I normally go to the one on celanese but my sons prescription wouldnt be filled there this month. Soo called this one to make sure they got the switch rudest customer service on the phone.. Never have I been asked what time you coming to pick up with such attitude.. Will make sure we dont go here again..
We get Our prescriptions here and we do have Our extra care card which costs you $5.00 a month...which you get back each month plus another $5.00 on CVS,,,NICE!!!
As others have said, this place deserves 0 stars. Not only the pharmacy, the whole store. NO ONE will ever offer to help you.
This is the worst pharmacy to deal with. Don’t expect to drop off a prescription and it be ready within 2 hours. Try 5 hours and you may or may not receive a text advising it’s ready. I’ve moved ALL of my family’s prescriptions to the CVS on Celanese. Better customer service, prompt!!
Awful customer service in the pharmacy. Clerk told me 15-20 minute wait. After 30 minutes, I waited in line to check status. Apparently they didn’t even have the medication in stock. No one bothered to even let me know. I don’t think they really care about anything other than the huge sums of money they make. They don’t even qualify for one star. :/
Our family has been getting our prescriptions here for a few years, but now we are moving to Walgreens. The staff here is so consistently incompetent that it must be an issue with the store manager or pharmacy manager, who ever makes the staffing decisions.Prescriptions are frequently not ready even after receiving text messages to say they are. The quantity is often wrong, sometimes not matching the numbers listed on the label.I assume it requires some certification to work in a pharmacy, but this location only seems to hire incompetent people that do not care. When you have an issue they act like you are burdening them if you expect it to be corrected. There is a pharmacy on every other corner, pick any other and avoid this disaster zone.
Ive been trying to call the pharmacy all day and cannot get through to a human being.
Awful customer service. Also don’t expect to ever talk to an actual human being on the phone if you need to call. You won’t.
Got texts for two days about my prescriptuon, was able to go today after work. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes before someone finally came back to the window just to tell me they couldnt find my prescription and that I had to come back or go wait behind the line of cars that piled up after me.
If I could give less then one star I would. This pharmacy has been ridiculously rude and unhelpful when it comes to simple things. They give no notice when things have to be ordered, are ready to pick up, need authorizations....nothing. Their app never works and although the staff insists that I was sent updates via text message, I have received nothing from them. They can’t figure out how to work with my doctor or my insurance. I have left multiple times without my prescription (after standing in a long line!) because of their lack of communication. They have lost a customer.
Its like the staff never answer the phone in the pharmacy but other than that its a great store.
The pharmacy is the worse! I called for a hour trying to get my prescription. I finally called the store and a guy said they was short staffed. This has been going on for ever! My job require us to use CVS. Heckle Blvd is the worse! Get it together! PeooPe need they medication!
Nice store and convient location. Store is well stocked and clean. Friendly customer service.
Very friendly staff always willing to help
Customer service is horrible. I call in scripts and they are not ready when I get there days later.
There were a couple of minor problems but they were worked out while I waited.
Awful service!! Awful Customer Service!!!
