Excellent job on some minor body repairs on my 4Runner. I was 5 minutes late to pick up after they closed at 6. The manager in sales did me a solid and called up the service manager - he drove back on a Friday night to help me out. They totally didn’t have to do that and I would have understood if he chose not to turn around. All around great experience. Also, Patrick in the body shop was great with following up, scheduling and a really nice guy.
My car was in an accident on 1/26/2021 I immediately called my insurance company to file the claim Anderson Collision had a tow truck come to my house to pick up my vehicle within an hour of us talking with them and did an absolutely awesome job on all of the repairs including having it completed very quickly! They even gave it a nice detail before I picked it up, I am extremely happy with my car and the work the Anderson team did. If need be I would definitely use them for all repairs in the future!!
I recently brought my car in for extensive hail damage. Within a week of the appraisal and insurance approval, an appointment was made. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the car looks like new! Very pleased!
I have been trying for 10 days to get an appointment to fix the hail damage on my car. I was told they outsource the dent removal and it may take a day or two to make the appointment. I asked where they sent it so I could make my own appointment and was told they would make the appointment. Many calls and many days later I still have no appointment. I have had to call multiple times to get a response from Kevin. The person answering the phone takes a message, but I dont receive a return call until I have called again the next day. They repaired a car for us in the past and we were happy with their work. Im extremely disappointed I dont have an appointment after 10 days. I am taking my car to a different business to be repaired.

Dave M. listened to me talk about buying a car for months. We researched reviews, brands, and took our time narrowing down our search. I narrowed it down to a Toyota and a Mazda. Dave was very helpful. Put us with a great salesman, Pete, and we test drove. I loved the 2014 Mazda 3. She handled beautifully. She was stylish, great gas mileage, and responded the way I expected. I have had my car a year and there is absolutely nothing I dont love about that car, and shes been driven hard.The purchasing process was long but painless. They worked with us on our trade-in and price. We drove out of there extremely happy.In the past year, I have taken her in to be serviced (regular service: oil, tire change, etc). Last time I took in a coupon for $99. I didnt mind paying for good service. After about 20 minutes someone came out and said they wouldnt be changing me the $99. They were only charging me $79. They were kind, courteous, and when they could have over-charged me, did not.Im a college student at night. In a recent Consumer Buying course, 4 others had bought their car from Anderson Nissan, and all of them would go back.Thank you for the fabulous service and helping make a major purchase I do not regret.
