City Body did a great job with my wife’s Rav4. They’re we’re super helpful and friendly on the phone. The car was done when they said it would be done. They returned phone calls when they said they would call me back. They even took the car back in the shop after the bodywork was done to see why the check engine light came on randomly. Plus the body work they did looked great.Highly recommend!

Very very nice place !!! Went above and beyond to fix my car after a minor fender bender. The car is a 1994 Olds Cutlass Ciera. Only 75,000 miles. Was told it was not fixable from other collision businesss. So thankful for this man and the kindness he displayed. They care about their customers. I would recommend them over anybody else. Called for a tow for a car that the key wouldnt turn in the ignition... the gentleman that came told us, two women, that it was the key that was causing the problem and got the car to run. He couldve easily towed the car to make money off of us. Never encountered such honest and kind individuals... highly recommend!!!

Excellent customer service! Repaired my bumper cover while I waited and refused to take payment, even though it took most of an hour! I would recommend this small local shop to anyone as they go above and beyond what is necessary to make the customer happy. They will continue to get my business for years to come.

There’s just a few things you expect out of a towing service: great communication, fast, reliable, and a decent price. This company fits all of the criteria above. A great experience in two crappy experiences only days apart, but needless to say, since it is a towing service, I hope I don’t have to use in the near future.

My car looks better than when it was in a collision. The whole City Body staff was friendly, professional, and honest. I got my car back sooner than expected and it looks great. I would for sure go back to them if I ever need to.

I wouldnt even a put one star but I guess you got to put something to make a post, this guy today was all over the road no regard for anyone. I notified the police and theyre going to look into it but very dissatisfied this guy was all over the road cared not about any other driver had a flatbed with a white cab I was completely inconsiderate of everyone. I would not recommend using this service.

They towed our vehicle all the way to Madison, WI for a very reasonable price.Prior to calling them I was calling around other towing companies in Rockford and customer service was very rude and were not willing to travel to Madison. Also I had noticed there was about 3-4 towing companies that i had called that seemed to be the same buisness pic on google reviews but with different names. It was weird and I did not feel they were legit to do buisness with.Then I called City Body and I was so relieved they were able to help me out. I was happy to hear a real person pick up the phone, instead of automated messages like some other companies in town. very nice people, service was also fast. Seem to be most honest towing company in Rockford. Highly recommend this place!! City Body Keep up the great work!
