He got me all set up with my EBB Hotspot box, got me back into my email, fixed the issues with my EBB application, and made sure I understood how everything worked while dealing with other customers, phone calls and my screaming and fighting kids. Their customer service is amazing nd can talk you into making purchases but DO NOT stand behind what they say. I have taken my bill in after speaking to customer service on the phone who tell me to take it up with the store but then store reverts it back to customer service nd I get nothing fixed leavinging mad nd frustrated.

I Stopped in today to buy my son a phone at the Rock Island location and I had a good experience. Derrick Jackson helped me purchase a phone. Great customer service. I went in about 10mins before closing time and I did not feel rushed. He explained everything so well. Derrick answered all my questions and concerns. He is a great asset to the boost mobile team! I walked in the store want to hang to change phone carriers I had porting issues the number was ported but was telling me it could not port it. I had this happen to me before so it took a very long time to get this done. The employee was very nice and helpful just need help from his manager. When he called his manager he was told to call back multiple times and I was in the location while this was happening the service was 330 so it was crazy. He had made a mistake but was balled out over the phone while dealing with a customer so it took longer to get what I needed done. I went in at 4: 50 didnt leave till almost 7 I was very upset cause the port from my company was done just his system was hhaving trouble. He called multiple times and instead of the supervisors just fixing the issues so I can leave they were to busy correcting him. It was a waste of my time and energy. So I give him a 4 star cause he handled it very well and in left with my number this time. Last tile this happened I w as s without my number for 4 days and the clerk that I went and got my phone back was very unprofessional in handling this issue. The port was not the problem the system was and caused problem with me getting things done in a timely fashion. I dont think porting is the issue it is the issue involving the system. Mr. Jackson helped me effortlessly but his supervisors only prolonged my time.

I walked into this store and was so angry and frustrated about my phone one of the salesman must’ve seen my frustration all over my face because he instantly walked up to me with a great big smile and one of the most honest pick up lines I’ve ever heard made me crack a smile he was so helpful and understanding of my budget and what I needed as far as a new line I was so amazed at how he had an answer for everything I asked him such a great employee Thanks DeAngelo you saved my day n I got exactly what I needed definitely a great store if u every have any problems this is the one u need to visit. I was looking around the quad cities for a new phone provider because TMobile does not work around here when I moved here. I had one of my coworkers recommend seeing Amanda at Boost Mobile. She truly knows what she is talking about and was very honest when it comes to choosing out a phone for me. She also taught me how to use the phone, along with helping me out with my email which I forgot the password for, thinking my life is over. All of Boost is incompetent besides of Amanda. I drive from Davenport just to deal with her. Never stears me in the wrong direction and is always welcome to help on any issue. You seriouslu dont pay this employee enough.

I recommend going to the one on West Locust not the one downtown on River Drive or the one thats on West Kimberly the reason why is because they dont have very good service not enough plays on hand or them please just dont care if you had go in and theres something wrong with your phone but they just dont want to help or theyre too busy talking to each other I just dont get the service you need what so ever the manager works at West Locust hes an excellent man always willing to help whoever he can and he tries to make the line go very fast

They treated me well and got me taken care of I frequently go to add time to my bill and the staff treat me well only put 3 bucks or so on each time butt they are decent an do you well.
