So I called there to ask if they were able to supply orthopedic mattresses and the lady told me no and then said well yes but they are very expensive and insurance companies dont cover them....hmm really????? Im not too sure that is good business making assumptions are never a good thing. First to assume I dont have the money to purchase myself and second for not knowing an individual situation. Some people are just unreal. Well In a nut shell she just made sure that I take my business elsewhere..good job lady! I bet your inline for a an advancement...crazy!!

Why does your website say open 24 hours/days week when you are only open 10-5 Monday- Friday? Drove all the way out for nothing.. should have known when I waited an hour for a callback, but your phone system doesnt give hours either just days everyone is busy assisting other customers
