekend to get it back. It was Patricias fault that she scheduled the return service as ground, which made everything so difficult. If you are going to send an urgent mail, use FedEx, more reliable.I wish they could just apologize, but they havent.

Ive tried printing here several different times and have always had a problem.I sent an email with my attachments and called them to confirm, but when I arrived two hours later (as scheduled), I still had to wait for them to even open the documents and start printing them.Once I was on hold for so long that the call disconnected, and they were annoyed at me for calling them back.When I tried to ship a package, it was going to cost three times more than what it would be through USPS.Overall, just not very competent or customer-oriented
