The work is well done, however with both dresses Ive brought in, neither were ready when they were supposed to be. They dont call to let you know, you just show up when youre supposed to and they say sorry come back on ____. this has been with both my own wedding gown and a bridesmaid dress. Luckily I had a few days to spare as we were traveling for both events.

Im so very very happy with my experience with this shop. I ordered my bridesmaids shoes here. I needed a custom color guess what she ordered and custom colored them all. She did an amazing job. Im extremely happy with her work.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Lori was an amazing consultant who very quickly understood what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress. She listened to my feedback and even managed to take in opinions from my three bridesmaids without getting overwhelmed. The owner is also very sweet and I look forward to working with her on alterations. The selection of dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and prom is extensive and has lots of variety. If youre looking for a dress, I would be sure to make this your first stop!

I had my dress altered here for my wedding. The prices and how they listen to your concerns is amazing. It may take longer to get your dress back but only a day or two. As long as you bring things in to be altered in a reasonable time frame you are fine. Everyone is so nice too. You get 5 star service and get to save money!

This is an amazing establishment. I was Very nervous to come here based on the way it looked on the outside, but boy was I wrong! They had a great selection of dresses and the customer service was phenomenal. I found the perfect dress for me and my bridesmaids AND they had it ready to go in less than six weeks.Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

I came in already knowing what I was looking for she kept showing me stuff and dresses That were not even close to what I had explained. As a bride to be u have to try on the dress as zipped up and close to how you will wear it on your special day, and apparently she was scared to let me try them on, because she would not zipped any of the dresses I tried on for me to get the effect of the dresses

While it doesnt look very impressive from the outside, I had a great experience here when I get married in October 2010. I had to order the wedding dress very early and had some strict scheduling to meet when getting my dress since I was living in Texas at the time and was only in the area a few times a year. They worked with me and were available when I needed them. In fact, I didnt need to even schedule an appointment - essentially when they were open, you could come in, try on dresses, get fittings, whatever you needed. I was also happy that they carry Alfred Angelo dresses which are so beautiful!

Staff of the actual place is nice.. but the alterations lady is awful! she messed up my $1200 wedding dress.my dress is complete lace and it needed hemmed and the work is just terrible. the whole place needs updated.

I had a absolutly wonderful experience buying my wedding dress. I was very excited to work with such wonderful women. This had begun to be such a stressful task and the ladies in the shop made it very easy to relax. I was told to think outside my comfort zone and thats exactly what I did. I had dismissed the thought of buying a strapless dress but absolutely fell in love with one in the shop. Thank you ladies for making this such an amazing experience :) I would strongly recommend this shop for those looking for a dress for thier big day.

ALTERATIONS REVIEW ONLYThe lady that does the alterations is very nice but it takes FOREVER to get it back. I dropped off a dress to get altered on May 1st. She told me 2 week turn around time. It is June 6th and I still have not been able to pick up my dress! She has done alterations for me before and does a great job, I like her work. The problem is the time frame. She says it is prom and wedding season and that is why it is taking so long. In all honesty, set a realistic time frame! Tell me it will take 6 weeks instead of 2! I will be going to Loan Pham now...

For a local spot it is pretty good. I was disappointed in the selection of veils, but the ladies that work there tried to help with that. MaryAnn did an good job on hemming my dress, but the alteration caused wrinkles that werent there before and she made me feel like there was nothing that could be done.

The dresses here are affordable and the styles are beautiful.

I honestly wish i could give this place 0 stars with how rude one of the sales ladies were. my friends and i are very insecure so we make eachother laugh and it makes us feel better about ourselves. the lady told us we were acting like 5 year olds and said that we need to grow up. the dress selection is very minimum and out dated and then half of the stuff was broken so we couldnt try them on. i dont appreciate trying to be positve about myself but being put down by people were literally paying. this place is rude i rate my expierence -10/10 i honestly wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Would never do business with these people again. Manager would not refund any money even though she NEVER placed our order, then when I told her I was going to cancel the transaction on my card she threatened to sue me.Very unprofessional. Not to mention the dress selection they had was very dated.

They have a variety of dresses and party shoes, I did not like the hot atmosphere, but the attention very good
