As a first time ATV buyer, I had 100 questions that were all answered by the salesperson Derrick who made the buying experience worth the 2 hour trip there. Great salesmanship and no pressure buying experience with knowledge of the equipment being sold. Got to meet with the owner and I am recommending family and friends to Gieson Motorsports. Thanks much.
Meh.... there are much better motorcycle dealers in the area. Best to avoid this one.
I decided it was time for a new helmet. Many styles available and Jon was very helpful.
Easy to find, friendly folks, easy to work with, willing to find what you are looking for if they dont have it in stock.
Told me 2 weeks max on rejetting my carb on my atv, its been 5 weeks still no quad. This place is all talk. Garbage service. Should have went elsewhere. Not happy at all. I have called every week for them to tell me a few more days.
Ive dealt with of every aspect of this dealership (service, parts, and sales) and am not very impressed. I had my motorcycle there for service and let them know what I would like done to the bike and my requests were not fully granted so in turn I had to complete the rest of what I would like done myself. I have bought some parts and gear from there as well and did not have a bad time other than the employees being slightly pushy. I was not impressed by the sales department at all I called a 3-4 days ahead of time about a motorcycle they had for sale and informed them of a time and day I would be down to look at it. I arrived and the only salesman working was with a customer at the time (understandable), once he was done the salesman informed me that he was busy and would have to deal with a couple that had came in atleast half an hour after I arrived as they wanted to purchase an ATV (keep in mind I had contacted the dealership 3-4 days previously about coming to deal on the bike and had already been standing around the showroom for atleast 45 minutes waiting for the salesman to be freed up) I had a check in my hand ready to make a deal on the motorcycle but due to me being put aside I walked out of the dealership and over to another and purchased one from them as they were willing to give me their time and were very helpful. Also the bike that i was looking at looked as if it had just been pulled off the street and sprayed off with the garden hose and set out for sale due to the dirt and grease and grime on various parts of the bike (I realize a used motorcycle will have some seepage and things of that nature but areas that should have been cleaned during a normal cleaning were not adressed)
