A piece of my charger broke off and was stuck in my phone, making it impossible to insert another charging cord.I had my son run it over to the Union Witeless store in Rock Springs, WY and a young man fixed it quickly and at no charge. (Apparently, my son walked into the store at closing time.) Helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The once famous slogan Treating you like a neighbor not a number is well outdated with this company. Service is terrible, customer service is even worse. Went there this afternoon to get my son his own phone. Walked in, noticed that there was only 2 sales ladies, well one sales lady the other was basically worthless. Both of them were busy, and there was one gentleman waiting. The lady that was on the left was nice and greeted us, and said we will be with you as soon as possible. Now I understand the 30+minute wait. Seems a lot of people are used to that. I also understand first come first serve. I can wait patiently, and did wait patiently for roughly 20 minutes. The lady that greeted us finished with her customer and went directly over to greet the gentleman that was ahead of my son and I. Shortly after that another person walked in. Roughly 5 minutes later, my son and I are still patiently waiting when the other sales person finished up with the customer she was helping when we had walked in. I expected her to come over to my son and I when I watched her walk right up to the person that walked in after us. Now I am a big person, not easily missed. Okay so possibly she didnt see me, but my son, a platinum blonde high volume voice, and a bright red sweatshirt, come-on seriously couldnt have been over looked. The gentleman that was before us noticed that she took the other person in, in front of us, looked at me while I was shaking my head. He actually went to jester to the other sales person that I was there fist, but it was to late I was already up and walking towards the door. On my way out I told my son that I would just take him to Verizon right next door.Now over at Verizon there was only one person in there, and we were able to get helped in less than 15 minutes.Now I have 2 phone lines with union wireless yet. One of which is under contract for a few more weeks. Those 2 lines will now be switched to Verizon in the next couple of weeks.Pretty sad Ive been with union wireless since I was 16, now 42, and remember when they had the most reliable network here. I dont know exactly what happened, but within the last 2 years their customer service has truly hit rock bottom, and their network literally is sub par to Verizon. After today I am finished with them.

I am so very over Union Wireless. I personally dont have Union for my phone carrier, I have Verizon. My Boyfriend does have union. I pay our bills, he is to busy to do so. I always have a 45 to over an hour wait, just to pay a bill that takes maybe 5 minutes. It is extremely frustrating. Why not install a Kiosk for people to pay there bill? This issue really needs fixed.

They are cheaper but you get what you pay for after 6 months my phone is just way to slow I only have 3 apps downloaded I have to restart my phone 3 times a day
