Exceptional customer service! We came in with a complicated multi-state upgrade issue and they were fantastic. Very patient and understanding. They took the time to fully explain everything and sorted things out ad quickly as possible. They also frequently have new phone models for a lot longer than other local stores.

This is located in a mini-mall readily seen from 38th St. It is a place to buy a cell phone and its equipment. You may also pay your wireless bill here. It is staffed by 1 or 2 people and you may have to wait for assistance. The parking lot is shared by a couple other stores and there is one handicapped space for all the stores in this mini-mall. The inside of the store is neat and clean.

Had a great experience at this store! Recently switched back to US Cellular after a year with another provider.Needed a number port and brought in my DD214 for my military/veteran discount. Everything went flawless and Matt S. who assisted me even set me up with another 1 gig of data.Highly recommend this store for anything US Cellular related.
