The people are always helpful and even if you don’t know exactly what you need they do a great job on leading you in the right direction without making you feel small. They always make conversation and if they don’t have what you need they will point you in the right direction

Wanted to recognize Luke. Went above and beyond to help fix a piece of Stihl equipment I owned when he did not have to take time to get it back running. This guy is a gem for the store and should be recognized by management.

Ace builders was great. I was only trying to get a key made. The one and only great white elephant key. The unicorn of keys.. I think it would be easier to buy weapons grade plutonium at Wal-Mart than to find this key blank anywhere. Oh because I have tried. But, alas, i digress. So after hitting, lowes, another ace, home depo, and a couple other places. I end up here. Now they didnt have it either, but... The gentleman working with me took the time. Then he looked up on his computer for the key blank. Found some on eBay. I have since.. In the parking lot.. Looked up what he told me and ordered 2 key blanks. I will be taking them back to this ace to have them cut to my key I have. They ultimately did not have what I needed. But took the time, and they were busy, to look for me and basically help me. This key is for a British tee handle trunk lock that is on an AC cobra kit car. So I need an extra or two. Obscure at the least. Ace hooked me up. They went way beyond the other stores. Nope dont have it.. Bye. I dont fault the others, I merely applaud the two guys that work at this ace. I will be back, for much more than my keys made. They, thru their work ethic have made a lifelong customer. I only hate I did not get their names. They were working on st. Patricks day 2021. And I love this store, It has an old hardware store feel. They know their stuff. Go see. Get what you need.. Spend lots of money there. I will. I thank you. Good day

Whats not to love? Good selection of hardware/lumber at competitive prices and unlike the big box stores, there is always someone eager to help you find just what you need. Service is top notch. We have used them for years with nothing but excellent products and service. Added bonus is they have a larger supply of sleds for a snowy day than anyone else around.

You can buy bulk nails and screws here.. As many or as little as you want just put them in the bag and pay by the pound.. I love it reminds me of home..

This store looks small but has a lot of stuff inside! Clean enough & organized. Soon as they know u are there they ask if u want help, & good at explaining of things u want to know on construction. Curtious & Fast ck out!

Classic hardware store staffed with knowledge people who can not only answer your question but give advice on how best to handle whatever your trying to do. From replacing a toilet valve to re-shingling your roof they have it all. Pricing is right in line with the big box stores, some higher some lower but you get what you pay for. Kudos to the people that work there.

Not that its Aces fault, but a lady blocked the small wheelchair ramp, and my friend, in a wheelchair, had to wait a while to for the owner to come out and move so my friend could get down the ramp and leave
