Went in to get an estimate for damage on my vehicle. Guy was friendly and quick with getting me what I needed.

*BEWARE* as a previous business owner and a current professional I would tell you to stay clear of this place.My wife and I took our vehicle to Luke the owner. Having known him from a networking group, I gave him a shot, I trusted him, and didn’t think much of it. He had our vehicle for weeks we had to fight to get it back and he was very unprofessional. The insurance company tried to contact him several times and he would not get the vehicle back. I almost had to have it towed away from there. He finally told me that the vehicle was done and it was ready to be picked up. When I got my vehicle back there were several issues with the vehicle. I sent him all the issues and he never responded. We were never able to resolve the issue. I had to spend $5000 to have the vehicle fixed somewhere else. I had two other local body shops look at my vehicle and told me to never take it back to the place where I got it done here at quality auto. I would not recommend any of my clients, friends, family, or anyone in the area to take their vehicle here. Poor quality, poor service, poor craftsmanship.

Had my classic Chevy delivered to him in February of 2017 to do some body refinishing and an open checkbook to do what it takes to get the exterior acceptable. Long story short...$6,ooo dollars and 3 years later it had nothing but primer on a few panels and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE TOUCHED! Gave him more than enough time to do even a rotten job and not even a rotten job was done! This guy is bad news...AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!

Luke does phenominal job! My sons f150 got hit, plus it had some rust. Luke fixed it all and the entire truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Incredible job!

Its never fun when you need to get your car repaired but Luke and his team are top notch! They have worked on both of our cars and we have always been amazed by the results!!!

This guy is shady. He plows snow. He illegally plowed snow in the street and we called him out for it. So he intentionally did it this last snow storm in retaliation. Had to call the city to remove snow. If this is his work ethic then why would you trust him to repair your car?

Where we meet by accident. Thats true. Cars right headlight was supposedly fixed by Quality Auto last month now I have both my headlights malfunctioning. I didnt want to drive blind so I had to take a cab home. Spent tremendous amount of money and time on that and now heres round 2. Thanks but no thanks Quality Auto.

Luke did a great job helping me get replacement parts for my Nissan and the paint job was excellent. Ill be taking my Toyota in soon for him to work on.
