I definitely appreciated how Karen helped me get started on a new plan plus I also appreciated how she was helpful into suggesting which phone is good for me to have based on my credit score. She also did and amazing job on helping me get all of contacts and apps onto my new phone from my old phone. I am definitely recommending for people who live in the Sweetwater County area to go there if you want a good plan through Verizon with amazing staff to help you get started.

My husband and I came into this store on Sunday. My phone died and we needed a new one. Janine and Shannon were very helpful in getting us set up in the best most cost efficient way. Ive come to this store for technical help on my phone a few times recently. I dont usually review things, but a few things in the store need to be recognized . The young lady that helped me was bubbly, friendly and knowledgeable. She has fixed all my issues with my phone, and shown me how to do a few things. Shes my favorite Verizon lady ever. I wont be dealing with anyone but her on the future. Now, with that said, the man who feels the need to constantly tell customers that hes the manager is the textbook definition of a D bag. I give the lady that helped me a five star review, but if I could review him hed get zero. His condescending tone with customers and his employees isnt appreciated. Telling the girl who helped me that she was too sassy while she was joking with me was not only rude, but extremely unprofessional. He was constantly over the girls shoulder trying to correct her even though she was more than capable. Having someone like this in management doesnt look great on the company in my opinion. Both the girls that work there try to not show that upsets them, but you can just tell. This store needs a new manager.

Went in about 30 minutes before close needing a new phone and a new account. Shayleen was super helpful and nice, even though the store was closing soon. She was awesome at juggling the additional customers that came in while she was working on my phone.

Bought my phone a year ago from a very kind employee who walked me through its basic use, moved all my contacts, notes etc. and was certain my passwords with Apple were complete. Dropped the phone 2 days ago and thought sure I destroyed the screen, but the screen protector that was applied last year was terribly cracked but not the phone screen. Today another young woman delightfully changed the screen protector at a very reasonable price!

Shayleen was so quick and efficient with getting my phone set up!!! Honestly I wish all verizon workers were like her! I will be going to her specifically everytime I need help with something!😁

These guys are crooks . Took my money for the tax and fees and said I can pay the 30 upgrade fee. Then later I realized I was also billed for it on my bill as well. Plus I was in the store being helped. Then some nice Hispanic people came in and then they stopped helping me and started helping them. Feel like they are racist. Watch out for these guys.

At Walmart, I was having trouble getting my texts transferred from my old Moto 4 to a Moto 6. LUCKILY, there was a pink-haired staff member available named, Mackenzie. In two visits, she patiently and I mean PATIENTLY assisted me in this task but to no avail. My phone wasnt accepting the necessary app to transfer texts. Mackenzie, referred me across the lot to Verizon on Gateway, to possibly seek another avenue to assure I met device service needs. That was a power move to getting satisfactory service for a customer. HIGH FIVE MACKENZIE!! Heather, my TECH SAVIOR, figured this challenge out. Tethering through Bluetooth then using my email account to transfer my text was the trick. Meanwhile she too invested time (30 minutes) in me and answered some tech questions about schooling a lay person on the trick to getting the phone to transfer the texts. There were some very special texts from family and friends I treasured. Im old school, I like rereading texts like I did in the days when people wrote letters. If Im anything like the tech student I aspire to be I will take this experience as a lesson learned and transfer the texts to a cloud. Heather and her associate ( sorry, I forgot her name too) schooled me on about DIVA LASHES too. I hope Wal-Mart and Verizon value their associates like they value their customers.

My phone crashed 2 hours before I found this store. Traveling alone with my dog, I was hoping to find a store with a throw away phone. I found Shayleen instead. 20 mins before closing, she helped me upgrade my phone which was long overdue and got me a protective case, screen protector and out the door in 20 mins so I could hit the road again. She saved me. By the time I left the store I had 50 texts and 20 voice mails from my kids and husband because they didnt know what happened to me. Lol Shayleen saved the day!!!

My wife and I went into Wyoming Wireless and ended up purchasing 2 phones. Along with the 2 phones we also purchased a $50.00 glass screen protector. The employees there proceeded to put on the screen protector on my wifes phone. We noticed that after he had put it on our brand new purchased phone that their was a hair stuck in there that was annoying and in a bad spot also not allowing it to seal properly. The employee said that they were out of screen protectors for that specific phone and that they would order more and call us when they get in and replace if for free since this wasnt our fault and they were brand new phones and brand new screen protectors that they had put on. We then went back to the store to get the screen protector when they came back into stock. The employee proceeded once again to put the screen protector on the phone everything seemed okay. We got home to put the phone case on the phone and realized that the employee put the screen protector on to low and every time you try and put the phone case on it pushed up the screen protector and created bubbles and wouldnt stay on. We called the store yet again to tell them that they had failed to put this very expensive $50.00 screen protector on wrong again. They proceeded to tell us they were already sold out of this product once again, and that they were on order so we waited and never heard back from them. We decided that enough time had passed where they should have contacted us by now but didnt so we went down there. When we got down there we explained what had happened both times and what we were told to do they told us that they would not replace this screen protector for free (even though they put it on and messed it up twice) that we would have to pay another $50.00 for one although we never got more then 10 minutes use out of the other 2. I would not recommend doing business with them they do not back up there product or their words. I would give them negative star ratings if possible! What a waste of your hard earned money and time.
