I went in to switch over a phone, which unfortunately couldnt happen. But Jose made purchasing my new phone so easy! He was extremely helpful and very courteous. I would definitely recommend going to see him for your phone needs. Thanks again Jose!

Upgraded sons phone at this location. Salesman added a redux single line membership with out saying anything about it to us. Very shady company and employees. Was also charged a $35 fee for the upgrade and was told it would cost another$29 for him to switch the simcard from old phone to new one. Will not be returning to any of these tcc Verizon locations. Save your self from being ripped off and go to the actual Verizon store in Dixon

Sales Rep Jose H. was very helpful, easy to work with and prepared. Came in with mom who speaks little English and Jose was able to share all necessary information in Spanish, so plus there. Made what typically is a longer visit into a shorter more enjoyable time. Will definitely be continuing service at this location.

On a recent visit to your store, I was assisted by Jose. I had several questions regarding new phones for myself and my fiance and he was not only able to answer them, but he went above and beyond. My fiances phone had trouble transferring data to the new phone and José even stayed an hour past close to make sure everything was done right. I even offered to come back and he insisted. Thats unheard of! As a store manager myself, I can tell you with certainty that he is such a great asset to your company. Not only did he provide great customer service to myself, he was also able to provide that same customer service to the several customers that came in while he was assisting me. He was working alone and was able to multi task and see that everyones needs were met in a timely fashion. Thanks to Joses great customer service I will definitely stick with Verizon and be back at the rock falls location.

Not happy! Charged me $30 to make my new phone identical to my old phone said the district manager, NOT True! Only transferred all the files. Didnt transfer screen setups or layouts. They started a builtin program that transfers all the files then sent me on my way, when asked if thats all they had to do I was told yes! Its more of a hand holding fee I was told. Because I wasnt smart enough to know what program to use, I guess. STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT, three visits, some text messages are going to my old phone. Different young man today informed me to call tech support if it keeps up. Worst $30 I spent in a long time 😪

This is by far the worst Verizon I have ever been too. The 2 young men that work there do not know anything about their work. I had called and got lied to many times. I have wasted hours of my time going back and forth. I live over an hour away. There needs to be more training done at this store. This is supposed to be a corporate store! But it is the most unprofessional store I have been to. I will never go back to this store ever again.

You can tell that he knows what he’s doing and is very knowledgeable. 10/10 customer service!I would also like to comment on the COVID-19 precautions that this location has taken. Social distancing was encouraged with signs, hand sanitizer was available, and employees were wearing their masks correctly. I felt very safe at this location.

Eddie is the greatest employee at Verizon in RockFalls. He fixed my phone and upgraded my daughters phone. It was her first brand new apple series phone and Eddie let her open it. She was so happy. Thank you so much Eddie.

So I came to this store to return a terrible Lenovo tab 4 8 plus, that I purchased in Indiana about a month ago. This location wouldn’t do it, but the guy working, Mr. Jose, was straight with me, told me why they couldn’t, as well as all of my options, and was professional with me from start to finish. So I have no complaints with this location.I will say though, NEVER purchase a Lenovo Tab 4 8 plus, it cannot handle even the most basic operations.

Stay away from this place. They are either incompetent or are willing to commit fraud against the elderly in order to get a saleShame on you. Just avoid them at all costs or make sure you don’t rely on them for technical expertise because they either have none or have no ethics
